Maybe one of the worse hotels I've ever been too. Because I needed to be in the area the hotel was in I chose this one. One good thing was, that the parking was free on the streets from 6:30pm to 9am (if you don't get scammed by the people that trying to get you in a parking spot and take your money. Luckily I drove past them). The guy at the reception wasn't really friendly but explained everything well. The hotel seemed very grim and run down. The room itself was spacious but had a weird smell to it. There was also a weird stain on the ceiling like someone threw a cup of coffee at it. In the bathroom there were two almost empty rolls of toilet paper. Since I only stayed for one night I didn't mind but something like this shouldn't happen. I will definitely not stay here again in the future and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here either.

This hotel is very nice!! The hotel staff receptionist is bilingual in English, French and Dutch, was happy to help and was explanatory in everything that she explained to me. Breakfast was provided from 7-10 (or 11 I think) and the quality of the food was at a great standard! The size of the rooms are also acceptable and appropriate, the beds were comfortable but only 2 small square pillows were provided...with an extra in the wardrobe, the rooms were always nice and warm and the bathroom was at an acceptable size for 2 people. The hotel also provided 2 towels, a bath mat and 2 face towels.

The room was clean and tidy. Very spacious bathroom for the price, bigger than usual. Hosts were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was small (not much choice), but good taste. Location itself is a bit 'questionable', we did not dare to leave the car (with a foreign plate) overnight on the street. However, the host gave us an address for a cheap 24/7 parking close by.

The hotel is quite okay. The rooms were not very modern, but clean und the beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. A huge disadvantage of the hotel is the location. Be aware of PICKPOCKETS!! They even come into the hotel and try to steal the luggage when you're checking in!!! Unfortunately this happened to me and also one man stole the mobile phone of one of our group in front of the hotel!!

We stayed here for 2 Nights. Very good connectivity, this place is just 5 min walk from Midi Metro station. Hotel room was so clean and hygienic. All receptiontionsit are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided in hotel is so good and sufficient. I liked the chocolate roll and Orange Juice very much. There is a place to sit and rest near breakfast area. I enjoyed spending some time to read a book. This is really a nice place to rest in summer time. I am sure I will book this hotel on my next visit.

Hotel is good for the price they charge. It's clean and neat. But inside room facilities need upgrade. It can be a 3 star hotel while considering the practice I've experienced in Brussels. But I believe a 3 star could be a bit more upscale from current condition. Other things like staff, housekeeping, etc are good. Breakfast is normal and same everyday.well you don't expect much from a 3 star hotel though.

I selected the hotel because if the central location with walking distance to the Midi Station, as well as to the old town. The room was clean but it looked way better on the website. Bathroom had a bath/shower combo with an unexplained leak when in use, with water pooling on the floor. Five stars for service, breakfast was included, and requests for a wake up call and a cab were timely. Perfect for one-night layover stays. For a long term I would look for a different place to stay.

Hospatality is very good but the place the hotel is situated is not that safe and sound for late night visits. Has easily accessible eating spots close by. The lifts and corridors are quite small to take big luggage. Has drinking water facility and rooms are quite good for a budgeted stay.

The hotel looks nice. Rooms are wide and bright, beds really comfortable. There is a lot of traffic in the area, however the rooms are quiet and perfect for sleeping well. Unfortunately I had a really cold shower in the morning.
