Good location, terrible service. Staff gave me a room next to the elevator which kept waking me up. When I asked to leave a comment they gave me a piece of paper, saying they don’t take comments

Extremely dirty. Room not cleaned, moisture on the ceiling, dust,... I asked many times to clean the room and it has not been done. Breakfast : table not cleaned, even at the opening. Hair found on a cup. Spa : floor dark and not cleaned, bottle of shampoo opened, mirror broken,... A 2 stars hotel is way better.

The staff are very friendly and take very good caution if you have any allergies.

Extremely comfortable hotel. Access from metro is very useful and is within very easy walking distance. The lobby was extremely well decorated and well lit and the dining area was comfortable. Breakfast provides a wide variety of options, all of which are very tasty. The rooms themselves are very neat and tidy and spacious, and plenty of items are gifted to the occupants, such as shampoos and hair combs.

Due to our own mistake, we booked the date of stay wrong, but staff showed great understanding and they easily changed the reservation without any charges (it's unheard of, right?). The room was a bit retro but big and clean and the hotel itself is well located. It is also a big advantage that the facility has its own parking. The only downside is that it's hard to believe that the hotel is five star (as shown in the description on google maps) - some parts definitely need to be refurbished.

Eurostars Montgomery is located in a beautiful neighborhood, easily accessible with public transport stop just a few meters away and equally within walking distance to a lot of attractions. We walked from the hotel to the Grand Place through the Parc du Cinquantenaire and the European Union organizations area. Quite nice. The hotel rooms are great and the staff were quite nice and helpful. However, you have a single lift, which means waiting time when the hotel is fully booked. While the breakfast was good, a single coffee maker also meant waiting time when there were lots of guests at breakfast. All together, it was a great experience.

The welcoming staff at the Eurostars hotel are the reason for the 5 stars. The hotel is well located in a lovely close-in suburb, very convenient for business and leisure travelers. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast sufficient. Would definitely return to the hotel.

(11th-14th January 2019) The hotel isn't really near anywhere particularly interesting and with it being situated right in the middle of Brussels it was constantly busy outside night and day, not a relaxing atmosphere that you'd expect at a hotel. The staff were a bit stand-offish, they didn't know how to answer my questions about how to get around Brussels (this was also the same everywhere we went in the city) we were just given a leaflet and they left it at that, I've never had that before when travelling around Europe. The room was nice enough, it had everything we needed for a short stay but I wouldn't go back.

The Eurostars Montgomery is a very nice hotel, close to the European institutions. The framework of the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice.

I wanted to stay here for a long time as everyone was saying good things about this hotel...THIS IS NOT A 5* HOTEL, never, not in a million years. First time I called the hotel, the receptionist answered in English, for me no problem but then I started talking in French and he said "sorry sorry, I don't speak French", a 5* hotel in Brussels accept people who don't speak French... OK, no problem, but weird. Then I learned that it's a Spanish hotel who bring people from Spain to work there (we all know why). One day I asked about a location near the hotel, another receptionist told me "I DONT KNOW" and that should search on Google... 😱😱😱😱😱Are you serious? That's why I'm paying so much so I can do their job as well? Waw I was shocked 😲 The only time when the staff was friendly was when they were saying hello and goodbye. Also the concierge was great, he did his best to make our stay better. The food is expensive and you don't get what you pay for. The bar area and breakfast is very beautiful. The design is classic and you have bookshelves everywhere. The parking is cheap, 15per night, so that's also good. The room was average seize and had a painting who was not leveled (I know it's a detail but come on it's supposed to be a 5* hotel right?). There is no shower only bath, for me it was a problem, maybe for you it's not. The wire of the hairdryer was tied up so I had to spend at least 5min to untied it. I was really disappointed on this hotel 😢

The parking garage is very cramped and difficult to navigate. The room was spacious, the bed was fine but in general the decor is old-fashioned. I was put on the first floor on the street side. It was noisy, but thankfully, I always bring ear plugs. The restaurant in the hotel looks good, and there are amenities (e.g. sauna). I didn't use these, though. The location is good, many nice restaurants nearby and there is a tram stop very close for going downtown.

Stayed here because they have an indoor garage as we were coming by car. However the experience started a bit badly… We asked the boy to open the doors for us as we were blocking the entrance. He told us he will do it right away but then he forgot. Only few seconds… is he Dory? Well after minutes of asking he finally opened the doors. The parking is a bit small but it was fine. The hotel itself is quite nice and cosy. Our room was very large and soundproof. I liked the decorations that was a bit vintage but charming. The only thing that needs improvement will be the bathroom. Some things are not working very well unfortunately. Also the lift is very slow and busy. Thankfully we were on the first floor but if you’re higher it can be annoying. Not to mention that the staff also use the lift and so it’s not easy to have it. Overall I think the hotel is okay to stay one or two nights. But it’s good that they are making improvements on the equipments as it’s a bit outdated. Also they should think of training their staff because they’re not very professional.

Book car parking garage a week in advance, difficult to find longer term parking in the city. Near subway and tram. Breakfast is limited compared to other places. e.g. Plopsaland :-).

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, but the kitchen and restaurant is rigid, not flexible about closing times. They are not accomodative of travelers who might not be able to dine within the times when they r open

He doesn't deserve a 5-star hotel. The room is cold, the coffee is very bad, the bar and restaurant are closed. You don't have basic things, slippers, etc. In the rooms

I think this one used to be great, but now it's a bit shabby. I've seen bruised furniture, issues in the ceiling ornaments, broken window locks, waving hot water. Also, the breakfast was no buffet, you had to enlist the previous day for a breakfast the next morning. Price was high, but wonder if worth it...

Very spacious and clean rooms with many facilities available. Staff also very friendly and helpful. :) Easy access to trams and metro so the location is also very good.

Was there to sleep overnight in perspective of a great Tomorrowland week end. Nothing to say more that perhaps this hotel is over rated and requires some renovation. It looked to me to go back in the ‘80s …..

Our stay at the Eurostar Montgomery was excellent. Although we arrived early, 4 hours prior to published check in time, our room was ready and we were allowed access. This was a tremendous boost for our entire trip as we had just finished 17 hours of flight to get to Brussels and needed to get some rest before starting our vacation. The staff of hotel were outstanding. All seemed very proficient in English so communication was never an issue. If you’re considering the hotel for travel be advised that it is a considerable distance from the areas of tourist activity. Although public transportation is just outside the front door some may find the extra time and effort to get around town undesirable. Our decision to stay here was largely based on our personal preference to have a room with a balcony. In this matter the hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re the type who likes to relax in the fresh air after a busy day out and about this is the place to stay. The balcony is large by any standards. It is completely private as well. Our suite was also larger and more comfortable than many we have encountered. Should we ever find ourselves in Brussels again we will eagerly return to Eurostar Montgomery.

Location, classic and stylish interior, majestic exterior, spacious rooms, hospitality, service, breakfast, cleanliness, gym and sauna: all ingredients for a really nice stay in Brussels. We loved every second of our stay here. And it’s close to the subway, which is perfect when you want to visit the rest of the city. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place for business travel. Hotel has a small parking hall, so convenient to come with a car and use public transport to get to City Centre. Metro is right next to the hotel. Hotel had an excellent customer service! Breakfast had good variety of things.

To be honest, the 5 star rating does not match the quality of the hotel. The rooms need some updating as some parts looked used and weary. The rooms are dark even with all lights on (and the light system is unnessesarily complicated). The breakfast is really meagre and they don't even have real cereals. Drinks are expensive. I have had 3 star hotels that were better. Service is friendly so they are not too blame.

I stayed at this hotel a business trip. Location is amazing, a bit away from touristic city centre but surrounded by several cafes, bars, super markets and restaurants. Very well connected to public transport. There is a huge park close to the hotel with lovely fountains. The rooms in the hotel are clean but slightly old. The walls are painted in dark color and rooms are simply lit. There is lot of Natural light in day time but during evenings if I had to work, there was lot of strain on my eyes. The lamps are not sufficient to brightly light up the room. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning is a bit noisy. Equipments in the gym are really old and not very well maintained. There is also a big sauna which I didn’t use. Overall a good place to say but I wouldn’t call it a 5 star property.

Nice and compact. Room space adequate. I find this place comfortable, plus the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good, internet is fast and free. Located in an area full of restaurants, so lots of choices for the foodies!

Spacious, lovely & comfortable rooms. Lovely designed bathrooms. Lobby lounge and breakfast area is tastefully decorated. Located in front of the metro and tram stop (Montgomery) some 7 mins from Central Station. Problem is the deep bass vibration in room #205. I changed rooms. Staff were appropriately attentive and helpful. However, the reception does not understand English: Worse is that they think they do but misunderstand and reply inappropriately, which can cause much distress.

Staff need to be trained on hospitality and courtesy. Queen bed is not actually a queen size but two smaller ones put together. Air-conditioning is broken. Furniture are old. Trimmings on the walls are falling apart. The floor lobby reeks of the smell of smoke. Breakfast buffet selection is poor and same every day. Only changes 1 or 2 dishes. Worst part is... I LOST MY WIRELESS EARPHONES in the hotel room. Never going back here again. Do yourself a favor and go to other hotels instead.

Bit dated compared to other hotels. I stayed for 3 nights and stay was effected by building work. This should mean others have a better stay than I had. Food was good. I left some cosmetics at the hotel and the staff held on to them and were very helpful to allow me to get them back.
