Had a very comfortable stay in the loft. Spacious room, great bathroom. Good facilities. Very accommodating and helpful host. Perfect location for exploring the centre of Brussels.

We were due to stay in the GuesthouseBXLrooms but due to an issue with passports we have had to delay our trip by two weeks. I rang Edmund the day before to ask him if we could change the dates for our stay. Not only was he rude and condescending to me, he also refused to change the dates and has kept the money. I post this review here as a warning to future guests, it's only when the is an issue that you see the true greedy colours of people.

We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse!!

I loved our time here! We rented the loft and Edmund was very helpful. He gave us all the important information and we got to meet his lovely cat who also helped show us around. The complimentary snacks and pamphlets in the main area was particularly nice to see. The area is fantastic and everything is in walking distance. The city is LOUD at night but the loft room was nice and quiet even on the weekend.

3 mins walk from Grand Place so the location is exceptionally good for the Brussels sightseeing. The hotel is along one of the main streets but very quiet thanks to multiple doors getting into the room (very good sound proof). The staff is super helpful to make your stay in Brussels more comfortable. Any questions, please ask him!

Loved the place. Edmund is super friendly and helpful. Very easy to reach via WhatsApp very convenient if you cannot make international calls with your phone. Room was comfortable shower was great. What more can you ask for. The price is right. Very cute guesthouse. Thank you Edmund!

I can’t say enough positive things about the Guesthouse. Edmund made the experience absolutely sensational. Without his advice and knowledge of the city, our visit would have been standard. Edmund’s recommendations, not to mention the Guesthouse itself, made our stay in Brussels one of our favorite vacations we’ve ever been on. The room was spacious with soft lighting and had its own balcony with chairs and shade. The bed was larger than hotel beds and much more comfortable. The common area had coffee, tea, food, and his two adorable cats. He even baked all his guests croissants one morning and let us eat some of his tomatoes he grows there. If you are unsure whether or not you want to stay at this location, I cannot recommend it enough! I would rate this 100/10 if I could, and if I am ever back in Brussels again I will only stay here.

Such a beautiful, unique, boutique guest room, it was spacious and homely, with a modern bathroom and sufficient heating. Edmund was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and helped us with all questions we had. My only complaint is that the bed seemed to dip in the middle so we had an uncomfortable nights sleep. There was a beautiful and friendly hotel cat who greeted us in the morning with kisses, what a wonderful surprise!

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a good shower, and well-equipped amenities. The highlight was the lovely terrace, although we couldn't enjoy it due to the weather. It's wonderful that tea, coffee, toast, and cereal are provided in the communal area. I highly recommend this accommodation. Many thanks to Edmund, the super friendly host, for his helpful tips, and to his two adorable cats. The only minor critique is that the room lacks natural light, but there are plenty of lamps and lighting options, it overall didn't bother us as we were only in the room to sleep.
