I have stayed at this hotel before and everything was great. I booked a room for two weeks from now and prepaid. Two days I got an email from the hotel simply stating "Hotel Closed." I have emailed numerous times, with no response. I hope I can get my money back. Really poor communication from this hotel. Avoid.

lots of problems in the room. First, the trash was full and did not clean when we get in the room. Second, the hair dryer is broken. Third, the heating is not working at all. Fourth, there is no shower gel and shampoo. More importantly, we couldn’t contact anyone to help us solve these problems. What a terrible room and service! Avoid😡😡😡 Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

We were told that we have to arrive before 6pm if we want to collect the keys from the Reception. This stressed us out so much and we had to change our plans to arrive before the Reception is closed, because we have a car, and need the password and instructions on how to get into the paid parking, which we had booked. This is the arrangement that puts us off. All the replies are slow coming when we messaged them, and it is inconvenient for guests who arrive late, and who need parking. Flat is spacious enough. Not exceptionally clean, though. Kitchenette is fine. Neighbourhood is a little dodgy. Not suitable for females travelling alone. The apartment block is shared with local families. It doesn't give me good vibes. I won't be staying here again.

Great location, close to the old town and Gare du Midi rail station, so it's a perfect start point for city tours. The rooms are spacey, beds are big, fully equipped kitchen is also a plus. Our room would need a small repairs here and there, the shower in the bathroom didn't work properly, no tv and wi-fi. But for a budget stay you hardly find anything bigger and better.

The booking was canceled by the owner at 6pm when we wanted to be in the place in the next hour. They said 'overbooking' even though the day before they sent us codes and instructions. They didn't provide us any help, no information. No replacement! No contact! Nothing! Disgusting behaviour.

BED BU GS 🪲‼️ AVOID!!! Had to find a new hotel at 2am after being bitten alive by bed bugs from the mattress! Reception couldn't be more disinterested. We are still fighting for the refund! On top of that stress, we had to waste a day in the laundromat hot washing and inspecting our luggage for leftover bugs and eggs.. The room also did not have a full window curtain so there was no privacy or way to block the light. 0/10

The Good: clean hotel with friendly staff. The Bad: good god is the neighborhood bad. Really wouldn’t recommend walking from the Midi train station to the hotel, or walking through the area at night time. I did walk with my wife during the day to the city center and it wasn’t the most enjoyable thing we’ve ever done. The bed was so hard it could double as a cutting board.

Dont recommend at all. We were on the 6 floor and the toilet was so dirty and smelt so bad. The bathroom and utensils weren't clean either. Hotel code was confusing and the was no Wlan, which nobody thought that it has to be checked. Staff only reachable between 10-18, which is not stated at booking.com The place is central, between Bruxelles Midi station and city center, but the area seems unsafe with suspicious people sitting/standing around. When we walked in the evening (21-22 in the sommer), some guy touched my friends gold necklace. And the day after that, while we were waiting at the train station, during the day, 2 young guys tried to rob my friend again.

Although this self check in apartment/hotel has two very heavy locked doors at all times for safety; it is located in a terrible area filled with constant construction, rough characters and litter all over the streets. THEY ADVERTISED FREE WIFI BUT THERE WAS NONE OUR ENTIRE STAY. when we brought up the wifi issue to staff, they were unhelpful, and that was when we could actually find any staff. We had to pay for extra mobile data. 3/4 elevators in the ten story building were broken, and we weren't allowed to use the stairs. The hairdryer in the room was broken. It had peeling wallpaper, they only gave you one pillow on the bed, and they never cleaned our room. If you want to actually enjoy your stay in Brussels, do not stay here!!!!!

It was one of the worst stays. Bathroom door wasn't even there in shower panel, so basically water would go every where since even the floor of shower panel was damaged. It was not even cleaned up properly, bed sheets were clearly not changed, no toiletries even as basic as soap, despite claiming to give that. Additionally, they charge extra for cleaning after charging almost as a 3 star hotel! and even after cleaning charges, you still have to clean-up after you leave or else they would not return 300€ deposit. Yes, deposit as if it's some kind of months long rental agreement! If I have to clean-up, why do you charge cleaning charges on top of your super expensive apartment which is in fact not maintained to the cost you charge. There's no Wi-Fi! Funny thing is they do say it before booking, yet when my dad who didn't know asked them, they outright lied saying we're fixing it and should be by evening or so available! Completely unreliable staff I'd say.

The place looks nice but the interior is the only good thing about it. They do not allow check in before 16:00 but want you checked out before 11:00 am. We went there 15:30 and waited in reception till 17:30 to get the room key. For those 2 waisted hours of waiting in reception, the unfriendly receptionist was telling us “in 15 mins will be ready”..every 15 mins. Worst part is that the same situation applied for at least 10 other people waiting in the lobby just like us. Then when we finally got checked in the terrace door was not closing, temperature outside was 1 degree as in December and one of the heaters was not working. They lied us multiple times that they called a technician but we slept 2 nights on open door with no heating. Don’t risk ruin your vacation!

Don't book this accommodation. It is destroying your visit to Brussels. Even if there is no other room left in the city don't book here. We stayed four nights and no one single day the room was cleaned. Three nights we slept without blanket, despite asking everyday asking for it. One night a homeless person slept in the hall of the hotel as there is only staff at the reception till 7 PM. So you cannot let your stuff in your room. A group of boys wanted to enter in the accommodation without booking. They couldn't enter, but caused to let a lot of smoke entering at the reception. As a result the fire alarm was activated while people were checking in. Furthermore the bed in the apartment is worn so no good sleep for four nights!. Hopefully you are not facing the same experience as us.

Nice place... if you don't look too close. The design of the rooms is good, the quality of the furnishing is... OK. The downfall was in maintenance of the room we stayed in. 1. Drapes in bedroom had been pulled down (reported) 2. Sink in WC didn't work - at all (reported) 3. The shower head was broken / the handles of the shower enclosure were busted (reported) 4. The lightbulb over the stove was burned out 5. Internet bounces up/down 6. Fabric surfaces of the seating was FILTHY. Like garage sale or curbside pickup filthy. All else considered, we still tried to enjoy ourselves. A good rate, availability, and location all work FOR this place. Would I stay again? Hmm...

Great location. You’re very close to the train station and downtown. The blonde front desk lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) went above and beyond to give us advice on things to see, etc. She even wrote down everything for us! Because of her we had a great experience and we were only there for a couple of days. The apartment is very spacious and clean and I can’t say enough good things about our time in Brussels. If I go back I’ll be staying here.

We booked here last minute to escape a dreadful hotel in Brussels. This place was a dream in comparison. The good: - room was very modern - hob, microwave, sink, fridge. All very new and clean. - shower was powerful and spacious. Doubled as a bath with jets to make it like a hot tub. - private boiler so hot water right there if needed. - nice big window overlooking Brussels. - decent location. There are much, much worse areas of Brussels. The bad: - bed was very hard. Struggled to sleep on it. - same with the chairs in the room. 3 different chairs and all felt like sitting on a brick. - room was only service once every 4 days. Not a problem usually but when your room was a Nespresso machine and tea making facilities you run out very quick. We used it all up within 2 days and never received any more. - breakfast consisted of pastries, cheeses, meats, yogurt, cereal and fruit. Nothing hot. Pretty good but it was included in the price for us. It's 15€ otherwise and that is criminal. Do not pay extra for the breakfast. Seems like quite a few negatives but overall it was a very nice hotel. I'd definitely stay again.

New hotel in Brussels Belgium near Gare de Midi. Wonderful room with super comfortable bed. Rooms have a kitchen with a nice roomy bathroom. Staffvery nice and pleasant. If you are walker you can walk to the centre of Brussels. The drawback is the lack of a food market that is near the hotel. Better to buy your groceries in Brussels centre and bring back to hotel. They offer a breakfast buffet that is a bit pricey 15€ if not included in ur price.

The hotel is great. Rooms are spacious and Clean. The area is not great but just 15 min walk from the city centre so very convenient

There were lots of problems with the hotel. The room itself was big enough but it was not very clean. The fan coil has water leakage! There was no wifi! Accsessories were broken and the baddest thing was the location!!! The neighbourhood was horrible especially at nights. It is not recommended at all for girl travellers.

Perfect from any perspective. Renovated, modern, reasonably priced (125€/night incl city taxes), friendly staff, smooth internet connection, clean, comfy, cozy, everything is there. Its only problem would be its 1.5km distance (10mins walk) from the city centre. That is all.

Wonderful hotel in a not so nice neighborhood. Rooms are modern yet beautiful. Best hotel with in-room kitchen I ever have been.

Nice and clean place to stay for a couple of days. Good location. It was a bit tricky to get inside the building with the code, but everything else was good

overall uncomfortable and loud neighborhood, tv doenst work, there is no wifi despite it being advertised, getting inside is difficult and confusing, service is unresponsive.

  • 3/5 Andreas M. 11 months ago on Google
First impression was OK, but: the air condition was not working. The TV was not working. The cutlery was dirty. The shower door was defect. The toilet door was defect as well. The contact in advance was OK but then we forgot one AirPod and called them afterwards and never heard back again. Overall a bit disappointing.

The only good thing about the room was the size of the bed. The floor of bathroom was dirty, and the shower floor disgusting. The first day the glass of the shower fell down and, after 3 days trying to someone come and fix It, nobody gave us a solution, so we take a shower wetting the floor. The problem was the glass fell on us, It was dangerous and nobody was worried about It. The reception wasn't 24h. After 18:00 pm no one takes the phone, and the reception is closed. The neighborhood is scary at night, It is quite dangerous. Even if It is more expensive, get a flat in the center of Brussels, It is another city. WE WOULD HAVE LOVED TO READ A REVIEW LIKE THIS BEFORE BOOKING. No

So many reasons not to book here. Location is terrible, if you are visiting Brussels for the first time, this accommodation is within walking distance to the Grand Place, however all of the surrounding streets are filled with litter and the smell of urine. I would not recommend walking these streets alone after dark. Some youths attempted to rob us from our Uber to the airport right outside the apartment. The staff are unfriendly and unwilling to help. The reception is only staffed 1000 til 1800 and if you do need anything in the meantime for example handsoap or toiletries that the apartment claims to provide but upon check in the dispensers are empty, you are unable to be helped the same day, a request has to be put through to service staff for something as simple as soap. Don't expect more than one coffee pod provided per person even if you have booked a 5 night stay. The kitchen that is "equipped with various kitchen items" included plates, bowls, cups and break knives and forks. Don't expect access to a sharp knife or cutting board, dish cloth or any utensils. Not even a cork screw. The wifi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work. Our shower door was coming off its rail and completely unsafe. The apartment is spacious but the standard of cleaning also below average. Do not stay here.

Everything about this accommodation sucked. The staff were unhelpful. There was supposed to be a 24 hour line to call in emergencies. No one ever picked up. No one replied to my 2 emails. The beds were uncomfortable. The place was dirty with make up smeared all on the bathroom walls. A nail sticking out of the shower. The wifi was so bad we could hardly use it. The location isn't great. Only book here if you have no other another option. I do not recommend this place at all.

Neighborhood is VERY bad and dangerous, don't risk yourself ! Hotel seems nice but is a total mess ! We stayed one week, nobody cleaned the room and we asked them every single day ! To get a blanket was a fight (and we are in the winter!!), The mattress is old and terrible, we have back problems now. The dishes were dirty when we arrived and also there are no pans to cook (we booked a flat so we would be able to cook, but in the end we could not use the kitchen!!). the worst of all, the flat is not safe at all. One day another guest opened our room with his card !!! Luckily we wer there to put the person out of our room. Also we arrived one night here and some people who live in the street were inside sleeping in the reception ! How is this possible ? Worst place ever ! It destroyed our vacations!

The hotel is okay and personnel is nice. However, it’s not the best area to stay in Brussels. We were there in the middle of the soccer World Cup and there were road blockades and police surrounded the area twice during our stay. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities. However the smell of pickles in the corridors was very strong. I guess it’s a good option for a short stay, but I wouldn’t go back.

  • 1/5 Hendrik W. 6 months ago on Google • 2 reviews
Never again! Since the reception is not staffed during off hours, we had to check in at the outside door and were harassed by dubious characters. The location of the hotel is not the best and should be avoided in the evenings. The entrance door and various furnishings in the rooms were damaged by vandalism. There are certainly intact hotels in pleasant areas of Brussels city center for the money, with intact interiors.
