Great coffees, an amazing seating layout and location. Try their blueberry cheesecake (non coffee drink), cheesecake and the crispy caramel love (coffee)- loved it! Would have given it a 5 star if their service had been a a bit more prompt and a cleaner WC.

If the person working there that day is nice, the baggel turkey was at least 2 days old!!! Hard, inedible bread! I will never go back there again!

I love the cappuccino at coffee fellows

I just left without the coffee I had already paid for, as my belief that I would be getting it any time soon before they closed shop for the day, was waning quickly - and obviously quicker than their service. While I was leaving another customer complained that his order was wrong. Unless you have lots of time, avoid.

Coffee was amazing, very comfortable seating. They have an amazing menu (covering coffees, shakes, snacks) which must be tried in multiple visits. Chill place to spend some time!!

Very well located. You can go to the 1st floor and drink your coffee there with a great view of the Place de la Monnaie and the interesting hustle and bustle of the adjacent shopping street. We were there twice during our trip to Brussels. The coffees, frappés and teas were very well prepared both times.

Ordered a cappuccino hoping that I can do some work there, cappuccino was just a big cup of tasteless milk (couldn't taste the actual coffee). Staff handed me the cappuccino spilt the coffee to little plate not apologizing nor offering me to wipe it, like it was unimportant. Wifi didn't work, so difficult to connect, there was a one-hour time limit to use which is strange for cafe which usually encourage people to stay, and after got connected in 10 min I was disconnected. Entering the cafe, 3 staffs were chatting on a table in front of entrance as if they're customers (not owners) while their colleague was behind the counter dealing with customers, I think it's unwelcoming and strange. Overall, it's not worth it. Bad bad bad experience.

Ordered hot chocolate, got milk with some artificial chocolate flavour syrup on top and the bottom of the cup. For over 3 euros for a small cup you expect more! Plus, the person from staff looked rather annoyed when asked where the cup lids are.

Smoothie your life up! Normally, I don't tend to walk around one of the most crowded streets in Brussels which is Rue Neuve, but that day I've decided to take a stroll across downtown. Feeling peckish, I stumbled across tiny CoffeeFellows at the beginning of the street. Ordered a plain smoke salmon bagel and green smoothie. Both were excellent, especially the smoothie. All under 10€! The staff was very kind and friendly. Cool music in the background allowed me to work on my Mac without distraction. Highly recommended!

We did receive an awful services + our coffees were too cold !! Coffee fellows, you should hire staff and train them for services they are delivering !!!! I will never put my feet back again at this place ! Tou can fond better place to drink your coffee in Brussels !

Super friendly staff, and great matcha! Worked there for a while on my computer, it was well decorated and clean. Bagel tasted good too, and the service was fast! Would recommend!

I paid for a coconut, almond milk, chocolate and coffee drink: i got an almond milk and coconut beverage. My friend got a cappuccino that was cold at the time she drank it. My other friend paid for a coffe, hazelnut, and milk drink. The hazelnut was nowhere to be found. A drink came with a lettuce leaf in it. We waited for fifteen minutes at least for those. They asked us what we ordered at least five times and still they got them wrong.

I got a chai latte it was supposed to be hot but it was warm/cold and i got a caprese bagel which was not fresh at all, I got sick after eating and had food poisoning. Don’t recommend at all👎🏼

It is pity that a place so cosy in a perfect location to have such a bad service. The first time I got a mint tea it came with small bugs inside from the unclean mint, but I decided to give them another chance and the next time I bought a muffin with a friend we both had food poison. Also on the internet it says that the place closes at 6 on sundays,when I asked they told me it closes at 5 and before 4 o'clock they told us that the third floor is closing.Don't recommend it.
