The pool, sauna and hamham were really dissapointing. The pool was too cold, the massagejets were broken and there were dustbunnies in the light fixtures and mold on the ceiling. The hamham had broken tiles and also the showers were partly broken. The footbaths didn't work also. The beds were really good but the walls are thin and we had to listen to the dog of our neighbours barking all evening. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly. I would not recomment for a 'Welness weekend'.

The most noticeable thing about this hotel is the location. It is in the middle of a very large green area, with lots of woods on either side. The rooms are very spacious and have the luxury you would expect. There are a lot of hints on where the hotel tries to be eco friendly. Such as the possibility to skip the laundry for a day, in return for a 10 euro voucher. Although there are places where they could do even better. Such as offering a place where you could refill water bottles for free from a (filtered) tap instead of giving cartons of water. The beds are a little small for a person my size (2m), but that's something I'm used to by now. The bathroom is maybe a little small, and I miss a shower. It is a bath/shower combo, but in my experience that's not good for either a bath nor a shower. Took a shower and half the bathroom flooded.

It seems to be a nice setting, but I've hardly ever been welcomed so coldly. It feels as if me and my kids are disturbing the peace. Very odd indeed. Let's see how the rest of the weekend goes. Oh, and don't have the contre-filet.

The bathroom was too small and not enough privacy if there are multiple guests in one room. This place is a getaway out in the middle of nowhere so you have to come prepared.

I was invited to an event, really nice environment, traiteur on point, the place looks a little bit old though. I think it used to be very nice and luxurious but the charm is fading away.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings, very friendly staff. Stayed here two days for a company retreat. Only constructive feedback I have to give; the vegan options for the lunch/dinner and especially the breakfast (bread, jam and soy yoghurt) were very limited.

Amazing place (so beautiful in the middle of the forest) impeccable service, high quality food, plenty activities to be done in open air.

Great facility for a retreat outside of the city. I loved the feeling of being in the woods while in your room - due to the proximity of huge forest within which this hotel is located.

This is a conference hotel, hence although set in a quiet neighbourhood and green forestry area it is quite distant from the airport (which can cost you a lot) and has no good proximity to city center. As a conference center it is well equipped, clean and with good standard of services and due to its distance to the city, the attendees have little motivation to skip sessions or dinner banquet in order to go siteseeing.

My family went to the spa and had a lovely few hours. The venue as a whole is in a very beautiful natural location while the many buildings are architecturally impressive. The spa facilities are also very nice and not too crowded. Very good massage services. Lunch in the restaurant was also good, although, shame they wouldn’t allow my mother to take the rest of her lunch with her as she couldn’t finish the portion offered to her.

Always relax - I really recommend visiting local visage and spa. View from rooms to forest, plenty of possibilities for jogging, walking and relaxing. Rent a bike and explore the surrounding.

Hotel rooms and spa don‘t live up to the promise of a luxorious stay. Overpriced, location is nice.

We only had contact twice with reception on check in and out. Both times some arrogant lady with her mouth full of food and no hello nor goodbye, taking ages for processing. She tried to charge us twice. Good I recalled having paid already but in stead of apologizing she spend an insane 15 min with another equally under qualified staff member to teach eachother how to process while we just stood there. Property is totally ran down and dirty. No service, broken TV, terribly arrogant staff. Cigarettes near the automatic doors making the entire lobby reek! In other words… better to avoid!

As a discerning traveller . Two stars iys far away from everything . Like a Betty Ford clinic . Rooms are spacious in executive suite . Ac doesn't work have to keep doors cracked. Front desk guy has a big ego . Nothing to do here nothing. Was here for a conference but its for kids who can't focus because I wouldn't put adults here . We travel here we need convenience No stores near

A few weeks ago, I stayed in the hotel and urgently needed an extension cable to have my business meeting. Stephanie from the front desk was super helpful. She put me in touch with the IT manager Constantin. Within 5 minutes, they provided me with an extension cable. With their fast response and help, my meeting was a big success. I am grateful for their great customer service. Impressive!

Excellent training and business convention facility surrounded by beautiful forest and nature. Combines meeting rooms, SPA and restaurants. Recommended.

Nice huge hotel in the forest, clean but some old stuff deserve to be fixed. In pics : the out of order sauna and a hole in the carpet in bedroom. Shower in bathroom have a leak and make the ground full of water.

Staying in the middle of the woods. Just step out of the hotel and start one of the possible walks and enjoy the nature. Was a while since we did a trip and this place really gave us a super experience.

Lovely place close to Brussels although very rural-like. Comfy rooms and nice service. Spa and pool could have been cleaner.

It is either a very disorganized hotel or they are simply THIEVES. During my stay they blocked twice money in my credit card for "Authorization". At checkout, they told me that it would be automatically unblocked after a couple of days. It's been a week after my checkout and this money is still blocked!!! Additionally, some days after checkout, I found out that 200plus euros was charged in my card!!! Everything was prepaid and at checkout they told me I had no extra charges. I contacted them via email, asking about this unexplainable charge but they never replied... Excellent customer service...Well done...

That place is paradise. It has room for everybody and the activities, festivities are heart warming. That is a perfect example for peace, isolation but also healing. Mostly healing.

Everything was great. The Wellness Could be a bit bigger, but that's the only "bad" comment I can make. Everything is clean, service is great very friendly and helpful staff no exception. The checkout took longer than it should tho. But there were only 2 staff members at the reception for 20 people checking out . I really recommend

Location, rooms, food, and service were great! The only downside was the management of the pool. Despite an advance booking system the pool was crowded, and staff struggled to control anti-social behavior. A larger family who seemed to be of the (incorrect) impression that they had a private booking loudly accused others of overstaying their slots. The father of that family loudly threatened to drown someone who pointed out to him that the other people at the pool had valid bookings, too. There should be more staff at the pool, the booking system should be modified, and it should be explained to people more clearly that they are expected to share the pool with others.

It's a lovely place for a weekend trip away from the crammed big city. For me the best part of this hotel is location, you stay connected to nature in a tranquil environment, while you still can enjoy some luxury and wellness if you like. There are numerous paths leading into the forest, very pleasant walks or runs guaranteed. You can rent a mountain bike without any hassle, that's another thing we absolutely loved. Very good breakfast and coffee, we especially appreciated vegetarian options. In the room there was tea and coffee as expected, although having Nespresso machines instead of instant coffee could improve the experience for many guests. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the poor wifi in our room, it was a bit slow for watching Netflix and sometimes kept dropping off. Other than that, the experience was marvellous. It's not cheap, but for special occasions this is a place to consider!

Great experience as part of the company meeting ..spacious to host lots of fun activities. Excellent food which normally tends to get ignored during large events. The road to the parking lot needs to be lit up during late evenings as it tends to get very dark.

Excellent place, well situated in the middle of the forest. Very quiet ! Huge complex part hotel and part spa. Hotel reception is great, responsive and helpful. Hotel rooms are really luxurious. Wellness is not too big (max 30 people) but nice to relax for an hour. Spa treatments are really very professional. Quite expensive as a whole. Prices for drinks and such in distribution machine is expensive. Drinks at the bar are also quite expensive. Dinner can be chosen a la carte or buffet. Buffet is expensive, overcooked and dry. A la carte is better..breakfast buffet same thing, not cooked, heated for hours not good quality food. All in all great place, bit expensive, luxurious rooms but big disappointment with the food quality.

We had a very nice experience, service was great at every stage, check in, bar restaurant and breakfast. Thanks to the covid safe ticket you got bracelet that allows you entrance to all facilities. Swimmingpool is great with sauna and hammam, don't forget to book a 45 min timeslot via the website or at the reception. At the restaurant, service and food was nice, they do propose a buffet but we preferred to eat a la carte. Oriental plate to Share, noodles with scampi and the beef with bearnaise sauce. It was tip top. Good breakfast with choices for everyone, special mention to the one making live omelettes. It was delicious. A nice place to go for a Time Out outside Brussels. Walking distance from the La Hulpe Castle, well known place for a walk. Just a hint, take walking shoes, can ne muddy 😂.

😐 Like any other fast food "restaurant". Do be careful, they tend to forget some items of your order here and there every now and then.

😠 We had been here 2 years ago, when the resto was called Nanoo's. This was not the greatest experience then, and it is not good now either. Actually, we got there 2nd time as we did not realise the place merely changed the name! Still the same menu, the same problems - barely competent staff, poor im...

🫤 My wife chose this restaurant based on the good reviews here and the fact that it has a small playground right next to the tables, to keep the kids busy. The latter proved to be the only good thing about it. For drinks I ordered a "Virgin on the beach" expecting a big cocktail which, according to th...
