I was walking with three friends downtown and we passed by the door. We decided to go in for a drink and a bite, but it was not the best decision. We ordered, among others, three Cokes, and all three were served without a single bubble, looking more a syrup than a soda. It was a great evening at the HRC Brussels. The staff work in one area and are very attentive but not intrusive. Short friendly conversations with information about special exhibitions in the café are given. As always, the food was terrific and the Belgian was a dream. Reservations are recommended as it was very busy. If you are in Brussels you should make a stop there.

As the concert was going on, we took a few more drinks (they have good selection of cocktails), enough to get us till the end. On the end, this is a typical HR Caffe, so you know what you get. It is better to book in advance, as it can get busy. Definitely to return for burgers!

First time visit here, I decided to go with the spare ribs (I'm not a burger fan) and was happily pleased! Their BBQ sauce is very tasty and I also liked the beans and fries. We had 3 steaks, one was good, the other 2 very fatty. The beer was nice, but the on tap coke was way too watery. We complained and got 2 more of the same. Staff not interested in doing anything about it. That said we ate on the top floor by the window with a lovely view over the square. Overall location good. Alcohol good. Soft drinks terrible. Food variable but not what you expect for the price charged. Just going to cancel my next booking here.

Overall food & drink was to the normal Hard Rock Café standard but talking value for money was expensive even being in a high tourist area. One downside id say is the one set of toilets on the top floor which is in the same room as the venue hosts big parties which we encountered silly ques for. Last point thinking of atmosphere... Hard Rock cafés are usually known for their rocky playlists but 1 night was a very watered down playlist and 2nd night was a jazz band??

Went here on my own and had the ribs with chips and hurricane drink. Ribs worked out at £22. Drink was around 13 euro i think. Loved the ribs so went back two days later. 😋 Also got the icecream Sunday, disappointing as there was enough chocolate to fill my graving.. Staff are welcoming and friendly, only got the ribs as staff recommended them. Great choice.

Every one of the bartending staff were kind to us and were certainly kind to each other. It was so refreshing to be a witness to a positive culture. Plus the cocktails were great!

We reserved a seat to watch F1 while eating dinner and got seated on a nice and calm floor. They closed all curtains and turned on the AC so that we could have the best experience possible. It's definitely not the quality I have been used to by Hard Rock. Perhaps I should have made a point about it while I was there, but because I had company I didn't bother. That doesn't take away this negative experience. All in all, I hope the decent Hard Rock quality won't disappear in the future.

Great food. Nice atmosphere. Lightning fast service and really sweet staff. Tried Blue Chimay for the first time. Delicious.

What we can say about the Hard Rock Cafe? Everytime I go to one I have a great time... The food is excellent... This time we went to the Hard Rock Cafe in Bruxelles... And I have to thank you the gentleman who served our table... He was great!!! Unfortunately I don't remember his name

The restaurant is very nice, they have nice outfit and instruments from great rock starts. The customer service is excellent, as usual in the franchise, however the menu is small and with limited options (not sure if the reason is the pandemic situation but it can be)

Great and friendly management and staff. Top tier food which tasted impeccable. Great attention to detail in the decor and if you get sat upstairs with a view of Grand Place you are in for a treat.

I love Hard Rock Café and couldn’t deny myself to don’t get at least a drink in here! Staff are outstanding!! Ivan, our server, super nice! I wanted to get a Tropical Rock cocktail, it’s my all times favorite one, sadly they don’t serve it anymore BUUUT, amazing Jejo make something very similar just for me!! How amazing is that?? Manager, Domenico, a very friendly guy as well!!

Very limited menu compared to other Hard Rocks. The staff ( Tara) was very friendly and helpful. The Nachos were ok but needed more beans and cheese. These aren't expensive toppings and we paid 14 euros for the Nachos so don't skimp. It's still fun to visit.

What else to say? That's Hard Rock Café! Amazing place decorated with manuscripts from great rock stars, musical instruments and other interesting stuff! Besides that, the food is amazing, as well as the service. There also a store.

Based on how I rate all restaurants, this was a 2 star experience. Based on my previous experiences with Hard Rock in other cities, this was not even worth a star - it felt like a bodega pretending to be Hard Rock. Where should I start? The service was friendly, but not the over-the-top, typical for Hard Rock. The food? Edible at best. It came cold and the order was half wrong. When the correct order came, I have to say - the burgers were just bland if not even bad. The desert was supposed to be a warm brownie like the lava cake - it was nothing like that. They didn't even have the normal Orange Fanta! The location - highly disappointing. Barely got a few places to serve people and barely anything exposed in terms of memorabilia. The shop? As usual, great male t-shirts, terrible female ones. I got one from males just because I'm hooked on collecting them, but I was sincerely torn if I should pump anymore money into this location. I don't know what needs to be done in order to raise this location to a true Hard Rock experience, wether it means increasing prices or staff training, but this was disappointing and honestly felt like money wasted.
