The
staff
were
very
friendly
and
helpful.
I
would
like
to
point
out
Yassine
went
above
&
beyond
to
help
me
find
a
new
hotel
when
my
eurostar
was
cancelled
and
the
hotel
had
no
rooms
free.
The
location
is
a
foot
step
from
many
shops,
restraunt,
cafe,
etc
and
if
you
don't
mind
a
bit
of
walking
and
sightseeing
it
is
a
20
minute
walk
to
grand
palace,
Brussels
park
and
other
attractions
within
walking
distance.
Public
transport
services
close
by.
The
rooms
let
the
hotel
majorly
-
My
room
was
no
where
near
worth
the
€108
euro
I
paid.
First
the
room
was
freezing,
dirty
and
thin
walls.
I
found
hair
in
bathroom
multiple
different
places.
The
shower
caused
the
whole
floor
to
be
soaked.
No
proper
shelves
in
bathroom
to
put
your
toiletries.
The
room
had
no
smoke
detector.
The
lifts
within
the
hotel
are
tiny
could
just
about
fit
myself
and
my
suitcase
if
your
claustrophobic
then
hotel
isn't
for
you.
Free
coffee,
water
and
small
snacks
at
reception
which
was
very
nice.
