Brussels Hello Hostel is situated in the beautiful city of Brussels. We had a wonderful experience in this hostel. The staff was very friendly and polite.Because of its center location we didn't find any troubles to reach places.Great connection with public transports and markets.Amazing and superb experience.!!

My girlfriend and I stayed here in a private room for three nights. While the location is quite out if the way from the attractions in Brussels, the hostel itself is quite good. Overall we found it clean and quiet. Our room was a good size with a half decent bed as far as hostels go. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast options are decent, and the bar is a nice touch. Compared to how expensive other hostels are in this city, Hello Hostel offered a decent stay for the price. To get to and from town center, I found renting a scooter or a bike was a good way to make the trip a lot faster.

Big and friendly hostel outside the busy city centre. I stayed one night over at the Hello Hostels in Brussels and my staying was very enjoyable. The hostel was not extremely full which was nice and the staff was very helpful and professional. Rooms and amenities were clean quite modern as well. The only negative part is the location, it can be a bit far away from the centre, on the other hand, it is very affordable.

The atmosphere in the hostel is nice and the staff is very friendly. The offer included standard buffet breakfast, and by booking a separate room for three, we also got our own well-equipped kitchen to use for meal making. Overall a great experience, would definitely come back.

Hello hostel is very convenient, right next to a train station and about 10 minutes from the city center. Price is good for even a small room, better in a shared room. The bar area is great, but the outdoor bar area is lively weekend nights, can make sleeping a challenge if you want your window open. Definitely check it out if you are on a budget or wanting to meet fellow travelers on your journey.

It was a pretty good hotel. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. But the beds were very comfortable and the hosts were extremely friendly. The location is ok. It was fairly easy to get to city center from the hostel. They also have a bar in the hostel that made it easy to socialize.

The hostel is in a rough area that I would not recommend walking to at night from a train station. It is right next to the train station which is convenient and the only positive I found. The rooms were small and had only one outlet in the entire room with an extension cord for others to plug-in. Therefore, you are not guaranteed the ability to charge your electronics and it could create issues with alarms. It is not very clean-looking. The showers feel very dorm-style with only a stool inside. This does not make changing an option since everything inside the shower stall gets wet. It also is a must to bring shower shoes or shoes to wear around the room. The breakfast is also meager with only toast, butter, jam, biscuits, and cereal. There is no source of fruit and can feel very dry with no cheese or meat included. No lockers for your stuff. Everyone arrives back at the hostel at the same time and leaves in the morning around the same time so it can be tough to find an open shower or toilet. I did not feel comfortable for my two nights staying.

The room seems prettier on the pictures. Showers and toilets were okay but not amazingly cleaned. The bar was nice and has cheap drinks. Good breakfast

If I could give this location a negative I would. Worst service I have ever received. We showed up and the Hostel was closed due to Covid. We had this reservation for two years and no one emailed to tell us any of this. When we asked about the reservation and a refund they kept telling us but wait we'll have you talk to someone so on and so on. No one came after telling them multiple times we are going they kept trying to string us along so we left. They still haven't refunded us! Let alone the area is not safe, I am a large man and felt very uneasy and unsafe in this area during the middle of the day. Could only imagine it at night. Wouldn't book my worst enemy a room here.

The staff were lovely, had a kitchen and everything you need. We ended up booking an extra night, its very chill with a nice hang out area. Great breakfast and a nice little bar to have a drink if you're up to it.

Pros: Location was relatively good, bar was nice and a good way of bringing people together to socialise, also free breakfast was a nice perk. Cons: Room had no air con so was very difficult trying to sleep at night, couldn’t buy a suitable fan anywhere, only 3 charging points between 3 people, beds not the most comfortable. Overall though if you want a budgeted stay this place is good to go to just don’t have high expectations.

Convenient hostel with a huge South American crowd, bar/pub, near the train & metro station Simonis/Elisabeth.

It''s a shame, that this hostel accepts drunk and warlike people, because that makes normal customers not come.

A little bit out of the way but good value for money. There is a decent sized kitchen and it was really easy to meet people in the communal area. The staff were great, and immediately told me where the station and closest stores were!

Stayed here in early June in a group of 12 for a University trip. The place was nice and clean with very helpful and friendly staff. There is access to maps in the reception area and information on things to do in the city. It’s about a 30-40 minute walk to the centre of Brussels but there’s a tram station a minute walk up the road which will take you straight there. The bar is a good bonus too - it’s well stocked and serves until 12. Overall very friendly atmosphere and I would definitely recommend.
