Please do not book this place at all costs. We only booked this because our train got delayed and we missed our train back to London. The room was extremely dingy, unclean and there were bed bugs in the beds. We ended up spending the night just sitting on the balcony to avoid the bedbugs. The bathroom also smelled bad and the whole place in general had bad vibes. Spend more money on a safer, more comfortable location - don’t waste your time and money, this place is not worth it.

... the best thing about this hotel is its location and the owners are nice, however, this hotel is really dated and we had issues about the cleanliness as one of the bigger rooms smelt of vomit. the cleaners did their best to clean it but it wasn't enough. the whole place needs refurbishment to meet the family-friendly status, otherwise, this hotel will remain only for the "no hassle free traveller who needs a place to crash for the night" sort of thing.

It is the dirtiest room I have ever seen and not to mention the bedbugs that bit me and my friend at night

This hotel does applies the rules of a discriminating monopoly to his clients, has no clear price policy. The responsible is really rude with tourists. Do not deserve more than 60 eur for a room. And a refund for his rudeness to clients. To avoid if you can.

Bed was comfortable and the room was cheap, that's the only positive things about my experience from this hotel. Dirty rooms, thieving staff, located in an awful neighbourhood.

This hotel was an oasis in the middle of the post-apocalyptic city that is Brussells. The manager/owner was extremely nice. I slept through breakfast, but he was kind enough to make me coffee - free - in the morning. It was the best coffee I had throughout my trip to Europe. Amazing coffee. I've have been trying to duplicate since coming home, but have not gotten it right. If you don't stay here, at least go by for a cup of coffee.

I am currently staying at this hotel. The staff is lovely and has a very good sense of service. It is so rare to have people who actually care about you. It is 23h30 and I've been asked if everything was fine and if I wanted a coffee while going out to smoke. It means a lot to me. In addition, the room is nice, comfy and clean; you really get a lot for your money here. Thank you so much.

For people who need a cheap bed for 1 or 2 nights I would recommend this hotel, especially for backpackers and people on an interrail trip. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great. The carpet in my room was a bit dirty but the bed linen was clean, aswell as the bathroom and the rest of the furniture. The hotel provides you with towels, soap and shower gel (all found in the hotel room) which is also nice at this pricepoint. You also get free Wifi and a TV in your room. The location is OK. Its very close to the "Bruxelles Midi" train station, but you have to walk for 15-20 minutes until you reach the center of the town.

Extremely dirty and noisy. The only good thing is that it's close to the Gare du Midi. But otherwise would definitely avoid it.

The receptionist was nice and explained about parking and stuff like that. But the room so dirty and noisy, toilet so dirty.

Service, location and staff were excellent. The only issue is overall cleanliness which needs some extra effort. Overall pleasant stay and is very convenient.

While it is close to Gare du Midi, the hotel atmosphere is not very pleasant. The building is not very welcoming on the exterior, partially due to the unpleasantness of its immediate surroundings, and on the interior is not very well kept; dated, for lack of a better word. On top of that, was not given the type of room that was requested and had to change the room upon arrival. One good thing is that the street markets are sometimes right in front of the buildings in the morning. However, this does cause for crowding outside.

We had a very very comfortable stay. Just felt like home. We were given the kitchen to cook n use. Lovely people. The rooms are spacious and the toilets are good too. The bus metro and trains station are about 200m walk from the hotel. A lovely place to stay.
