This hotel should not be classified as 4 stars. Maximum 2 stars in my opinion. Our room had dirty walls, no air conditioning and with the windows closed we heard everything from outside. We could not sleep due to the noise of street fights, police, cars, noisy people, etc. The staff was nice but I don't recommend this hotel.

I booked a deluxe twin room - I was given a room on the ground floor (with a view of a brick wall) with two narrow beds, no mini fridge and a bathroom that was incredibly tiny - the bathtub is probably ¾ of the normal size, and you can touch the bathroom door and the bathroom mirror without fully stretching your arms. I didn't care that I couldn't get a refund, I checked out within less than an hour, and I went to another hotel close by.

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and we had a carousel of experiences. The first night we received a room (502) with mold. We changed the room (507) in the morning but in the evening when we came back we realized the mold and the smell were unbearable. At 11 pm we change again the room and we received a very hot room (702) with also hat damaged walls because of water infiltration. At least this room did not smell and we could get some rest. In the morning we changed the room again to the family room( 503) . This last room was clean and with no smell and we stayed for the rest of the reservation here. Also in 507 the fridge outlet did not work and our food got rotten. We received 2 free breakfasts one for the food and one for the molded rooms. The service at the reception was fine even if we were treated as if we made a scandal for nothing. Also, there is no air conditioner ( you only get a cooler that is no actually cooling the room) and the breakfast is a bit too expensive (22euros) for what you get. The location is fine, it is not quiet during week days because of the near construction site but at least it is close to the city center and train stations. Overall we liked Belgium but we do not recommend Bruxelles.

Lovely boutique hotel. Clean and mostly renovated. Enough space in rooms. Parking available at hotel. Friendly staff. And the big plus was the great restaurant around the corner that opened late enough in evenings) The only drawback is the lack of air-conditioning (the fan provided in rooms can't help enough with soaring summer temperatures). The shower/bathtub is steep, not really for short people. Would definitely recommend and visit back.

Not far from the central and easy to access. The hotel in general was lovely and clean. The reason it’s only 4stars - one of the night receptionist during our stay was a little bit unhelpful. We stayed in the hotel for 3nights and we didnt ask housekeepers to clean our room. So we asked a couple of spare towels to the receptionist, he was not very impressed and helpful.. Other staffs seem helpful tho.

The lobby and restaurant/bar is newly renovated and lovely. The rooms are a different story. All though nice, when you look closer you noticed that there are a lot of damage. Our room (104) was incredibly hot, even though it was only about 22 degrees outside. We had the fan going and window open all the time, but it only helped a bit. The hotel is also located next to a very busy road and on the same street as several night clubs, so it gets very loud at night. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was very well cleaned every day. The location was great for public transport and fairly close to the city centre.

I think.. I could say this is the worst hotel I have ever see.. i had reserved a room before one month.. and when I get there they said there is no room for me and my family and I have to find another... they did not inform me.. they did not even apologize.. not recommended

Bad experience with front office desk. Rude, totaly unprofessional. I asked several time before arrival for an early checkin with extra pay and he did not even bother to make a note for arrival day. I do not reccomand if you need something extra as info or service.

No hot water in this hotel, couldn’t take a shower for two days. Probably one of the worst thing can happen after exploring the city all day.

Nice Hotel in a good location. Plenty of shops nearby and the city centre is only a 20 min walk away. We'd definitely stay again. Nice rooms. However the wallpaper could need some glue and the bathroom is missing a vent.

This has to be a 4 star hotel? It was dirty. Pubic hairs on the toilet, glass of the shower door wasn't cleaned, there was still waste in the toilet. Mould in the bath. I had a Groupon for 2 days but still too much money. You're better of in a hostel

A very good hotel, for me it is 3.5. Location not so far from city centre, in a beautiful neighborhood, but still a little walk to reach out the nearest metro or station. Very good service, they have safe luggage sevices, front desk workers are very nice. The rooms although spacious, beautifully designed, antique, very large bathroom with a bathtub, I hot ticked as my arrival. However, they have everything u need, a locker safe, a small fridge. If u don't mind being a little far fr cinter, it is recommended.

(Translated by Google) We stayed in this hotel for one night. We cannot fail to be satisfied! Beautiful hotel and rooms, helpful and kind staff, very varied and plentiful breakfast. The location is also very good, close to the center, it is easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions. Highly recommended. (Original) Abbiamo soggiornato in quest'hotel per una notte. The location was great. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping came every day. The service was friendly. However, the shower was a fairly deep tub to climb into, and the water did not drain until I was done showering. Other than that everything was perfect. Would recommend

I was in 13th floor room with very nice view. Room didn't had heater or air-conditioning, but still it was spacious and comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is bit expensive but delicious. Hotel doesn't have kitchen. People are very nice, welcoming and yes a Spanish touch. They are very helpful. It's located near Louis metro. Area is safe and nearby there are several restaurants.

Nice hotel for a short week end to visit Brussels and see some friends living nearby. We paid 53€ euro for a room of 2 (in winter) which is probably unbeatable today for staying in a capital city. Room was not very big but certainly clean and confortable as we only needed to sleep. Overall recommended !

Great location and friendly service but no proper AC in room (just portable unit) so an uncomfortable summer night.

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Location good. Some nice restaurants nearby. Tram stop at the end of the road and about a 20 min easy walk to the centre. Nice bar and price of drinks was reasonable. Coffee machine in the room only had 1 coffee per person 1 milk and no sugar. Had to ask a number of times for some more as only ever gave us 1 per person at a time 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is a great hotel for the price. I would give it 5 stars, but I have to be fair, it is missing a few things to make it to that ratings. The front desk clerks and the cleaners were wonderful welcoming people. You will not regret it unless you are looking for luxury.

Definitely a really good choice for accommodation. It's located about 7 min from nearest subway station (Louise), which is 3 stops from the city center. You have Carrefour at about 5min away, also multiple restaurants with various cuisine. The hotel is clean and the service is exceptional. We had a double room, perfect for a 6nights stay. The Room was warm (though it rained and almost 0 degrees outside during the night) and clean (new towels daily, taking out the trash and making the bed). There was a problem with the elevator for half a day and they offered 1 complimentary breakfast, which was really nice. The breakfast is continental, not exceptionally packed with variety, depending what you prefer, but it had: meat, eggs, cheese, butter, milk and cereals, nuts, lots of different pastry, toaster, fresh juice and coffee and other goodies (i'd say that for 22euro per person it is a fair deal, as it costs just as much to eat breakfast out at local eateries). And the best part was that we got to eat in a small garden. :)

This was pretty nice for a budget hotel chain like Wyndham. (Don't ever buy a Wyndham membership, you'll never be able to reserve a room anywhere! This room was booked without using a membership.) The staff here was perfectly nice and professional, the room was very clean, and the pet fee was reasonable. The bed was super comfortable. The TV was a little undersized for how far away it is located, but ok. The shower had mechanical problems, but it was useable with a small struggle. There's only one tiny old elevator and it fits two people. The stairs were... interesting. In mountaineering terms, definitely 3rd-4th class terrain, especially heading down from the 6th floor. Don't let your older mother-in-law use the stairs, unless you don't like her! The garage where we had to park our bikes was a big mess of construction dust and tools, you get your clothes dirty just walking through. Just don't use the garage and you'll be fine. The location is close to public transportation...the nearest tram station was maybe a block and a half away. The Lebanese restaurant on the corner was delicious! Several other nice restaurants in walkable distance; we also really enjoyed the Woodpecker for brunch. Overall, a pleasant stay for a reasonable price.

Had a chance to visit this place. Booked via Booking com. Rooms: 3*. Old and some are kinda damaged by water or whatever. I got a bad room and it was the only one available as they said. Location: 4*. Not so far from the transport and cool central locations. Great coffee spots nearby. Staff: 5*. Very helpful and ready to support in any request. Lovely

Hotel Avenue Louise, Brussels The Hotel Avenue Louise is located in the Louise neighborhood of Brussels, close to the High Street and within walking distance of public transportation. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which are ongoing eSptember/October 2023. We stayed in room 128, which is a small, basic room in the rear of the building. At first glance, the room appeared to have been recently renovated. However, we later experienced some issues with the room quality, which I brought to the attention of the friendly receptionist. She was sincerely apologetic and immediately offered to move us to another room, explaining that some rooms have not yet been renovated. I chose to stay in the same room, and I appreciated that she understood my complaint. As compensation, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which we were very grateful for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and quiet, and it was perfect for a good night's sleep. I am confident that after the renovations are complete, the Hotel Avenue Louise will be a great choice for a stay in Brussels

Very bad service. The day before arrival our little daughter fell sick. So we had to postpone. On the postponed date the same happened and we had to postpone again. The hotel refused even tough we called 24 hours before arrival. The room was already paid, we lost our money on the reservation…

(Translated by Google) Good hotel in a very quiet area. Spacious room but small bathroom. The shower is not very practical (water flowing outside) and you have to put sheets throughout. Diamond member, little benefit is given ... we appreciated the bedding. (Original) Bon hôtel dans un quartier très calme. Chambre spacieuse mais salle de bain petite. The employee of the hotel has not treated me well (to say the least). To make my point clear I have to explain the situation. I lost my keys of my place, therefore I booked this hotel on a Saterday at 10 pm. During my way there in the night (at 1 am) my phone was dead, yet I had written down the details of the payment confirmation. He answered that he did not receive a booking, and when asking him if I could please check on the computer to access my email he mentioned that that was not possible. As I knew I paid I stayed in the lobby until my phone was charged. He said I could not wait on the couch, I had to go out on the streets and threated to call the police twice! (I said please do call the police, as a normal reaction in the middle of the night that would be to help someone and I was not afraid that I did something wrong, rather then not wanting to go on the street as a paying customer/human). Then it became all clear: I accidentely booked the wrong date (yet I had paid). The only answer he gave me: that is not my problem. I had to pay another night or I could go on the streets again. This is my first bad reference I have ever written, because this go beyond all human decency.

Strengths: - Very spacious rooms and big and comfortable beds - Free and fast wif - Nice staff Weaknesses: - Awful breakfast. Lack of variety of products and low quality. When basic products such as bread or cold meat ran out, they were not replaced by staff (at 9.30 am)

Nice hotel in a very convenient location for business and private travelers. Large, nicely furnished rooms, clean, elegant bathrooms. Staff very nice and helpful. The bed is large and comfortable. It's nice to come back to such a room after a busy day.

(Translated by Google) Very beautiful hotel ++++ renovate very welcoming staff very generous and very good breakfast, the renovated 5th floor rooms are very nice but the mattress in room 508 too soft I felt the springs I did not sleep well and I sank into my mattress. Fortunately it was only for one night I did not tell the receptionist at the end of my stay because I think it is not very correct to give a not very good opinion. without making it improve that's why I always say if something is wrong before posting. The day before we got back quite late I did not want to change rooms as he could have possibly offered to me and I had not lay in bed before I could not know. There is also the elevator mirror which was cracked the entire length that need to be changed it can be dangerous.

Stayed here for two nights. The room was big and spacious. I loved the Victorian Style. The Carpet is stained, and there is a bad smell in the room. The service was good. Breakfast is provided and they have a good variety of things. Hotel has a shopping mall walking distance and is close to the Grand Place (about 20 minutes walking or 5 min in a car). All in all my experience was good and I would stay here again. I just wish the carpet can be changed.

I'd like to give 3.5stars but I can't, so I put ★★★★. It's an old hotel but cute. you can walk to downtown about 20~30mins. When we arrived there the fridge wasn't working and we told a receptionist about it but he might have not done anything, and the next day we asked another receptionist and she sent someone to fix it right away (but finally they couldn't fix it. No fridge while we stayed for 3 nights.) The buffet for breakfast doesn't have many things but good enough, I liked it ;) thank you.
