We were having a great time here - put in our songs, sang a few, we were respectful when others were singing and applauded them, we even bought the bar staff beers. We spent a lot of money here, yet the bar staff/owners were very rude. They also pushed our song requests back and back. Owner said that the tables were on rotation but we could clearly count how many requests one table before us. We chose lively, familiar songs that the patrons would enjoy, unlike other people. We made the bar lively. One song my friend requested had started wrong - it seemed like 2 tracks were played with a 5 sec delay or so. And the staff wouldn't bother their arses resetting the song. A few songs later, one local wasn't ready for the start of the song and restarted it immediately! It seems the bar staff just want locals there - if so, why don't they make it into a private club instead of a public bar? They obviously don't like new people.

Usually I have the most fun there but tonight it felt like our songs were ignored on purpose ( I mean we were there for over two hours and after the first couple songs most of our requests were just ignored) i really don't get why because we used to love this place but I'm not sure if my friends and I will be going back... really dissapointed and sad because this used to be my favourite place...

Second time I went and all the time he put the people with the pretty faces in front It might be that you will wate a long time because he put people that he knows in front of the line with the songs... that he likes I don't want to put any money in this bar Because he is not fair to the people That's a reaction to the unfairness Karafun is way better :) Check the other reviews you can see that people do say the same And it is always the same people that will get the chance to sing.. including the owner even though he can do it all night if he wants to My honest review it is better to go to karafun because if you pay 40 euros of drinks you will get a room where you can sing and you won't get ignored 😉

This place is great! If it's not obvious from the pictures (it wasnt for me) it's VERY small which fosters a really interesting, intimate, and supportive community. You feel like everybody here is your acquaintance no matter how fresh of friends they are. I sang a really abrasive Sparks so and everybody loved it. Only reason it's a 4 and not a 5 is that the drinks selection is fairly slim. Could have a more robust list or have more unique offerings.

Great for singing your heart out! They have an impressive multi-lingual song catalog and the people who go there are non judgmental and light hearted. Their sound system is quite good too, compared to other karaoke places. I've noticed a lot of tourist being drawn to the place as well.

What a pity, I would have appreciated to give five stars. Unfortunately the evening was unpleasant... Our friend sing and unfortunately was disturbed by a group of girls very impatient to sing, which spoiled the evening of our friend. But for a first in Belgium we who come straight from the United States is this photo attached to this comment lol. Belgians you are really funny. That's why you'll never be taken seriously !

Super nice owner. If you think the music is loud, earplugs are available at the bar. If you don't like crowded then I recommend arriving early.

The place is small and is there were mostly local people there. The drawback is that the guy responsible for programming the list of songs was choosing who was going to sing and what. So we didn't sing all the musics we chose, he only let us play two songs during the whole night. Some people that he knew did sing more, so it was really unfair.

Great place only problem is that it's far too small. The bar is next to the bathroom and sometimes strange smells surge your nostrils whilst ordering a drink.... But had a great night here definitely recommended! Bathroom and size of the place only give it 3 stars

Was closed when we got there but they responded to my negative review with a reasonable explanation. Shows that they care, thanks for clarifying

DJ never played the song we asked for despite several reminders. Such a terrible boy, cannot even think how they can call that a karaoke, sounds more like a private posh club

Although the bar is super small, there is a lot of options for songs which you can sing (but usually they are older songs). We really had fun there

Probably the best karaoke in Brussels, Jo, the boss, is always very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended

Great place for karaoke. Wide range of songs and I like the fact that it is a cosy, small place. I had great fun there!

Nice place and warm, but extremely crowded in the weekends.

Sleazy little bar, kind of crowded at peak times. Overused microphones and good music choices. The atmosphere inside is as good as it gets when the speakers are loud. You can even buy earplugs :)))

Fun little karaoke bar with a great international catalogue. They take singing seriously but partying too!

Professional atmosphere that makes u stressed to sing karaoke. DJ forgot to play our song 2 times. Musical backgrounds for some songs not proper. Prices are ok and drinks as well.
