There would be a lot more customers in this store if we were without the presence of that horrible little woman who calls herself "The Supervisor", (Cruella would be a more appropriate title). Une femme exécrable ! The other staff members, however, are first class.

Good store for British and Irish food. Unfortunately the personal isn't very welcoming and even unpleasant. What a shame to have such a service as ambassador of British food and products.

I don't know what is happening at this place, but it's going downhill. Iit is so badly lit that it seems closed from the outside (even looking from the parking). It now has a much more limited choice than previously - altough the insane marges are still there on the prices. This shop is getting asleep.

Not being particularly into sweets I found the store rather disappointing. I expected to find American or British products that are hard to find over here, but most of what I saw can be found in a good Belgian supermarket.

Mompel...mmmmm... the staff parks next to the entrance (customer friendly) they asked me once to replace my car as I was early... anyway, long live Brexit as 90% of their products are now Irish!!!!!! Gone is the best Cheddar that you neverteless still can buy in some Carrefours!

I love this shop. Lots of nice Irish and British food. All staff is friendly except for one super bitter lady. Holiday season is the best to come shopping

I love this shop with mainly British and Irish products, but lately it is a little empty and the selection is more limited which is a pity.

Perfect shop. I bought Quad Connect for my child; it costs only 1,80 euros, OMG. And a lovely mug with plenty of beautiful butterflies... And they have also English books. Very nice emplyee, she is so kind.We came 5 minutes earlier and she opened the door for us!

Good selection of UK/Irish products (love that they have the reduced salt Bisto best gravy powder), however I will mourn the loss of the Waitrose product range (thanks, Brexit).

Nice selection of British food products. Unfortunately brexit seemed to have impacted their supply chain, so the stock levels varied recently. Super helpful staff.

My family and I have been customers here for as long as I can remember (90s-present). Excellent products & friendly service every single time. Whatever your home comfort / guilty pleasure is, chances are they’ll have it. (If they don’t they would probably order it for you if you ask them politely).

Since Brexit and rising energy prices, it has never been the same. Often empty shelves with limited choice of products. You can still find the essentials.

Always a good time there... Employees are so very cheerful even when busy... I'm American and the "British Store" has my home favorites from the US as well...

Since brexit they don't offer crumpets on Mondays anymore. There's none in the freezer, just bagels, bagels and bagels.

Walking into this store is like stepping through Alice’s looking-glass and entering a Great British Wonderland full of tasty stuff nowhere else to be found in Brussels!

Plenty room to shop, wide corridoors, good selection of products, Ryan was very helpful.

Love this place :) They have a vast and varied selection, especially impressive when it comes to sweets and biscuits but by no means lacking in other areas. Very impressive selection of seasonal goods, currently many different options for mince pies. There are even UK bathroom supplies lile shampoo and shower gel. Well-stocked too, I always find the things I expect. Staff are courteous and helpful. Spices are a great deal here, cheaper than in our local Belgian supermarket!
