We visited the Fabrique on Saturday and there was no crowd whatsoever (we did however stopped by a week before and did not get a table, so I guess we had luck this time), the food was above our expectations and above any brunch we had in Brussels so far. Yes, it costs EUR 25 per person, but we certainly ate for more. The crêpes were amazing, cakes delicious, salty tarts and salads just perfect. I was hesitant due to the price but in the end, it was totally worth it.

Excellent brunch...the best in Brussels! Huge variety of fresh made goodies and drinks. The stuff was very friendly and the atmosphere unique. We had a wonderful experience during our visit to Brussels there!

The Brunch is above average for Brussels but unfortunately still below common sense expectations. More like a 3star hotel breakfast. Very nice ambiance though and the staff is friendly and efficientish.. You can do better!

Loved the ambience and decor here. Very bright and open with great choice of background music. Both cakes and coffee were decent. Enjoyed a relaxing and lazy afternoon in this lovely cafe.

Really good value for money and great tasing food. Been there Thursday morning and it was quiet and delicious. Coffee could be better.

A favorite place in beautiful Chatelain, Brussels. If you love a good brunch, this is your spot. Amazing menu and very diverse - offering something for everyone. Vegan options available too. Can be a bit crowded so go early!

We had a couple of coffee. Tables are full for the brunch - 26€ all you can eat. Very cozy atmosphere

This place is a bit overpriced. And I have a beer here and the menu said 4 euros and then when I went to pay she charged 4.5 instead. Saying the menu hasn't been updated yet. Not cool. Don't put a price and charge another. Good atmosphere though.

went there yesterday. Can t say it was bad, just food with no guts and spirit. 14 € for a greek dish with some roasted vegetable and charcoaled feta is quite expensive. Friendly staff. nice summer terrace but missing that extra kick that ll bring you back. just another eatery with very little personality not daring to step aside. Could be way better. Get a daring chef and innovate and get out of the Châtelain dull food scheme.

We had brunch on a Sunday morning. Wonderful atmosphere, lively and warm. Amazing food and excellent coffee. Pricey but worth it.
