What a disappointment ☹️ We have been coming to PQ since year 2000 and it has been our favourite place, we loved it for the amazing atmosphere, great quality food, generous portions, creative recipes…. Yesterday, in PQ Waterloo, the portions were small, the tartines with chicken and zucchini were sooo dry, the iconic limonade we used to love was now so artificial and had no mint 😔, the glass was far smaller than before and the price was far higher. 80€ for 3 people to have tartines, limonade and coffee 😔 PQ has definitely changed for the worse, I am sorry to witness. Big disappointment 🥺

A nice place to take a brunch! You will eat a good meal and be I a nice atmosphere. I’m only giving it 3 stars because all the dishes are you too expensive! You will pay an expensive dish and will not have eaten the best thing in the world and you will still be hungry afterwards… so I’m a little bit disappointed of this place…

This year we chose Waterloo's Pain Quotidien for breakfast on Mother's Day. It was full but they quickly found us a table, super efficient and friendly staff! Attentive to our requests, the brunches took a while to arrive but it was understandable given the turnout. We’ll be back for sure.

Very disappointed when no value is given to the money. Paying EUR 4.95 for an almond croissant, paying EUR 4.45 for a black normal coffee or cappuccino it is just ridicolous. I hope that many other people start to give value to their money and find other options.

I ordered a cherry crumble tart that I saw displayed in the vitrine next to the cashier for 4.95€. However, when I went to pay, the price was 6.50€, which seemed to be a mistake considering the menu listed it as 6.50€. Not only was this incorrect, but I also found it unreasonable to charge 6.50€ for such a small tart. Similarly, the hot chocolate was both small in portion size and expensive. Furthermore, the service provided by the students was lacking in hospitality and professionalism. Vanessa, in particular, seemed inexperienced and unsure of how to interact with customers in a food-serving establishment. Overall, this was a disappointing and overpriced experience. I have no intention of visiting this restaurant chain again.

Is a perfect place for breakfast. There are many option for a light meal or a stro g meal. Everything is delicious. And people are so friendly. I loved!

One of the best Pain Quotidien in the wider Brussels area. More space, great atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Warmly recommended.

I forgot my phone on the table when leaving. The staff came out and ran to give us back the phone. Grateful to the staff. Food is good and the place is pleasant.

Soup was not hot! Breads roll with chicken doesn't look great and 2x breads and soup plus 3 x coffee cost almost€40 far too expensive!

Delicious food and drinks! Friendly staff! There where very nice and helped us even though we don't speak French. It was a little expensive for the portions but delicious and quality food

Great pastry and coffee selection. Would definitely go again. Also provide takeaway and some baked goods.
