The view from this hotel is very beautiful, you can see the triumphal arch from here. The hotel is very well positioned, clean, good food, polite girls and boys are ready to help every tourist. Don't forget to visit Ghent and Brugge, don't stay at the hotel šŸ˜‰

One day the WiFi was off, the other day there was no hot water. Poor breakfast. Towels left residue on the skin. A bad experience overall.

Good value for money when visiting Brussels for a short business trip or on budget city break. Breakfast was very basic and the rooms facing the main road were quite noisy.

The best feature of this hotel is its location. It is in a quiet and clean neighborhood, a few minutes to the city center via public transport or on foot. The room is quite spacious and clean, but it has seen better days. A little renovation would merit another star.

1- room was clean but had insect marks on the walls, nobody cares to clean them or paint 2- the room was overlooking the street and we heard every single car, party etc windows arenā€™t triple glazed 3- breakfast: first day we arrived poor choice and you had to do everything yourself so boil the eggs, etc..old apples and bananas no fresh healthy fruits and tomatoes cucumber etc.. Second day: arrived to eat but there was nothing left and still an hour to breakfast end, spoke to the woman in charge she moaned and said I added croissant but people took them and I wonā€™t reheat the oven! The only cheese there was in a plate with ham so waste if you donā€™t eat ham. Basically really poor breakfast that isnā€™t worth the money I paid for. 4- the only good thing is the receptionist, the blonde lady who was helpful on several matters

Nice Cozy Hotel situated close to the city and easy access to transportation. The Staff were courteous and helpful. Don't be startled! by the room entrance, the rooms are spacious enough and the breakfast has a free coffee machine. The Staff also provided free welcome drink - as i am silver member. Wish the prices were little less guess the location determines the high price.

Very conveniently located for my business trip, the hotel is clean and presentable, staff very helpful and friendly. Coffee machine produced a drink that resembled but does taste like coffee, they need to invest in a better machine, breakfast is basic and could have greater selection of cold cuts and why not some hot options as well?

Staff was very nice, full of information and engaging. Hotel is close to buses and trams to reach train stations and downtown locations. Room was very large fir a European hotel. A little bare in furniture.

Very clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. No minifridge but great free wifi. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Orange Juice did not taste anything. Great service and location though.

We requested to leave after we arrived as our room was very dirty and had been left in a state of repair. There was pubic hair on the walls, parts of the walls that had been damaged and falling off, paint that had either not been completed or had been damaged and not fixed. We could not check out on that night and there was no manger available on our arrival or the next day. We have asked for a full refund and the desk staff, who were very understanding, said that we could email the manager and they would arrange. We are yet to receive a response on this though. It was very disappointing. Particularly for the cost involved.

The location is good, near a very hip area of Brussels (Louise/ Chatelain). If you're in Brussels for fun and/or shopping, you'll like it here. The room and bathroom are clean. The staff is friendly, and the price is quite good for the area. Well, most of the time, at least; sometimes hotels in Brussels are crazy expensive everywhere, during completely random times of the year. Anyway... There's a strange vibe in this hotel. Hard to explain, but I'll try before you label me a Karen. - The building wasn't built to be a hotel, and it shows: the narrow tall stairs are difficult to use (I take the stairs whenever I can), which could be problematic for evacuation in case of a fire or another emergency. - The layout of the hotel is complicated. I am the first to admit I'm not the best person when it comes to directions, but this is not about getting lost; it's just... complicated, cramped and twisted. From the moment you get off the elevator (it has automatic doors, but there is also a manually-operated door, which took me a bit to realise I am supposed to do something about it) and until you get into your room. - It is dark (no, the electricity works fine). I know this is Brussels, but this is *dark*. The very thick ceiling-to-floor curtains don't help, either. And I guess they're like that to cover other issues with the building: the windows and the facade walls are old and in a bad, unkempt state. Still. It's a decent place to stay if you take everything into account. Unless you're a superficial bat or an unpicky emo, in which case it's 5* easily. I'm neither, so I might stay here again if the price is good.

Lacking closets, a fridge, or even glasses in the rooms. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Room was clean-ish though. I learnt what type of hair had the guests before me and the carpet is stained (with no slippers in the room) but everything else was in order. The room isolation and termic control was not that great either. Breakfast is below average.

It's better than you expect. With breakfast included, nice and simple rooms, the girl at the desk was great. I mean, it's just not a five star hotel, but I don't have anything bad to say about it.

Great hotel for what we needed. Staff were so friendly! It was a little out of centre of city. Between 10-16 Euros for taxi into city centre

We arrived after booking through a Bongo voucher. The front office desk manager could not find the reservation. Luckily, the hotel wasnā€™t fully booked and she kindly arranged a room for us. The bedroom was just large enough with some comfortable chairs. The bed was clean, but the frame broke down at first touch (see pictures). Also the curtains didnā€™t cover the whole window, so the sun woke us early in the morning. The bathroom seemed properly clean, although the bath itself hadnā€™t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. The shower was very good. Funny though that hand soap was in the bath and the shampoo near the lavatory. The breakfast didnā€™t amount to much, but thatā€™s expected with the brand - it was certainly sufficient and fresh. It wasnā€™t bad altogether, but I wouldnā€™t recommend the hotel to friends.

Comfortable spacious room, bed was big and really comfy. Breakfast with many options. Coffee and tea available 24/7. Staff is super nice and helpful. Hotel is located on a lively avenue with plenty of restaurants nearby and 30 minutes away from city centre.

It deserves to be a super five star hotel. Respectful with customers and very helpful, and the rooms are super deluxe. Cleanliness is very great. I really liked it and will book it again. It would be the first and best suggestion. Really thanks for the hospitalityšŸ™šŸ»šŸ‘ŒšŸ»

Overall a good hotel, nice location, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Breakfast is also good for the price but be there before 10.00am in the weekend or you wonā€™t have much choices. Iā€™ve one comment and tips to make about streetā€™s noise (tram, cars, peopleā€¦). I didnā€™t notice when arriving in the evening windows are equipped with an air trap which was opened by default in my case. As result, noise was passing by while it closed, itā€™s much better šŸ™ƒ An explanation at the reception would have been relevant, and thatā€™s why Iā€™m not giving 5 stars.

Excellent location, very convenient for public transport and next door to the very lively Chatelein area. Very reasonably priced. However the "Style" element is a bit faded imho: the whole hotel as well as the rooms are in bad need of a good refurbishment to reach the level of perfection it could easily achieve. Super useful parking in Flagey Square few minutes walk.

Nice room, not to small with enough space to stay for a business or city trip. The bathroom was large and clean as well. The offered breakfast has a nice mix, between different cereals, breads and even a waffel machine, for selfmade belgian waffles. The hotel itself is few minutes away from the city central and with walking distance. Parking is offered by the hotel, in the underground which can be a bit difficult with a bigger car and it costs a decent price (15ā‚¬ per night).

Rooms are clean and neat, location is close to city center getting 2 stars. The restaurant ( mainly breakfast) is very limited Cleanliness of common areas a big??? Dirty balconies. Parking is very difficult in this area. The parking was booked in advance, the place is very congested. Surrounding ambience is not appreciable! If you don't have options, this is suggested!

Nice and clean room with a street view. The breakfast was good and the receptionist guy was very kind (he helped me with a PC plug adaptor problem I had). Very nice experience overall. Only thing that bothered me a little was that the gap from the bed to the wall TV was too small and I had to watch my head from the TV angles every time I was passing through.

I just stayed here with family a few days ago. The beds were clean, and the breakfast was okay (gluten free options such as the fruit bowl were missing the second day), but the hotel is just looking rather seedy and in need of renovation (Apparently one is underway?). Moreover, trash was left in the hallway near our room; to managementā€™s credit they did clean it up after we complained. However nothing was offered to make our stay better. Photos are from the hotel.

Nice location close to a tram stop. The room was in need of a bit of refurbishment: there was condensation on the window, but it did have a little balcony looking out over Brussels which was nice. Breakfast was the typical buffet but with limited choices of hot food.

okay, i can say 2 reasons why choices this hotel. 1 cheap 2 big room. and now the bad word about this hotele. its stinks not clean i mean you have everywhere dust paint on wall are terrible in bathroom you have mold and nearly everything its broken and old. breakfasts are terrible- you do not have too much to be chosen from, there only bread , waffles and yogurt. no any fruits or local specials as in othes Ibises.
