Good hotel, about 10 moun fron Louise metro station. Rooms are fairly large. The included breakfast is good. There is supermarket nearby and microwave oven in the room which can be useful for eating in. Staff are very nice.

Booked a three night city break with British Airways cost £400 for flights and hotel. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast was a very good buffet style mostly continental but also had small sausages, scrambled eggs and cook your own boiled eggs. Rooms were decent size and also had microwave. No kettle in Rooms but free coffee machine in lobby was great. Just outside main city centre but in a nice area of Brussels packed with designer shops.

The hotel is about 15mins walk from Brussels station if you have good gps on your mobile but we ended getting a metered taxi which cost €10. Tram 92 and 97 is just outside the hotel. It won't take you all the way to Central station where Central Plaza is, it is only a short walk from the tram stop. The hotel itself is located in a really nice area. The main road is only about 5 mins walk away where you will find a lot of shops. The staff are very helpful, their English is perfect. The room we had was big which surprised hubby and myself. The stay in this hotel was very pleasant. We didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment but coffees and teas as free for all.

Really lovely, friendly helpful staff. They made our stay great & so welcoming. Amar in particular. They arranged some lovely treats for my sisters birthday which she loved.

The location is great, staff was friendly. Cleanliness could be better in the shower since it had some mold in it. Another thing I should mention is, that there’s a bad odor that comes from the sink every time you open it. The bad odor stays in the room to the point that I had to buy an air refresher.

Decent rooms, clean, albeit small. City center/attractions are not walking distance, so prepare for public transpo or book a taxi. Breakfast was standard, nothing special.

Nice stay close to the center. You can take a tram 10m from the hotel. Rooms are perfect for two people. It’s a decent place to stay for the price.

I am a platinium member at Accor Group. I spent 2 nights at this hotel. It has been a terrible experience. Old and Very dirty room, smelly and very noisy. Unbelievable that this hotel is part of the ALL network.

Very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They even arranged for us to access breakfast out with the usual time as we had an early flight to catch 👋👋👋

As far as Ibis goes, this is really good. Don’t expect much in the way of design, but my room was comfortable, reasonably spacious as opposed to cramped, and well equipped. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. And it is slap bang in the middle of a very happening neighbourhood.

Nice room, decent breakfast, excellent location for tram (mass transportation). My only slight issue is the shower only has half a door which is a european thing so my bathroom floor got wet, but that was a slight inconvenience because they will clean your room the next day. I would recommend.

This ibis hotel is a great place to stay when you visit Brussels. Firstly the location is superb, you can walk in three minutes or so to the old town square. The front desk is helpful and informative. The hotel is big but you don’t feel it. The rooms are ok just a mini fridge is missing. The breakfast is awesome, there are lots of food and drinks to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel

Loved this hotel for the fact that they had a water filter at reception for guests to fill drinking water when needed, which we didn’t find elsewhere in our Europe trip. Coffee is available at the coffee machine for guests for free and that’s a lovely gesture. Rooms are decent and the hotel is reachable by tram services

Right beside Faider tram stop so very accessible. Free use of hot drink machines for guests. Can use storage for luggage on request.

What you would expect from an Ibis, breakfast expensive at €17, the previous day I had full cooked breakfast in a central London hotel for €13. Transport links are good with the tram stop for 92 and 97 tram literally on the doorstep. Internet OK for working, with 30Mbs up and down. New TVs were fitted in all rooms while I was there, better range of channels on new TVs.

When booking it was not specified that the room included your (very expensive breakfast). My client refuses to pay for breakfasts, which means you have forced me to pay for these expensive breakfasts out of my own pocket. Your staff at reception would not help at all in this regard. So overall: extremely disappointed. Apart from that, the rooms need a new coat of paint and the reception staff could be a bit friendlier. Your cleaning staff are lovely however.

The hotel is a bit outside the center, but the tram stops literally in front of your door. I asked for a quiet room and got one with a nice view of the ivy in the backyard with no street noise. I am satisfied with the room and the daily cleaning. The bed was also comfortable. There was a fridge in the room which was useful for me. The main drawback of the hotel was the breakfast. It is necessary to reorganize everything related to the breakfast in order to satisfy the guests.

+ Great location, right next to tram stop Good coffee machine in hall for free Kind and helpful staff - Design is a bit old, not very "styles". No USB chargers. No bar

Near our window, a worker had been cleaning the rubble and hitting with a hammer since 8 am. It's impossible to sleep. The hotel employee said that she could not do anything and he works there regularly. They didn't move us to another room on another part of building As a result, we didn’t get much sleep after a difficult flight. Be careful. Don't choose this hotel

  • 1/5 Anton M. 4 months ago on Google
Construction works are taking place in the hotel backyard, so if you wish to wake up to the noise of construction activities at 8 AM, that's your choice. The reception manager is aware of the issue but can't take any action as the building maintenance firm is conducting these works. Unfortunately, the manager doesn't have a solution to resolve the problem; the only thing you'll receive for the inconvenience is her apology.

Great experience. cool facilities. So much to eat as breakfast. Very clean rooms, friendly staff.

Neither more nor less than you would expect from Ibis. Inexpensive, functional - only essentials, no luxuries. This one has a friendly staff, which is not so usual in Ibis, not to my experience anyway.

been there almost three years ago! the rooms were clean and quite spacious. we didn't here any noise from the other rooms! the guy who worked at the reception was very helpful!

Very good hotel. Clean and tidy. Good facilities although missing a kettle in the room. On the plus side, a safe, mini fridge and microwave have been provided in the room for customer benefits. Free tea and coffee down stairs in the reception hall. Beds comfy, housekeeping on top form here being friendly and polite. Highly recommend Ibis Hotel Stephanie if you are about in Brussels.

This hotel was perfect. We really enjoyed the complimentary coffee/tea/water cooler. Our room was very big with air conditioning and block-out curtains. Bathroom was clean. There is a tram station right outside and I do recommend using the public transport to get around. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. You can make your own waffles! Will definitely stay there again.

Good location, close enough to the centre. Usually all is ok, good value for money. Mostly friendly staff. My bathroom had a foul smell, minor issue. Parking nearby is difficult.

I had a great stay. Nice room (with microwave and refrigerator), good service, good breakfast, coffee and tea available outside breakfast hours. Tram station just ouside the door. Walking distance to the center.

Perfect hotel for its category - just a couple of minutes of walk away from the metro station. But the real plus is the accomodation team! They are friendly and will go an extra mile to help you and to make you feel better. Well done!

Good hotel, well priced and well situated. Room was spotlessly clean. A comprehensive continental breakfast was included in our booking as part of a Eurostar package from London, making the whole trip great value. It's around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the station or to market Square. This did not concern us as as we do all our city breaks on foot, but less mobile folks may find the location a bit peripheral.

Central location..breakfast was very good compared to my expectation...there is a private car park in floor -1. 15 euro daily. Free coffee in lobby 24 hr. Nice clean rooms with good AC and good shower. There is complimentary jel for hand wash and also for body wash. Safe locker and mini refrigerator available. Also a microwave. My room was silent enough.

The hotel is in a great location - there is a tram stop right outside or alternatively it's a 30-minute walk from the city centre if you fancy some exercise after the bountiful breakfast. Apart from the excellent continental buffet, complimentary hot drinks are available 24/7 and there is a fridge and microwave in your room should you want to bring some food and drink back. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I was allowed to leave my bags at the hotel for the afternoon without charge after I had checked out, which enabled me to spend longer in the gallery before I left Brussels. Quality service like that means I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit the city again and do not hesitate to recommend it to everyone else.

Was here on business for a few days, excellent location for getting around, tram stops outside. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable and breakfast was simple but tasty. Only loses a few marks because the air con was playing up and it was roasting!

I spent there three nights. Two of them in a room with broken air condition with unbearable heat. When asked to change my room they told me they are fully booked and it is not possbile. Change of the room was possible only during the hours indicated by manager (when I had some meetings I was forced to cancel). No compensation or refund has been offered. Give 2 stars only because the lady at reception was nice. Defenietely do not recommend!

Spent a night here for a great price. Location is central. Comfortable bed and room. Continental breakfast was okay. The gym was rather small.

Noisy expensive and it’s an Ibis so unfortunately can’t recommend. But here’s the review anyway. small minimal rooms. All the staff were , great and an ok continental breakfast. But myself and my colleague (separate rooms) were both constantly woken up by the rumble of trams that run through the night.

very clean rooms (microwave, fridge), friendly stuff, nice breakfast, tram stopps in front of the hotel. Free tea, coffee, water 24/7. Only double beds in the rooms.

Good business/budget hotel just outside the city center. I arrived early (~13h) and was allowed to check in, which was helpful. The lobby and entry areas are very nice and new looking, but other areas of the hotel look a bit old/tired. The carpet in my room had a couple stains and the bathroom could probably use a deep clean. Breakfast is good. Sometimes they are slow to refill things. Free coffee/tea in the lobby at all hours. There is a fitness room that is very basic, but it's there.

Due to unclear reservation system 2 rooms were booked instead of one. We only needed one but no refund, even for the extra 2 breakfasts or a free parking were offered. That's a good way of making sure we will avoid Ibis hotels in the future. Room is okay. Breakfast in weekend extremely busy and very small counter in U shape so you constantly keep bumping into people when you try to collect your stuff. Location on a 20 to 25 min walk from shopping center.
