    I tried hard to make this place work, but I had no water for 8 out of 9 days and the customer service simply told me they were trying to fix the issue, when no one bothered at all. The boiler was leaking the whole time and it’s clear that this issue has been there for a while as the wooden shelf underneath it is completely swollen and parts are crumbling away. The walls are scuffed and there were hairs in my bedding when I arrived. Overall, it felt like the whole place has never been properly cleaned. This place is a total scam and a total waste of money (and don’t think you’ll be getting it back either because customer services just simply ignores you after a while) I’ve been to bad places but this was by far the worst experience. It’s very disappointing that this place is so poorly run because the location is wonderful.

    The only good thing about this apartment is the location. The floors look like they have never been washed, there are not enough kitchen, even the washing machine did not work as it should. We had the worst problems with water. Namely, we didn't have hot water. The water was ice cold! Despite the fact that it says that the phone is available 24/7, no one answered when we reported our problem. After thousands of calls they assured us that they were working on our problem and that they will fix it soon. There was no soon :(

    The location is good, but it's a nightmare to stay here. Although it's been 32 degrees Celcius outside, the heating system is on. So the room is extremely warm. It's impossible to reach the reception over the phone, and although I have been trying for days to communicate via Whatsapp and email, I don't get any reply.

    At the first night in the room we found some very dirty bedbugs, we reached out to the owner. But he wasn’t compassionate at all. At the end we were forced to book a hotel because it was just gross. 1 star from me

    Clean, nice surroundings, cannot find TV remote control electricity failed at 23, wasn't fixed until 12 next day .. cold water only, could not charge phone, etc.

    Hello . It is to bad such an amazing space great location great potentiel As being a traveler there is not that much to improve to get this service better ! I know how rentals happen and how this gets run douwn quickly The pictures in your location guide are quite not responding to reality Nothing got fixed from previous comments that are dated ! Suggestion to get your management team at work Of so we will be back !

    There seems to have a lot of thought gone into designing this flat. But it is not practical. The difference in flooring level of the bed is annoying. All 4 of us have hurt our toes. Enjoyed the small & neat posters.

    We stayed at the end of May. There was no hot water at all during our stay and they never came to fix it. We contacted them and they said someone would come but they didn't. I've since contacted them via booking.com and directly and they haven't responded. This was for the ground floor flat so your experience might vary depending on which one you have. As well as this the flat is very loud, the door woke us up multiple times a night.

    The place is tiny, looks generally cleen, but the floor looks like it was never wiped with any water, there are dust and dirt particles on the floor. Found hair on the extendable sofa. The shower is super weird and very small. Only liquid soap is provided, no shampoo here, so bring your own. The toilet is unconfortable to use and the toilet paper is way over the other corner of the apartment, by the sink, which is placed by the bedroom bed. The bedroom is not a separate room, but a nook next to the kitchen, containing the bed, the heating system, the shower and the sink. Yes, the shower comes right next to the bed. Also, the walls of the shower are completely transparent, so if there are more than you and your partner staying in the apartment, it may become a quite uncomfortable situation. All the booking process was easy and the code system works well. But there's a but, a huge BUT. After you book, you have to provide a deposit that is exactly the amount you plaid already for the stay (for us it was 300+300€) so that you can actually receive all the codes to access the building and the apartment. It is yet unknown of we will receive the deposit back, but I hope all will be okay. In the booking info, you had to expand an additional section to see the info on the mandatory deposit, which may become a problem, as not everybody checks that section. Please take note and provide this info right away. Another hing I would like to mention is that there was some broken stuff when we came in (USB not working, trouble with the toilet seat, etc.) and I am not quite sure the agency will consider these damages done by us, but I am afraid they can put these on us and not return the deposit. Hope this will not happen.

When we arrived there was a boiler failure, which means no heating or hot water, in winter in Brussels. Following our discovery we warned the establishment, the next day we spent the day contacting them constantly, they did not deign to find a solution of repair or relocation (so a second night without a shower or heat in winter) . It really spoiled the pleasure of visiting the city which is superb, we really couldn't enjoy it as we would have liked. (Original) Super sur le papier, un appartement tout neuf de bon goût et bien placé, mais la réalité est tout autre. À notre arrivé il y avait une panne de chaudière, ce qui implique pas de chauffage ni d'eau chaude, en hiver à Bruxelles. Suite à notre découverte nous avons prévenu l'établissement, le lendemain nous avons passé la journée à les contacter sans cesse, il n'a pas daigné trouver une solution de réparation ou de relogement (donc une deuxième nuit sans douche ni chaleur en hiver). Ça nous a vraiment gâché le plaisir de visiter la ville qui est superbe, on a vraiment pas pu profiter comme on aurait voulu.
