Ideal place for a long stay in Brussels. Good service by the receptionist and Mr. Guy who helped us to settle in. We stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment and it had all the amenities even for cooking. You will get good Wifi and good room cleaning everyday. Place is very convenient to get public transport like tram, bus and metro as well food and shopping. Also, you will get free laundry. But, the laundry is closed on Mondays. I really enjoyed my one month of stay there in AXL Flathotel

The cleaning team and the concierge's professionalism are the only positive things. The neighbourhood is so noisy. There are fights and disputes every day, school ans highschool children/students screaming,. The manager is so rude. It's so overpriced.

Great staff but the hotel smells. AC doesn't work. Kitchen isn't very good.

Ideal location close to ALL amenities with Luisa shopping area just a few minutes' walk away! Friendly staff and always available to help. Concierge service 24x7. Clean apartments with in-built kitchen (and all required equipment), regular cleaning service. Ideal for short and long stays! Have been living there for the last 5 years and ALWAYS got GREAT service and a good deal for the price paid!
