We had the worst experience in this Hotel. The rooms in this Hotel have no Window and a Glassmade Roof. In Summers it is extremely Hot inside the rooms because the heat collects in the room. In some rooms there is an air Conditioner but it is of a very bad Quality. It can only work from 25 Degrees. The warm air from the air conditioner is pumped through a small hole in the room wall into the Floor and this makes the passage area extremely hot. The Staff is not at all helpful. They answer for each and every problem, "Sorry, we can not help you. The Boss/Manager is presently not here, may be he could help you." There was no free parking at the Hotel, we had to park on the Street 1 km away from the Hotel with Parking Fees. The Hotel says they provide Breakfast Buffet starting at 7:30 AM, but as we went for Breakfast at 8:00 AM there was no Milk, no Bread, no Fruit, Old Meat. The Coffee Mashine did not Work. So finally we had to leave without breakfast. All in all very bad experience !! Please just dont decide because of saving some Money, because it is not Worth it!

The place is definitely not worth the price.. Far from all the famous places and attractions.. Will suggest some other place in same budget as that would be much better.. definitely not a 3 Star hotel..

Out of the three showers, two of them are either completely missing shower doors or the shower doors are broken and basically fall on you if you don't perfectly balance them on the broken mechanism. This means that when you shower you spill water all over the floor of the bathroom, leaving the whole floor wet. This makes it uncomfortable for you and the next user. Further, out of all three showers there is basically no water that comes out of the showerhead, making it a very slow and unsatisfying shower. The general feel of the hostel is that a room that wasn't made for it was completely filled with beds and lockers, making it hard to move around and store your belongings without constantly having to dance around other people trying to do the same. The breakfast area and common space are not very welcoming and so generally nobody uses them.

Unfortunately one of the worst "hotels" I´ve been to. Visit in 2019. It is rather a hostel and to give it any star is a joke. Dirt and horrorsphere. The tram under the window is extremely noisy and the train further away as well. The walls are not very soundproof either, so it was a frightening experience at least after the first night, then we had to get used to it. The bed was very uncomfortable. Wifi kept falling down. I doubt a room change would make any difference. At least there was the breakfast but nothing to praise either. I strongly dont recommend to book this place. 220 Euros for 4 nights x the reality seems unreal.

I only booked this hotel because no other was available in the vicinity of Vorst Nationaal. But it was a bad experience and still too much money for one night. Need a lot of renovation before it will be good enough. Food should be kept cold for breakfast, bathrooms need a lot of good cleaning and bedroom should have at least curtains for all windows. People were friendly but that does not make up for the state of the hotel currently.

Good service overall. The host was very attentive and spoke english. The room was nice, it matched my expectations. The bathroom was ok, the toilette’s seat wasn’t properly installed, but I didn’t ask for it to he fixed so that’s on me. Also the breakfast was nice.

Nice room with plenty of room. Has the usual toilet, shower, tv etc. Overall clean hotel and staff can speak English. Has a nice little outdoor rooftop spot on the first floor to chill and smoke etc. Good Wi-Fi. 5th star would have been if there was free parking available which is the only down side.

A good and fair basic place to rest in Forest area. Very friendly crew that speak English. Clean rooms and a pretty rich breakfast (remember, it is a basic hotel, not a haute cuisine resort). Good commuting connections in the area - but this also comes with a minus: tram is in front of the place, so prepare to wake up pretty early. Warm rooms in the winter days. Cute pubs and also a rich shopping area around. As for me, yes, would come again. P.S. TIP: the wifi password is in cAPS LOCK, not as they wrote it ;)
