I stayed with my less that year old baby. staff was very good and very helpful, even ready to arrange warm water at 4 AM for preparing baby formula. Room was nice and breakfast was fine as well. Parking in front of hotel was also good. Happy with the stay. Definitely will stay there again when I visit Brussels next time.

I had been there for 4 nights during Easter vacation. There are a TV, hair dryer and some earplugs in the room. What I really like is the bed is super comfy and the pillow is so soft, which makes me sleep so well. The housekeeper will clean the room every day and always give the new fresh towels. The bad thing is when another room is being loud, you will get a bit annoyed by others that is why there are some earplugs in the room. The hotel is really closed to a supermarket (Cora), McDonald's and so many quick food. There is also Metro really closed to the hotel.

Great hotel with a late bar. You know what you are getting with an Ibis we stay in them a lot and they are perfect for touring bands. The night porter was brilliant and the beer on tap (Triple) is beautiful.

Located Very closer to the Erasme Hospital (Out of the city center) perfect for hospital’s visitors. Hotel without pretentious but ok for a short stay 1/2 night max. Room is small, there’s reduced space for baggage and in the bathroom. no minibar at disposal, moquette on the floor… so it can be improved! Breakfast buffet is good. Simple but equipped with everything. They also offer a sort of restaurant service for dinner with a solution of all you can eat for 25 euro/ person. No gym inside. Main entrance has a common space with fridge and bar for main needs.

Staff is nice. Locations is great. But… you can hear every neighbor and Korridor walker, running kids, coughing neighbors and so on. And the bathroom toilet room smells crazy bad

Staff were very friendly and helpful, they helped get my necklace back from out the sink and provided excellent service in terms of room cleaning in addition to dinners in the restaurant. The room was a little compact and the toilet was blocked the first night we stayed in the hotel but this was soon remedied. Also the hotel is located right next to a metro station which was convenient as we could get into central Brussels within 15 minutes.

When I arrived at the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. I believe that the room was close to a room for the cleaning staff, as there was constant noise. The Internet was very slow, which prevented me from working properly from the room when I needed to. The price seemed expensive for what the hotel offered, and for what I researched afterwards with other hotels more in the center. I did not make the reservation myself, but rather my company did.

It was OK in general, The issuing of final invoices could only be improved. It took a long time. The printer was not working.

Quiet and nice place to stay his is the first time I and my family to go to Brussels. I tried to find the hotel that was not so far from the city centre but quiet and has car parks. Ibis Brussels Erasmus was perfect. It is near to Brussels midi train station. By using Google Maps, it was not difficult to find the location The carparks were plenty. The check in process was smooth and easy. The hotel officer was nice and helpful. Do not forget to take the welcome drink if you go here. There were many options that you can try for your welcome drink. For me, I tried Belgian beer and it was nice. The rooms were tidy and clean. We slept peacefully when we stayed here. The breakfast was excellent. What I like, there was fresh orange juice available. I would like to suggest bull eye egg to be considered as one of the food. There is metro station that very near the hotel. Supermarket and food shops are located nearby too. You can find Mcdonalds, asian food in this big building. If you like chocolate, there is big chocolate shop in walking distance Overall this hotel is very recommended for quiet and covenient place to stay

Service was on point, the staff made us feel very much at home. They even made their conference room available to me without me asking, so that I could work in better conditions. Huge thanks!

I called reception this morning and asked for help finding a taxi but no one answered the phone. I waited downstairs but no one was coming. Later, I found an employee at the restaurant listening to music with headphones in his ears. The reception still did not answer when I called the previous day. And I had a hard time finding the employee again and he was very rude and said he didn't answer the phone because he was alone. This morning, when I urgently asked for a taxi, I was met with his rude behavior again. When I asked his name, he said it was Otelibis and left. Although I waited, the taxi did not come and I could not go to my workplace. I ask your staff to be more respectful.

1st floor smelled heavily of weed. I do not need to work in a hospital smelling of weed. Rooms very small, extractor not working in the bathroom Remote for TV did not work. Very thin walls and loose doors noise travels so much they supply ear plugs as standard. Bed was reasonably comfy, staff professional and helpful (only reason for 2 stars not 1) Food was reasonable in the evening, breakfast was acceptable, need wipes near the oj machine so you can clean your hands. Would not stay again.

Bad experience !! Toilet and shower smells horrible even changing the room wouldn’t help. Room is very small, and I could hear the neighbours loud and clear, bad wall Insulation, Long story short you won’t sleep well in this particular Brussels Erasmus unless they fix the wall insulation and the bad smell, otherwise the breakfast and personnel were good !

With all due respect to the response I got for my previous review what you are saying is not true as I have my bank response that my card was validated by the hotel, plus I chose to pay on my arrival not before. More than that I contacted Booking.com and they confirmed that they can see that my card is validated and this was the first time that it happens especially that I used the same card several times before with no problem. And they confirmed that the hotel is the one responsible for the cancellation. Most importantly, both The Booking.com agent and I were told by your hotel that you were overbooked due to your fault and we were not the only people who faced the same problem so please before trying to say it’s not our fault please recheck all the records. This was not my first time using Booking.com and every time it was smooth and perfect however this is the first time with your hotel and it was terrible,

Pro: Close to subway station Breakfast was fresh and ok. Con: My room smelled extremely like mothballs /chemicals. I had to vent for +2 hrs to be able to sleep. It was the last available room for the night so changing was no option. Window was defective, could only by opened or closed, not partially openend. Shower drain was clogged.
