Charming hotel in Brussels! Extremely nice staff and cozy atmosphere. Location is very good - walking distance from Flagey and city centre is well connected. Nice neighborhood. Room was very comfortable. Would stay again and recommend!

The quintessential boutique hotel! This was my first time visiting Brussels and I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Look forward to returning on my next trip to Brussels. Merci beaucoup !

Excellent hotel with excellent service to boot. The room was lovely, very chic. There were machines for complementary coffee and water. The coffee and hot chocolate were very good too. A good selection of beers and wine are available for a reasonable price. The breakfast on offer is superb, a little on the pricey side, but it was so good we didn't mind. I would recommend including it at booking in case there is a discount provided, and if not, get it anyway as it's so good. Plus, whilst the location is great, it is still a fair walk to a restaurant so you may miss out on breakfast depending on when you want to get up.

It is always a pleasure to come back to the Made in Louise! If you are looking for a little gem in Brussels, this is the place to go. Kind people, amazing breakfast with local products, and very comfortable rooms. You feel at home, only better.

Excellent little hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect, clean, and cozy. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. We loved the complimentary cold water and coffee near the lobby. If we ever come to Brussels again, we will definitely stay here.

This hotel was a great find in Brussels! Service was fantastic, rooms were comfortable and quiet, breakfast was delicious. They had free water and coffee, which is so nice when you are traveling! Close to metro. Would definitely stay here again!

Favorite place to stay in Brussels. Everything is 5 stars - the very friendly staff, the super clean and nicely decorated rooms, the public spaces with a nice bar space with drinks for sale and snacks at a fair price, that also offers free coffee, water, herbal tea and ice tea throughout the day... the quiet and beautiful garden, a great breakfast with high quality products and the convenient and secure covered parking option around the corner at a reasonable price. It's actually very rare these days - that combination of everything being so prefect at a place to stay. We will be back!

The location was ok but the service and room were great. The receptionist during check in was very accommodating and welcoming. The lounge area had a really chill and cozy vibe. Overall a very nice experience.

I think this place is one of the best hotel in Brussel. Very friendly and helpful staff, also free coffees and water at the lobby. Very clean and a lot of things to do in the common area.

This hotel was surely one of the highlights of the trip, everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, smelling great and with personal touches. Breakfast was also great. Just wish I had stayed more days there.

Great hotel with friendly staff. We had a very clean room. Just be aware of the glass part of the bathtub, it moves! Don’t hold on to it.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area around 1.5 miles from the Grand palace. Great accommodations and a lovely salon. Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay in Brussels.

Very nice hotel, in a good location. It was clean and quiet and the breakfast was eccellent. The entrance and stairs carpet are a light colour and quite dirty, it makes a very poor impression. The room was very clean. There is free water, coffee and tea in the bar and an outside courtyard.

This is not a boutique hotel. it's very dated. There is a strange smell in the room ---perhaps it is some kind of air freshener. Everything feels very dank. The downstairs is nice but that's not where you are sleeping. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. Also the rooms are teeny tiny. You can barely open your suitcase.

A very cozy place, ideal for a stay in Brussels. Excellent breakfast and service. Located 30min walk from the historic center and 10 minutes if you use the tram.

Excellent - relaxing place to stay with helpful staff, and pleasant room with AC. Easy to reach from Gare Midi. Recommend walking to nearby Ixelles/Matonge for dinner.

This place is a small treasure in the heart of Brussels. The rooms are cosy and welcoming, the staff is unbelievable and the atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back! Everything is made out of small details that make you keep coming back.

My stay at the Made in Louise Hotel in Brussels was great. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the location was ideal. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Brussels.

What a wonderful hotel! We stayed at Made in Louise with some other couples to celebrate my birthday. The staff was so friendly, attentive, the rooms cozy and nicely furnished, breakfast just perfect. The location is in a rather quiet side street in an extremely beautiful part of town. This really is a very recommendable hotel. Thanks for everything - we‘ll be back!

I love this hotel. You step off a street in Chatelaine into a serene world of true hotel hospitality. I love the foyer and tiled reception area with the wood stove... Staff are charming and helpful. There's a 19th century elegance and proportion, great light, combined with 21st century ease/informality. Shutters in the rooms are an excellent feature that makes all the difference, aces the bathroom test too. This really is a great place to stay - even under Covid restrictions.

I was visiting Brussels with an electric car and was a bit surprised about the lack of easy accessible public charging stations in Brussels. The navigation system in the car showed me that there is a Tesla Destination Charger at the Hotel Made In Louise. Usually those Destination Chargers are only for guests but the very friendly receptionist saved me and let me charge the car. Furthermore she offered a free coffee for me and my friend on top of that! This let me to give the biggest tip I ever gave to an hotel, even if I did not have booked a room there. If you have a Tesla and are looking for a nice hotel in the center of the city, this is your match!

This is a real gem. It’s a little walk from the very centre of Brussels but better for this. It’s in a charming locals neighbourhood with access to great restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very well designed with real attention to service and homely feel. We loved it and will be back. Definitely recommend

A charming building with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good selection of warm and cold food including delicious fresh bread and homemade jam. There was fresh fruit as well as plenty tempting snacks available all the time. Free tea and coffee available all the time and a well stocked bar. My trip was cut short due to the current healthcare concerns in the world. Caroline was understanding and empathetic. i was not charged despite cancelling with notice. Neighbourhood was safe and close to transit, shops and restaurants. I would very much like to return.

Just beautiful, charming and cozy. Truly lovely hotel that makes you feel at home only better. Staff, food, decor, rooms all top.

Beautiful and quaint hotel. Lovely touches like a complimentary station (with lemonade, coffee, biscuits, etc), a courtyard, and many other gems. The reception staff are excellent and were extremely friendly and helpful with planning our day in the city. The location is good- close to some good eating spots and shops. The rooms are a bit small however, and the breakfast selection is very tiny (rather eat at a nearby cafe). Overall a lovely stay!!

We returned after a stay 3 years ago with high expectations, and they were met and exceeded. Love this place. Lovely rooms with high ceilings. There is a lift which services some rooms. Our room was up a flight of stairs, but the front desk staff lugged our heavy suitcases up for us. Enjoyed the relaxing by the fire with a drink in the evenings. Great restaurants neaby - 3 nights, 3 recommendations by front desk, 3 excellent meals.

A really well thought out hotel perfect for a city getaway or business travel. The hotel is set up for convenience with lots of free drinks and snacks available. The common areas work well as a social area to meet new people. The breakfast buffet is somply incredible. Fresh breads, homemade jams, fresh juices and hot foods available. You couldn't ask for much more. Helpful staff to assist you in making plans and rooms that have your needs at heart.

We loved our stay at Made in Louise during our visit to Brussels in February. Everything was perfect from our arrival to our departure, amazing staff, so welcoming and helpful, providing great tips on things to see and places to eat. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms so cozy, we slept amazingly well. We also appreciated the refreshments corner downstairs, where we enjoyed fresh tea/coffee & cookies available 24/7. Thank you, Made in Louise, for making our stay in Brussels so wonderful, we will recommend this amazing hotel to everyone.

The staff at Made in Louise was great and I liked the location a lot. We arrived very early and they were able to get us in our room one hour before the normal check-in time which was appreciated. The bed was nice, I loved the courtyard area, and the reception area was adorable. Loved the still and sparkling water station, though it was under maintenance for our stay. For me, the highlight was the staff and location. The only negatives worth pointing out: Otherwise, our AC did not work very well which was disappointing and the shower floor was extremely slippery (to the point I couldn't really enjoy the shower because I was just bracing myself to avoid falling). It is probably also worth noting that to get to the reception floor, you must climb 10 - 15 steps which renders the building inaccessible to folks in wheelchairs. (There is an elevator from the reception floor, though.) Overall, easy to recommend Made in Louise. It has a lot to offer with just a few areas for improvement.

Great service hotel which for us was very well located. The front desk is super helpful with directions but also happy to order takeout for us which came in handy (they just charged to the room). Check in front desk helped me without me asking to lift my luggage dup half stairs to elevator which was very nice. They also very quickly got someone to show us how to set the AC after we had fiddled with it. This isn't a high end hotel; no bellhop if that is what you need; you must pull your luggage from street level to reception area. But super clean rooms. Overall, the beautiful service from the staff, a really fantastically special staff, makes Made In Louise a bargain and a standout choice.

Super charming hotel with the most fabulous staff. They helped me with all of my transportation, including to the airport at which point I left my passport in the taxi! They were able to help me track down the driver and get me my passport back and I am truly forever grateful. I can't speak highly enough of them and will be back.

Spent 3 nights at the Made in Louise and couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel is a short taxi ride from both main train stations but you could also walk or take public transportation. We stayed in the triple room and it truly was a triple room. The 3rd single bed was set off in a separate area. The bathroom was large with both a shower and a bathtub. There were also nice touches to make the hotel environmentally friendly- shampoo and soaps in refillable dispensers, glass water bottles to take to your room. I would stay here again.

Made in Louise should absolutely be more than a three-star hotel. I can only say wonderful things about it: - The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful - The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish - The location couldn’t be better: great area for eating out and shopping but still on a quiet street so it’s not noisy at night, and the tram is only three-minute’s walk away - Breakfast is delicious and has a huge amount of choice - The price is very affordable and you get a lot for your money - There are great amenities: a coffee lounge area with (paid) drinks and snacks, a billiard room, and an outdoor area with a giant chess board The hotel itself is beautiful, and the lobby smells amazing which was a really nice touch - it’s so pleasant to walk into a beautiful-smelling building! I can’t wait to stay at Made in Louise again

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel! Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and most impressive wine on tap. Would highly recommend.

What a hidden treasure! A boutique hotel with a very unassuming street entrance. It’s clean, smells great and has a beautiful style & interior design. The reception staff are exceptional - kind, friendly, fun, knowledgeable and they even don’t switch to English, when we try to practice our French. The rooms are tiny, but charming , recently refurbished and clean. There’s sometimes an innovative use of space eg a toilet in a mini bathroom that is the size of cupboard! However the showers are spacious and have both a rain shower and hand held. Beds are hard but comfy. The breakfast is locally sourced with great care and effort. You won’t find full English or cereal here, but you do have a do-it-yourself assembly of grains, cereals, seeds, yoghurt (&soya), chia seeds etc. There’s a giant outdoor Chessboard outside & a pool table for free use. My recommendation to the hotel would be to mend the smaller cue’s as the room is too small for the normal size cue. Very well managed hotel.

What a gem of a place! We visited at a difficult time, when I was really struggling with mobility, and this meant that the steps into the hotel were a bit of an issue and slow going with a walking stick. While there was nothing that anyone could do to change this, the staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful. Thanks so much to all of you. ❤️ We've been to Brussels many times and love spending time there, but on this trip, I wasn't able to get out and about much. It was therefore lucky that I loved everything about being in the hotel! The peaceful room, the super comfortable bed, the AC in summer, the bath... Being in the room was so relaxing and there's a great general feel to the property. The fragrance of the Clarins toiletries also took me a delightful trip down memory lane! As a guest, you're left with a really powerful impression of a team who love their jobs and for whom customer service is second nature. We'll be back to stay - no question. It's the very first place we'll consider. Also, props to whoever is stocking the beer fridge in the bar. Good quality, local beer is a real rarity in hotels and it absolutely shouldn't be! It's great to see that someone else feels the same way.

We stayed at the Made in Louise to celebrate my sister's birthday. Two late 50s, three twenty somethings. A quiet, elegant neighbourhood, but close to the trams and walking distance to most of the sites and to the friends we were visiting. The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. The mattress was excellent (very important for my poor back) and the bedding luxurious. The shower was great, as were the toiletries. Good breakfast, including freshly cooked eggs. The staff were super helpful with advice and recommendations. Highly recommended.
