The bedroom was so beautiful. However, I did not know that 25 euros would be attached for a cup of coffee in the back park instead of in the morning hall. If I had explained it properly, I would have tasted the meal lightly, but it's a pity. And the coffee they brought was spilled. In the garden where I sat, the chairs and tables were not cleaned because it was raining. It would have been great if there was more clear communication, but it was clearly not a cost commensurate with the service.

Truly a great place to stay at and enjoy 🙂! The decor is a reason in itself to stay there.... Each room somehow being different and so bringing its own experience. The bar is also really cool ( love the patio/ veranda.... And the beers 🍻 selection as well !) ... The restaurant is also very nice. The staff is professional and truly smiley 😆 and helpful. A must if you are in the area ... Or not! As for the pricing well.... I let you discover it but we stayed in this nice place for just a few euros more than a hotel chain kind of thing that wouldn't have brought the experience we had! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This hotel was super cool! I love the interior design in the breakfast area, as well as they reception area, all of the hallways, the bedrooms, the staircases, the backyard, the dining area for dinner, and just everything it was so beautiful! I definitely felt like I was in a different country. When I checked in, they were really nice, but the girl gave me a funny look when she noticed I was staying for five nights. I guess that is not normal? I found out that the hotel is mostly used for business purposes and film crews, not for leisure, which is why I was there. But still weird to give a guest a funny look like that. The Key they gave is pretty cool! Old school but I LOVE it! To get cleaning though you had to drop off your key when you left for the day at the front desk and then pick it back up when you got back. I thought that was weird. Is that normal in Brussels?! When I looked at the hotel, I thought the spa came with for free. They said at the desk it’s an extra €40 and you reserve an hour to where it’s just you using this space which is cool I thought it should just come with the hotel fee. And at the end they actually charged me €45 to use the spa for an hour not just 40…? Fitness area is free to use and pretty big for a hotel I was impressed. Normally they are so small! The breakfast does not come with, but it is €35 if you want, but it’s really good breakfast. It’s kind of like a buffet type. They’ll even let you cook your own hard boiled eggs if you want. They do have some already cooked but I love that they had a different kind of machine….the only thing they it was lacking was an “eggs however you want” station. It was also a pretty far walk from all the main areas. They said 25 minutes but if you are like me and like to look around at stuff, it took me 40 minutes every time… Too far to stay for leisure. Also, you could hear people right through the walls …

While the facility seemed grand our booking was not honored nor the hidden fees explained. So when we arrived out booked room with downstairs and upstairs was somehow a single room and we had to swap rooms two beds is what we booked. the room change was a double bed that we ended up separating and the sheets were so filthy. Alas, I enjoyed my stay in this lovely city but I think the lodging could have been better for a near 5 star hotel.

A quiet and antique hotel in which I spent 2 nights. The hotel is located about 1 hour walk from the main sights of the city. The rooms are very nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. WC and bathroom are separated. In the room there is a safe and a small fridge. There are bathrobes and slippers. The rooms are a little dark for my taste. Breakfast could be a bit better and more diverse. A hotel I recommend for a short stay in Brussels.

Stayed here during Covid-19 so its not normal. Service of staff was perfect. Parking is expensive but normal price for Brussel. Room is nice and clean, in my case a nice view in to the garde. So its waking up in the country.

The only reason I dint give 5 stars is they charged my daughter 20 euros for stepping inside the spa and waiting in the gym . Apart from that the staff were very informative the cleanliness was top notch and the layout fantastic. I loved our suite with the balcony and marble bathroom. The decor was lovely and the gardens outside were a lovely touch. Tram stop outside near enough and a ten min walk to the tube x nice eating places and a roof top bar a few doors down and a mini market that does fab salads x

Nice little hotel, quite close to sights and places, nice area. I had a cosy, unusual room with a staircase leading up to a second floor where the bed and a desk was located.

Best hotel experience ever! What a great time we had! Super friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, scrambled eggs were just perfect! The whole hotel is filled with extraordinary art. The room is incredible, we had a room with 2 floors. Slept amazing in the bed, it was super comfortable. There was a lovely spa in the basement. Nice and big garden in the back. We loved it so much. Thank you. We would love to come back some day

Very well decorated hotel with nice rooms. Reality really fits the pictures and descriptions that I saw online. The spa is very nice too. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the breakfast. I would recommend eating it in a coffee shop in the neighborhood. Our was cold and very below average.

Unfortunately, overall a disappointment.... The rooms are very small. Pro: A small terrace with view to the garden. Contra: The rooms are not soundproof at all. Whoever books this hotel should know that he will have many extra costs. For the use of the spa (1 hour) you have to pay 25 € per person, for a parking space even 30 € PER DAY. The worst: For a breakfast that resembles the breakfast at a petrol station, you pay 25 € per person. We were more than disappointed when this breakfast was brought to us in the morning for a total price of 50 €: There were 2 cups of coffee as well as 2 small glasses of orange juice, 2 packets of pre-packaged cream cheese (which was defined as a cheese selection on the menu), a mini jar of jam, 2 mini croissants and 3 pieces of baguette 10 cm long as well as 2 fruit salads. For 50 € (!!!!) By the way: they had promised us a laaaarge selection and a very rich breakfast the day before. The worst joke ever.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The room was very spacious with 2 stairs and super clean. We arrived late but we were still allowed to go into the spa, they opened it up for us privately. Which was also very nice. We’ve had late night dinner, champagne and spa. And next morning breakfast in our room, we loved the service! Thank you!!

Amazing hotel , unforgettable experience , totally worth the visit and the restaurant with their Belgian menu is a must do in the city!

We were “not bothered”- attitude welcomed, booked for birthday, nothing special was prepared. The reception sir didn’t give any explanation where the room was, were the spa was, at what time the breakfast was. The quality of the building was not the same with the poor service. The breakfast was 30 euro pp, but you got a meal for 10 euro. :) we went to take the breakfast, the staff who worked there went to me rudely and asked which room we were (as we just taking breakfast for free?) while the staff in frontdesk already saw us and could check the room. Very unprofessional experience. The spa & room was ok, not very special, flatscreen tv but not a smart tv.

I called them to cancel my reservation they told me to to do it myself (which is understandable) but when I asked how I can do it by myself they just didn’t answer to my question and hung up. Soo i wrote them a mail to explain the situation and again to ask how I can proceed to cancel my reservation, they just told me the same thing without any detail on how I can do it and plus they just told me that what I was telling in my previous mail wasn’t true so they just wanted to say that I’m a liar. Wrote a second mail and asked for the 3th time how I could cancel they responded « thanks for your mail » .. what I can see from the reviews is that the workers here are really rude and I can confirm without even going there. Ps: they also threatened to debit the money from my card if i don't cancel
