Good hotel. Good service. Amazing bed. But it’s 2022 and they didn’t have any vegan options apart from dry bread or basic fruit - apples etc - for breakfast, and nothing on the room service menu. Fortunately, they are right around the corner from an amazing vegan cafe and some of the best espresso in Brussels. So that was fine, but having stayed in comparable hotels in Paris and Amsterdam in the weeks before and after, the lack of effort is inexcusable. This is not a travel lodge. Try harder. Collaborate with local businesses if you need to, I don’t care. Just have some breakfast available

I am sorry, this is not a five-star hotel. Surprised by that 4.5 score.Maybe I’m used to US standard? But if you’re looking for a true 5 star hotel, this is not it. Some niceties but need to be updated and rooms are small and feel claustrophobic, low ceilings. I was lucky to get a room on the sunny side otherwise very dark. I drove there and pulled up and was like where is the valet? It really did have more of an entrance than a small shop. I’m sorry but a five-star hotel should have a valet. They told me where to park. Total nightmare dragging luggage and cobblestone streets. I have to say a front desk guy/ concierge was super sweet. Overall, not what I expected

Love to stay here especially after long day in tomorrowland. Love their mattress which gave us best quality sleeps. Location is really good, we can do clothes or branded designer items nearby. Easy access and easy to get food. Service is very good. Recommended for everyone to stay here if in Brussels. Staffs are helpful too.

Nice hotel. But after renovation (till oktober 2021) will be great.

Very disappointing. Booked purely based on the fact that they had Hermes toiletries and a fitness room. No toiletries (L'Occitane instead) and fitness room shut. Half of the hotel is shut for refurbishment, which is not on the website. Moving to The Hotel across the street after 2 nights.

Had a really relaxing vacation in this property. The location was as good as I was hoping for with everything being close. The staff members I've dealt with were always pleasant and eager to help. The room was clean and up to date. WiFi during my stay was very strong. We had a really good dinner in the Hotel restaurant. Breakfast had pretty much whatever you can think of. Checkout was quick and I was out on my way to the airport in no time.

Located in luxury shopping area, Le Louise hotel has spacious, comfortable and newly decorated rooms and suites. I have stayed in Botanic Suite, which offers bedroom and separate living room with minibar and sofa. Bar near the reception offers nice cocktails. Front office is very helpful and always smiling. Perfect stay!

Le Louise is in the heart of a very high end shopping district of Brussels, which makes for a really beautiful stay! The Room: This was the most comfortable bed we stayed in on our entire European trip. It was like falling into a cloud and I got the best sleep here! The room itself wasn't decorated in a very warm manner and felt very sterile. No art or warm touches but it was very clean! The Service: The front desk staff was wonderful, they were all kind and accommodating! Room service was not as wonderful. I unfortunately had food poisoning and was very sick. We called to room service to ask for ice to be brought to the room (chewing/sucking on ice was literally all I could keep down) and it just never came after waiting for almost an hour. My partner had to go to the front desk to have it sent up. The attendant who brought it was rude and cold. In the morning we ordered breakfast, which was really delicious and the service was prompt and courteous in the morning. The Location: Really great. The street where we were located was quiet, beautiful and about a 20 minute walk to city center. We did end up taking an Uber once as I was a bit weak, and the hotel was in a very easy spot for Taxi's as well. We'd definitely stay here again, especially if we need a comfortable bed to ensure we get some good sleep!

Good location - walkable to tourist attractions and old town. Shops and restaurants around the hotel. Facade is small and inconspicuous with lobby up an escalator to the second floor. Suite was spacious with separate powder room toilet. It had a bathtub with inbuilt jacuzzi capability. Shower also had steam room settings? There was a large dining table in the suite with welcome amenities - a big bowl of fruits and little glass containers of snacks and nuts. Also appreciated a bouquet of fresh flowers in the room. Breakfast was full of business travellers doing morning meetings and conference calls while having breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing. Not much variety. But they did have Belgian waffles which were popular and gone in minutes on being replenished. You have an option to order Ala carte eggs. 🍳 The bellman was friendly and helpful with bags and requests. Its was a good stay but expect a business hotel vibe.

I was only on a short business trip and only stayed for 1 night, slept for a few hours really. Which is a shame because the room is very spacious and welcoming, the bed is big and comfortable. I didn't even get to use the shower but the entire bathroom was very clean with great toiletry products. Staff was very friendly and inviting, breakfast buffet is small but has everything required, with attentive staff.

Rooms and location are great. Staff isn’t very helpful unless prompted with the questions, but be aware you have to be tremendously specific. Didn’t feel like a 5* hotel service. Would be nice of them, to keep the breakfast buffet leftovers available all day for guests. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Stunning hotel. Interior was lovely, location was very convenient. Staff were amazing. Breakfast had so much variety it would suit anyone's taste. And the view for breakfast was lovely. Can't wait to go back and stay here. The only thing I felt it missed was a pool.

Our stay at Le Louise Hotel was excellent- we spent 4 days there between Christmas and NYE, 2022. The members of staff were very helpful at all time and assisted us with any questions or needs we had. The room itself was well equipped and furnished in a very modern yet elegant style. The only slight draw back was that there were not many shelves to put the clothes on so we had to leave them in our luggage throughout our stay but this was not a major issue. In terms of the food, the breakfasts were very consistent and of good quality with a variety for all tastes. The hotel is in a great location as well in central Brussels within walking distance (around 20-30 minutes) from the Eurostar and 10-30 minutes walk from the main attractions. There is also a tube around 5 minutes walk from the hotel which gave us greater flexibility in reaching other tourist attractions such as the Atomium. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to spend some time in Brussels.

Very lovely hotel! Came here for the Tomorrowland. It was a bit difficult to find this hotel because it was smack between the shops. It had a nice small garden on the 0 floor (lobby) area, in America it would be 1st floor since you’re taking the escalator up a level. The breakfast was good. No complaints. Our room was located 1st floor, a floor above the lobby. Nice and quiet for a Tomorrowland party folks. I’ve been to other hotels during TML and you can hear the music blasting from other rooms. There a train station within a walking distance. A lot of luxury stores are across the street.

Hotel is very nice, good bathroom, clean and quite spacious rooms! Location is very convenient, close to metro station, shopping area and in walking distance from old town. What I didn't like was a bit snobbish staff during breakfast time. But breakfast itself is very tasty!

My family and I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago, when we got there after a long flight, my booking agent only confirmed 1 room instead of 2 as was my initial booking. One gentleman at reception (I can't remember his name he was there on 07/18 afternoon shift) took the matter in his own hand until the issue was resolved. I can't thank him enough. My kids enjoyed the stay from the room, the view and the breakfast and the service. They still talk abt the hotel until now. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Brussels.

The Audrey suite is beside the elevator. The bedroom shares a wall with the elevator shaft. I found it unobtrusive, but my partner was unimpressed. Tomato tomato whatever but the wifi…oh dear. The wifi was non-existent. All three of us were on our devices going “Did you get wifi?” “No, I can’t get wifi! Am I on the right network?” “Yah, but the network won’t even show for me!” Then the kiddo goes, “I got wifi in the bathroom!” And she was correct. So there is wifi in the bathroom. Parfait! Like a parfait from a 90’s McDonald’s’ maybe. We enjoyed the beautiful decor, like the porcelain sculptures on the walls and the vase of genuine dried flowers in our room. We enjoyed the convenience of usb/usb-c plugs to charge our devices. We enjoyed the location which was an easy walk to transit and museums. We enjoyed the consideration of placing our luggage so nicely in our room once it was available. We enjoyed the complimentary champagne waiting for us upon arrival and how kind the staff were. Although it was impossible to reach the front desk by phone, they were certainly accommodating and friendly when I went there to speak with them in person. We did not enjoy the lack of vegan options for room service breakfast. Some basics such as fresh fruit and toast and oatmeal would fix this easily. And if this was even an option, the form made it painfully unclear. Overall- I’d stay here again. But if you’ve been saving your money up for a flawless hotel experience, you may be disappointed.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel in Brussels. The staff was very friendly. The room was perfect - cozy bed, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, with fresh fruits. The hotel is next to a metro station. But the Grand Place f.e. is also in walking distance. The surroundings of the hotel are nice and safe. A lot of restaurants and shops are near as well. Would definitely come back on my next visit in Brussels.

An inconspicuous hidden gem. When you enter you are greeted with a warm welcome. The staff are all polite professional and friendly. Our return stay. Nothing is too much trouble. An amazing spacious clean room and comfy bed. Crisp towelling robes and slippers. The breakfast is an amazing array of choice. The courtyard is a little oasis of quiet from the bustling city. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location close both to the city center and to the Ixeless and St Gilles areas, warmly recommended to walk and have aperitivo or dinner. Staff is welcoming and helpful, giving us advice and suggestions, greeting us everything we passed with a warm smile - this is priceless when you are traveling! (hello Benjamin thank you for welcoming us, so nice meeting you). Room service quick and efficient. The bar is soooo relaxing and nice! Rooms are big and with everything you need for a smooth stay. We do recommend Le Louise Hotel ❤️

I came here just for one night, and I was very surprise how beautiful the room was. It was wooden floor, which I really preferred. The room was super clean. I felt very welcome by the front desk. The design for the lobby area was also very pretty and made me feel so relaxed. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable. I have been traveling for 6 days, and this night I got the best sleep ever 😆 I’m sad that I only stayed for one night. If I have a chance to come back again, I will definitely come back. What a lovely place.

First of all, I wish to thank certain persons who gave me an upgrade to an impeccable, beautiful room. The room/suite was not only very beautiful, but also very clean. The available products to wash your hands, take a bath and body lotion is from highly good quality. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very kind. The tables are very clean. Overal, the staff is friendly, but some aspects need some attention. I’d ordered a taxi from the moment I’d arrived at the hotel. I thought everything was arranged, but no. The gentleman who had to take care of the luggage and taxi did his utterly best to find a taxi for us. After waiting over 30 minutes, still no taxi. The lady who was in charge of the hotel that day stated to me I did not confirm for the taxi (which I definitely did!). I needed to be somewhere at 5 p.m. ! Finally I arrive 20 minutes too late at my destination. The next morning the same lady stated she had been in touch with the taxi driver and told me I had arrived on time at my destination. Again, I said to her that it wasn’t correct because I arrived 20 minutes too late and …also I made it quite clear it wasn’t the fault of the person who was in charge of the luggage and taxi. Also, the restaurant… we’ve had dinner at the very cozy and beautiful courtyard. The staff is very friendly, but they can participate a bit more faster (waited a long time to take the order) and the food … Caesar Salad can be a lot better. Some tiny points are for improvement (communication between the desk and the person who needs to take care of finding a taxi and restaurant service). Overall, MGallery Louise is a very beautiful hotel, with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. We will certainly stay at the hotel again.

Five stars with these details considered: the breakfast buffet was gratis and we had 100€ gratis for hotel expenses (all went to the restaurant). Had we paid for breakfast for meals, it would likely be a 4-4.5 because of some simple errors with the food. Seeing that 3 days of food ended up being essentially free, we could look past some details that missed the mark of excellence but was still very delicious to eat. The room was fantastic. I read other reviews about suites close to the elevators being loud… we were complimentary upgraded to a suite which was next to the elevator and I was initially concerned but was pleasantly surprised that the room was quiet. No noise issues at all. I was impressed with the climate control. The air conditioning was fresh, subtle, but effective. I haven’t experience this before, I was very impressed with the airco system. The suite was nice, simple, well done, very clean, excellently comfortable bed. Fridge with some extra space, gratis two waters and bottle of brut were left as a welcome gift and two more glass bottles of water were provided each day. Nuts and fresh plums were provided as a welcome gift as well, we found this very thoughtful after our tiresome trip. All in all I would return here and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would love to return here again and stay longer to discover more of Brussels… after a hearty review of my Français! Dank u wel voor alles! 💋

We were looking forward to staying at this hotel based on a Condé Nast review, but we were very disappointed with the smell of the room as well as the hallway. There was a deep mold smell in the entire hallway on the sixth floor of the building overlooking the main avenue, and the room was inundated with a sewage-like smell from the bathroom time to time. Another issue was the room door. At times it got stuck and wouldn’t open, at other times it wouldn’t lock. And on the last night of hour stay we found another guest in our room. We were all really confused. It seems like the room keeping couldn’t lock our door properly, and the poor woman thought our room (614) was hers (604). Although no harm was done, this is unacceptable for such a nice hotel.

Very very nice Hotel well located! ❤️ All the staff is adorable and so nice which makes you feel like home! Dog friendly Hotel which also is magnificent 😍🐕🐶 (25 euros for cleaning fees but worth it !) The brunch Le Louise at 22 euros (if you book a day before otherwise 30 euros) is homemade and so so good ! Don't hesitate to try it ! 🤩 Also the welcome drinks on the terrace was such a good time too! 🍷🥂 Anyway, loved it and thank you to the staff !!!! 🥰🥰

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful 5 star Hotel in Brussels! The staff at reception were very friendly and keen to help at every step, as well as the other staff we interacted with during our 1 week stay. The building itself seems to be very new, nicely looked after and maintained to a high standard so you know their housekeeping and maintenance team are doing a great job keeping everything up to date. The breakfast was very good, plenty of options to try and the items are of high quality in general. You get your typical selection of buffet plus many many added items, including different types of bread, fresh juice and waffles (of course). Their interior garden seems to be quite a hit with customers as it's always busy and not just with the hotel guests, but not to the point where it becomes a problem. You get great views in this garden, as well as from the breakfast area, if you are able to get one of the tables by the window. We also appreciated the nice smell throughout the hotel, especially in the room corridors, and all the nice little touches of fine furniture and decorations that you can spot. The room itself was of very decent size for a non-suite, I believe it's advertised to be around 25sqm and the layout is spacious and logically planned out. The bed in our deluxe room was a super king size and it was very comfortable, however we found the pillows to be too soft so they offered very little support for your neck. I would suggest to the management team to look into sourcing an additional option for medium-firm pillows. The room amenities were lovely! Who wouldn't appreciate the luxurious L'Occitane amenities you get in your bathroom? They were fantastic and refilled daily. We did not experience any sort of issue during our stay (which is very rare even for high end hotels) and every single thing worked perfectly in our room, as well as the excellent customer service we received at every step. We really enjoyed our time here and we are certainly looking to come back again sometime soon!

Very nice hotel, in the centre of Brussels. Has a very boutique feel to it. Average price for a capital city, including in the bar/restaurant.. Rooms are extremely quiet.. - the only thing I would have liked is a work space with a desk and chair.. but I got by without

Excellent hotel, helpful staff, clean and spacious room accommodated all our needs. The restaurant was a very bad experience, £17 for 1 glass of wine, ordered ribeye Steak was given very tough sirloin. When speaking to the waiter he told us no you don't know steak you are from England!!!!! Really everything we said he told us no you are wrong...... he then ignored our table and stood talking to customers We did get I think a gentleman who was front of house who was brilliant, sorted it for us great customer service. Will definitely visit the hotel, but not the restaurant as its rubbish poor quality food with big prices. Had better in a weatherspoons pub....

We absolutely love le Louise! We travel to Brussels every 2 months and always stay in this hotel as their service is amazing, it’s clean and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, their beds are super comfy and they accept our darling dog without extra fuss. Thank you!

Second stay and we were so excited! It was awesome LAST TIME. Now, Sofitel Le Louise is no five star anymore. There is no comfortable feeling anymore and unfortunately no welcome gift - little choco present. Sometimes small things have a big impact. However All rooms which we could see (three in total) must be renovate in time. The whole hotel is in renovation but unfortunately there was no information on the website. Renovation is acceptable partly but dirty rooms not! We were extremly disappointed that the rooms were dirty on big level :( .... Five stars for the managers and their service. They are the soul of the old Sofitel! In the end they could manage our issues on the best way. Thanks for it....That is why we could give the hotel two stars in total. The Sofitel Europe was awesome and five stars worth. Absolutely recommended!

The front desk staff were very professional, well spoken, very informative. The rooms were very clean and the welcome gift was the Cherry on the cake 🍰.. Now let talk about binner and breskfast.. omg that chef cooked food that came from another world, the taste, the presentation, the service, they Guy that served dinner was super great and fluent in 3 languages from what i heard. Hé is very Friendly and professional. we felt welcome.

The room is very nice, the bed is super comfortable and the staff is helpfull, but it's the first time in my life when a hotel asks for 400 euro as a guarantee for a room. For 2 families (2 rooms) they froze 800 Euros on our card. In my opinion it's too much.

Fantastic hotel for a stay in Brussels. Opposite some very high end shops (Gucci, Luis Vuitton etc.), very close to all the main sites, great breakfast each morning, very friendly staff, attentive cleaners, an all round excellent stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Brussels. Also only a 20 minute walk from the station, meaning day trips elsewhere are easy!

Great location, friendly staff on the front desk, spacious and well appointed bedroom, bijou bathroom with hand held and monsoon showers, two different types of bathrobe, luxurious l’Occitane amenities, attentive waiters and waitresses in the restaurant and a very good selection of items for breakfast. One minor area for improvement would be to upgrade the coffee pots in the restaurant. They are not insulated and our coffee got cold very quickly. Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Probably the best hotel we stayed at during our Euro trip (We were also in Paris, Monaco, and Amsterdam). Coming to Brussels was a last minute decision as it was cheaper to fly home from, but so glad that we did!! Check in was seamless, great recommendations were shared, everyone was incredibly friendly. The lobby smurf was a great addition too. The rooms are recently renovated and are so chic and cozy — nothing beats a pillow top bed and unbelievably soft bathrobe. We also had some treats in the room at check in. Such a nice welcome!

Amazing experience. At check-in, my husband and I were warmly welcomed by Benjamin. He took the time to introduce his co-workers to us and all the places we should visit in Brussels. The hotel has great art all around it. The restaurant with outdoor seating was very cool. Breakfast was great. The bed was so comfortable. In room details were like the tea bags the ne sores so machine were a nice touch. Great location and convenient. Felt secure. Very clean. The fitness center could use a little attention in regards to more equipment but it still has the essentials. Loved it!!!

Very poor Wi-Fi for 5 stars hotel. I need to work, guys. Second question - why they do not wash fruits at the breakfast? I’ve noticed it’s yesterday and was surprised that today it’s still same, even with fully packed tables. Grapes with dirt, just from bushes. No trace of clean. Never seen that before. Even at Africa, Egypt, Cuba or Tunis.

I stayed at the hotel for a very pleasant weekend in Brussels with my wife. I enjoyed the great service provided from everyone at the hotel. I was particularly impressed with Benjamin at the front desk during our stay. Taking care of the car and all different requests we had. He greeted us and welcomed us with a smile. Saying hello every time we passed by the front desk and remembering our names. This was much appreciated. We will come back.

I’ve been to a lot of 5 star hotels and a few MGallery hotel and this is definitely not a 5 star. Maybe a 3 star with amenities or if I’m generous a 4 star. Found strings of hair in my room, fridge in the room had a half open bottle of water, no personnel to help with the luggage. On the positive side, the staff with whom I had an interaction were great and the location is ideal for city break travelers. However, for the price and considering how “accessible” other true 5 star hotels are in Brussels I will not be coming back.
