Daily cleaned bed, room and towels is nice. Daily coffee capsules included at room is nice. Room had old creaking floor noise, which is less nice. Location is great and at night not noisy at all. Checkin and checkout self service up front, is very comfortable. Comfy hotel.

I was there because an event i attended was near by. First of all it has no air condition in the rooms. The heat in the room was unbearable for me (outside 27 degrees). They have a fan you can use in the room, but it is very loud, so i could not sleep with it on. You can open a window, but it won't help. I think the staff does nothing wrong, but they are not very attentive. Breakfast is ok but nothing special. The room itself was ok. The coffee machine in the room looked like it it was not cleaned for some time... Overall i would not choose this hotel again, if they do not install a real air condition in the rooms.

+ Location, friendly staff, good breakfast options, nice decor, spacious/clean and well equipped rooms. - I was sleeping in a room on the ground floor and could not sleep due to the noise from the bar and people in the staircase. The guys from the reception closed the door between the bar and the hallway, which helped but I don't understand why closing that door is not standard. On the ground floor it does not feel safe to open a window either. Bring earplugs and request a room on a higher floor when possible :)

Here is not a hotel. It is like a hostel. The rooms are dark and do not have some basic equipments that is an obligation in each hotel. It is also close to the streets and in the morning you will wake up with a noise from outside. I don't recommend it.

Super hotel! Magnificent experience in Brussels. Great location with public transport, metro and bus tram. But it is also possible to reach the center by walking. The hotel has a beautiful design as can be seen from the photos. The rooms are clean and welcoming. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Super recommended!

Fabulous hotel I spent here three nights when visiting Brussels. There is a fabulous kitchen, good selection of craft beers, and the receptionist girl was helpful to me, she spoke good English. They have bicycle storage in the establishment so I didn't have to keep my bike outside. Overall, I have very satisfied with the hotel.

Zoom Hotel is in an extremely central location, there are many shopping and restaurant opportunities within walking distance. You can reach the city center after a 20-minute walk. Talking about the rooms, they are spacious and clean. As for the shortcomings, there are no slippers and ear cleaning sticks. It is also quite annoying that the floors squeak very loudly every time we step on them. If these deficiencies are corrected, it will be an excellent accommodation point that deserves full points. Overall, I think I got what I paid for, despite the minor shortcomings.

Photographers' Heaven! Tip: below-roof rooms have A/C, while others don't. It was a very hot weekend and It was much appreciated 🙏🏼

The employees were super friendly and helpful. Really chill, young staff! The room was clean and though the coffee machine didn't work, we were offered coffee from the kitchen downstairs!

Our overall experience was nice, just that we could hear a lot of creaking noises when someone was talking the stairs, which disturbed our sleep alot of time during the night. We traveled with our toddler.

Nice Hotel in a very convenient location, very close to metro station and not so far from the city center. The room was clean and the breakfast very good. But mostly, the personnel were very helpful and polite.

Very nice and cozy rooms, spacious too. They usually do not allow check-in before 3 pm, but otherwise a very nice place to stay in Brussels

Walking distance from the downtown/Grand Place. Great room, amazing amenities and fabulous service. They also agree to keep your luggage for a few hours after checkout. I had a train in the evening 7 pm and kept my luggage until 5 pm there without any issues. Exceptional experience.

This was my third time in Brussels and first time staying at this hotel. Located in the Ixelles neighborhood, it is walking distance to the city center. A lot of restaurants and bars close by to enjoy. At night just be mindful of your surroundings, it can get a little sketchy. The rooms are small but comfortable. They offer a very complete breakfast and the staff was always very attentive. There is a small outdoor area to sit down and enjoy your coffee in the mornings. If you are a fan of beer and photography like me, you will love this place. They have a small bar with a phenomenal selection of local Belgian beers. They also have a beautiful collection of vintage cameras and lenses on display. I would definitely stay again next time I return to Brussels and I would recommend it if you are planing a trip there.

Pleasant hotel, the scale feels small but with being too small. Location is fine, a walk away from the centre. Convenient for Midi / Sud Rail Station. Near to the St Gillies area. Helpful staff who can help when your own French isn't up to it. Breakfast is really good, excellent coffees, fruit, cereals and bread etc. Overall impression after staying for a few nights - very good. Pleasant staff, rooms very comfortable and quite large. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels etc. Room attended to every day. I'd recommend it.

A noisy youth hostel - nothing more. Don’t be fooled and go somewhere else! Stayed with our family for a Brussels weekend. Rooms are clean (something I‘d expect from a self-proclaimed luxury hotel) but the rooms have limited natural lighting from an inner courtyard and - worst of all - the place is super noisy. Doors banging non-stop and until early morning, you hear other guests going to the loo, you hear the night bell ringing, you hear people in the staircase, you hear them speaking on the phone, and you simply don’t get a rest. It’s nothing more than a newly painted party youth hostel, and not a Brussels gem - so don’t get fooled (been living here for 19 years). Not worth the money, don’t go there!

Excellent location, but just an awful experience. Our top floor room was roasting hot in December and required opening of windows our entire time. The decoration was done as cheaply as possible. Numerous other small faults like the aircon not working or the remote missing didn't help either! We left after the first night and booked elsewhere. The person on the desk had zero interest in resolving our issues. At best, this is a 3 star hotel trying to fleece people with 4 star prices.

So far the best service we have had in a hotel, definitely worthy of the 4 stars. The treatment was very personal by the staff and especially the owners (the beer you set aside was great Fabian!). We received great tips that even locals we know there did not know about. Communication within the staff was great, they all seemed to know what was going on. The room was very nice (just missing a view, but great for privacy), it was a great location with good public transport options. And with a beautiful bar/breakfast room, nice terrace and a great selection of Brussels beer. All in all a great experience!

Worst hotel so far, we were travelling across Europe be decided to come Belgium, saw the photos and it seemed so nice but as soon as we came it was nothing like the photos. The hotel floors were creaking. It said parking included in your price for us but we had to pay extra £50. The beds were dirty., they had black little things on the bed. Would never come to this hotel again as it was so horrible. I wouldn’t recommend you guys to come to the hotel even though the reviews seemed so great but was not worth the money.

If you respect yourself, don’t stay at this poor excuse of a hotel. First of all, the floors in the rooms creak so loudly - you can’t walk around without waking up others. The rooms are dark and small. There’s a weird smell. Just don’t. MOST IMPORTANTLY: My friend and I were staying in a room together. We checked in during the afternoon. Later that night while we were sleeping, I heard people outside the door. It sounded like they were trying to get into the room. A few moments later the door flings open. They close it and open it again. Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to strangers entering your hotel room. I was so frightened and anxious. It ends up, the front desk gave another group our room, even though we had just checked in!! As a hotel, how do you not stay on top of room availability? Isn’t that the main purpose of a hotel? We were unable to sleep that night after that happened because we genuinely did not feel safe or comfortable, mind you we hadn’t slept in over 24 hours. We were two girls traveling alone and just had our privacy violated and the hotel front desk did absolutely nothing. We went to the front desk the next day to tell them what happened. The girl at the front desk laughed and said it wasn’t a big deal and did not offer any support or empathy. I have stayed in 30+ hotels and not once has something like this happened, nor was I met with such coldness by a staff member. As another woman, you should understand the anxieties that come with being a woman, traveling to a new country, and the risks that come with it. How could you just invalidate our experience. If it happened to us and nothing was done, it will certainly happen to so many more people - which is NOT okay. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. Again, if you have an ounce of self respect, don’t bother staying here. Truly a joke of a hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, absolutely comfy bed. I liked the photography theme. Rooms are a little bit (too?) dark but if you spend some time in a darkroom or like photography you'll enjoy this hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Really just okay – has more of a hostel flair. Squeaky floors, you can hear everything from your neighbors like talking, snoring, doors closing, elevator, stairs, etc. even if you ask for a quiet room. Interior reminds me of 80s (in a bad way), stuffy air, curtains don’t really cover the windows, terrible light situation so you can’t find your stuff constantly, no AC, no sockets in bed area unless you unplug lights, super old blow drier is a joke. Bed was comfortable but a lot of hair/ dirt below bed sheets. What was most disappointing is the staff, seemed to be more annoyed than happy to help; won’t ask if you enjoyed your stay/ no good bye etc. We went by car, hotel garage was fully booked and closed once we arrived at 8PM. Neighborhood is mostly safe and nice.

We had an awesome experience here. Nice welcome, nice atmosphere and clean and modern room. This area of the city is lovely and convenient to stay in, I'll definitely come back!

Great small laid back boutique hotel with everything you need, and nothing you don't! Attentive friendly staff, and clean large well designed rooms, with comfortable beds, high quality linens, ample pillows, strong wi-fi. Very cool design based on the photo fine arts and history of photography. Huge craft beer selection in the small bar downstairs. 24 hour expresso/coffee plus a kettle in the room with instant Italian for emergency or early morning coffee. Nice outdoor patio and excellent breakfast. Staying on a Sunday-Tuesday is an outstanding value but great stay any day of the week.

I enjoy staying in this hotel, the girl at check in was abrupt and a bit rude.

Location is good. 25min by walk from Brussels Centrale. 20 min walk to Brussels midi. Quiet street. opposite a small shop. The is clean and well designed. Modern, Spacious room and bathroom. Gel and shampoo were provided. kettle, tea and coffee available in the room. In my room does not work hair dryer. They fix it at the desk. All other was perfect. I recommend to stay here

Good enough for one night and worth the money you pay for it. I would avoid ground floor rooms however you can hear everything what is going on on the reception, other thing to consider no iron or ironing board, hairdryer in the bathroom hardly worked. Apart from that everything was great not perfect but good enough and staff was friendly and very helpful. They deserve 4.5 stars really. Location is also great close to shops, restaurants bus and tram stops. Zoom in ! ;)

As a constant traveler to Brussels, I had to review this great experience... I definitely found my base in Brussels with Zoom Hotel. Fantastic Location: Center Quartier Louise, near European quarter, and a stone trough from Grand Place. Great accessibility, Trams, Metro, and Safe parking in front of the hotel. Clean, quiet and cozy hotel, who privilege a real Human hospitality service! Night manager on duty, and 24/7 service... Fantastic breakfast as well, try the Belgian waffles. Accessible and ideally located, great value for money, I must highly recommend it ! JP U.K.
