Every 2 weeks, I go to this shop to buy my capsules. Today, I paid at the counter, and while leaving the shop, a woman from the staff stopped me and said Mademoiselle... ça va ? With a really fake smile and asked me if I had paid for my capsules and if I had my ticket. Accusing regular customers of stealing without checking with the other colleagues is absolutely unprofessional... Just because I was holding the capsules in my hand and not in a bag.

Very badly staffed. Today a queue formed inside in several areas of the store, by the entrance and by the back of the store waiting to pay. Their self service machines never work for me and today it took more than 20 minutes from the moment I walked in to the moment I paid for well over €100 worth of pods. This is not the staffs problem, they are always nice. This is poor management and badly designed store layout. Also, please fix your self-checkout machines, they never work for me.

Very unfortunate experience. I entered the shop and ordered different types of coffee. I paid for them, and then I proceeded to ask to try a type of coffee I was buying (coconut flavour over ice). The sales associate told me that it was not possible because the store was about to close (mind that it was 18:05, and the store would close at 18:30). Meanwhile, 2 customers entered (after me), and they were offered coffee. Very unprofessional to differentiate different types of customers, especially when Nespresso is part of the B corp community.

They were really nice! The atmosphere is calm and relaxed and I bought a selection of lungo. The guy was so nice he give me a view cube for free as a homage. Thanks a lot! 5 stars! I will come back soon :)

I’m sorry but I hated this place. The personel never welcomed you - but they were staring and gazing at you like you were potential stealer. And they have no knowledge of what they sell - asked about difference between some capsules they were not able to answer my questions…. Always felt unwelcomed - one of the reason I stopped buying nespresso capsules.

Nice personal, a lot of choices for coffee and coffee machines. Clean ans tidy. Normally if you want to buy, you will need the membership card (which is free)

I love this place. You will get all types of coffee and also you can try them before buying and they give you chocolates as well to taste with it.

Endless queues albeit few customers. Not only due to covid as it was always like that: it is to convey the message that Nespresso is an exclusive product. Staff very pushy to sell the most expensive brands. Nespresso is indeed good but it is not the only one.

The place is fancy. Very pleasant ladies and gentlemen. Easy getting coffee. The range of coffee is wide. The price is higher. The added value is the opportunity to taste coffee generously offered. The place is well situated. Lived up to the expectations.

Good intentions but poorly fulfilled... When you enter this nice huge Store, there is immediately someone asking if you want to buy coffee or something else. Then you get a number in order to get helped... Ok... Waited 15 minutes!! Several employees there just looking pretty, then 3 numbers included mine, at the same counter... So finally I left after 20 minutes without buying anything... No thank you nespresso... I rather buy your overpriced things online... I am not used to be forced to beg someone to sell me articles

quite talk or ne big shop with helpful and friendly staff. But it would be a shame if rere is no salethey weren't helpful and friendly. Their customers know what they want, there is no sales talk because everything has a fixed price. And actually, all they are selling is coffee. Good, very expensive coffee. Stop by the Nespresso shop near my hotel today and I was greeted by Shanice. She was very helpful and take her time to explain everything clearly. I would say this branch service is top notch and highly recommend if anyone looking for Nespresso capsule or just want to come and taste some coffee!

Really amazing service! Very friendly and kind team! We felt really welcome, the whole team was helping us, while waiting we were offered delicious coffee. And most important, they find a solution for us how to fix our coffee machine. So nice to see that the team made so much effort for us, really luxury service 10/10. Thank you 🙏

I just visited this boutique with my daughter and we wanted to try a new flavor. The boutique is very clean and very nicely organized. We felt very welcome and thank you Basile for an excellent service!

Two (!) staff members at door, with no purpose. They allow customers to cut the queue while patient customers are waiting outside.

I went to go and get some capsules and it was an incredible experience. I got helped by Shanice and she helped me a lot through my choices. A coffee specialist then offered me a coffee and it was delicious. I recommend everyone to go there at least once!

All of the staff is very nice, I have been served by Shanice who has been very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend.
