The place was good, the parking was good with in and out priviledges. Just outside of the LEZ zone since my car cannot enter there without a pass. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

It was nice cost and benefits, they need to improve cleaning. By other way the receptionist was really nice her name Jenny, she was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much

the hotel had a good price, I'm already familiar with ibis budget hotels and in hotels like this you stay for a maximum of one or two nights with a person you are close to because there is practically no bathroom, but it doesn't bother me because I already know what the principle of the ibis budget hotel is. The location is safe, as is the way to public transport, bus number 50 takes about 15 minutes to the Brussels Midi station, from which there is a shuttle bus to Charleroi Airport. The problem was when we entered the new room and discovered that there was someone's pee in the toilet, which makes me question whether this room has been cleaned at all. The second room was quite ok, decent accommodation for little money, but that's all. The staff is also helpful and polite, I have no complaints about that.

Simple rooms but nice and clean. Perfect for what we needed on a driving tour of europe, just somewhere to get some sleep and a shower. Beds were comfy and bedding was clean. The toilet and shower were clean and shower gel and shampoo provided. Towels were available too. The hotel was easy to find and parking was straightforward and on-site. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and everything was clean.

It's a budget hotel. Don't expect luxury and you'll get a great value. The location is convenient to the highway and there is parking on site for a small fee. Great for an overnight stop on a road trip.

An affordable short stay hotel with all the basic amenities. The train station is approximately 10 minutes away by walk, there is one train to the brussels city every 30 minutes. The surrounding area and the way to the station is very calm and peaceful. There is no need to worry about safety while walking to the station at any time. Cold and basic breakfast is also available for $10. Rooms are compact yet comfortable for a short stay. There is paid parking available onsite.

Good hotel. Located in the south of Brussel, 18 min by walk from tram station Stalle (#4 tram) + 20 min for Grand Place. Hotel clean, good service level, parking inside the territory +10€ per 24 hours), free breakfast (you can take away it). No free boiled water in hotel after breakfast time. Good breakfast!

Zimmer ist relativ sauber. Frühstück ist sehr mager Wurst, Käse, Butter, Brot Croissant, Eier in Essig Marmelade. Fenster öffnen, geht nur auf Kipp. Toilette nicht abschließbar und keine Klobürste . Toiletten Tür ist einfacher 16 Millimeter Holzplatt. Trotzdem hat es für uns für den Preis vollkommen gereicht. Wir waren drei Nächte da.

The room is clean but quite small for three people. The bathroom lacks a lock and is also very small. However, the hotel staff is kind and helpful; they assisted us with travel options when asked. The breakfast is quite good and worth the 9£.

Ibis Budget.. Very very budget. Supersmall rooms. The toilet "room" had less than 1 sqm and its door had no handle and did not need one, as you could only leave it ajar. You get what you pay for.

Arrived late - service was friendly,rooms simple (it's a Budget hotel). Having to pay extra for the parking is a drawback.

Comfortable accommodation at a premium price. But rooms are too basic and do not have room fridges which can act as storage for fruits and drinks since the hotel does not offer lunch or dinner.

Just like an usual budget hotel, nothing good about it or nothing bad. Mostly used by travellers. The bed and shower could have been a bit bigger. The toilet door in our room didn't have latch/lock.

Very friendly staff however, small and dirty rooms. Can be good for a night but not to spend nights.

Regarding accommodation, this one was the best choice ever, the hotel is based in a quiet neighbourhood so is really peaceful. The nearest station is just 6 minutes walk and the train takes you to help city in 8 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place. 👌

The location is far away from the center so you better take the train to get to the hotel. Train takes 20 min and tickets cost 2,60€, bus cost the same but it takes forever (more than 40 min). The hotel itself is not bad, is clean and staff is friendly but you have to know that you won’t have any kind of privacy when using the toilet cause the door is useless (seems like cardboard door that doesn’t close properly and open on top and bottom. Also also shower is open to the room (just a glass door). There are no many places to eat nearby, just a bar and 1 or two coffee shops close to the hotel.

Everything was cool and clean till for my departure, I have been in contact with nettle. It is really painful and and disappointing .

I had a reservation and my trip was moved forward a day and this company wouldn't move my booking despite the fact that they advertise flexible booking ( this was over a month until my trip so there was plenty of notice given) I was told there was no availability but I found the exact same room for the date I needed to change to on their website. I booked this and asked if they could waive their cancellation fee as I hadn't completely cancelled and they were still getting my money, it was just a day earlier than planned. I was told that I couldn't do this and was going to be charged the full £100 if I cancelled and rebooked with the same company, plus the charge for the new room. This is an extremely greedy company that isn't really interested in helping their customers or building relationships with customers they just want your money then they don't care. I had a three week trip around Europe booked with IBIS hotels and I will certainly be cancelling all of them and never using them again as they lie when they advertise their flexibility. MOST UNHELPFUL COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH

Cheap and decent stay with parking, near public transport for Brussels central area. Train station in 10 minutes from there, you take the S2 Leuven and get to Brussels center in 20minutes. Outside of train hours, theres also a bus which comes pretty near the hotel also. Room was clean as expected, bed was ok, TV had channels in the main European languages. Breakfast was ibis budget default, nothing to complain about.

Awful place. If you like to spend your day/night in a sauna/steam room, this is the right place. From the reception to the rooms, extremely hot. When the temperature outside was around 22, my room was 27. Complained about the AC not working (only the fan was operational, they changed all of us (7ppl in 3 different rooms) to other rooms. As a result, all of them with the same problem and honestly, we gave up. I tried to sleep one night with the window open, and as a result, noise from the streets and all of us got bitten thousand times. Loads of mosquitoes in the area. The outside space was covered by cigarettes on the floor. Table and chairs in horrible condition. One night, had to sleep with a wet towel on the bed to rest for at least a couple of hours.

I not always write a review but I don’t understand the bad comments here: i came at 11pm and the welcome was very good. Room was absolutely clean and I slept very well! Ok breakfast is not a five star one but you’ll get everything basics: bread, cakes, eggs, jam, yogurt, fruits, etc... definitely worth the price! Ah and parking is ONLY 9€, not 25€ as mentioned below(only if you loose the ticket).

As the name says, it's a Budget hotel.. you need to pay for everything.. I would recommend for a night stay.. small request is to keep some vegitarian noodle or pasta or sandwich.

Terrible rooms with no locks on washroom or baths, but decent breakfast and staff.

I was very happy with my one-night stay at the hotel. I didn't have big expectations given the price but they've more than surpassed it. Room was impeccably clean and warm - albeit a bit small. Towels and soap were provided. Our dog was allowed in for 5 eurs extra charge and parking within the premises was 10 eurs per night. BONUS: I'd left behind an item by mistake. When I called the hotel to ask about the possibility to have it posted to me, Maria was amazing! My review would've been 4 stars but I added 1 star purely due to Maria's efforts :) Cons - A little difficult to find the entrance. Faint traffic noises.

Helpfull staff. Basic breakfast too expensive compare to what we get. It is not justified to pay for the car parking and the price is too expensive.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt mit der S2 ca 10Min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Leider gibt es ein paar schlechte Punkte. Die Reinigungsfachfrauen haben schon früh morgens begonnen zu putzenund wurden dadurch geweckt. Einmal sind sie ins Zimmer gekommen obwohl wir noch geschlafen haben. Allgemein sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Zusätzlich hat ein Licht nur geflackert und konnte nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Das WC hatte keine richtige Türe und einen Sensor der das Licht anmachte. Das Licht war so hell das es den anderen geweckt hat. Es hatte ein sehr helles Licht beim bett oben das man nicht abstellen konnte hat uns sehr gestört. Der lift ging mehrmals nicht.
