What an amazing museum & the people who volunteer here are so amazing & helpful. I couldn’t recommend this museum more both for children and adults. You can actually enter some of the trams which is so fun!

Pleasant museum but our exploring was disrupted by a rude staff member scolding my two year old son after he touched an exhibit unknowingly. Although my son was wrong in doing so, I strongly felt that the way in which the staff member reacted was too harsh for a toddler.

The trams are wonderful. You can have a ride to the city center in a old tram with a guide. During the summer the even organise trips in the Tervueren woods.

Kids liked getting on and off the multiple trams and buses. The exhibit is very traditional with modes of transportation parked in a hangar and some pieces of exhibits (rails, engines , etc). The museum is very inviting for your kids. Toddlers and preschoolers loved to pretend to drive a tram and get in the wagons. There’s also a cafe area with kids books and colouring for kids which is really nice to have. Check the schedule for the historic tram tour as it only runs every 90 min or so. It would be nice to have a large map of tram network over the years or an evolution of urban transportation over the last decades to situate oneself within Brussels. €9 per adult. Free for young kids. Expect about 90 min without the historic tram tour. The tram tour is about 60 min Only open on weekends in the afternoon Very interesting boutique/book store for souvenirs and gifts.

Super interesting museum. Entry ticket at the right price. Max 2.5 hrs needed. Located next to a tram line, of course.

Really great museum, loads of former public transport vehicles are on display, it's just lacking some educational material

Impressive collection of trams and buses. You can enter, feel and experience them all, which makes it a fun visit for all ages. Would definitely recommend to also try the trips in the old trams and busses.

(One of) my favourite museums in Brussels, housed in a former tram depot it shows the development of trams (and other forms of public transport, incl. buses and taxis) in Brussels with a large collection of vehicles. Includes a cafe and a gift shop - and a tram ride in a historic tram through (what must be one of the most scenic tram rides in the world) through the forest to the Africa Museum in Tervuren!!!

Cute, immersive museum where you can really see how much passion went into the collection. Small museum store selling some nerdy goods!

Excellent museum of trams. Nice to go with kids 4+ yo. On the Easter museum offers rids on old trams and busses to city center (the parc of cinquantenaire) and museum of Africa. Tickets can be bought in the entrance.

Very nice little museum with a lovely collection of trams from down the years. The children loved climbing on each of them. Staff were friendly. Definitely worth a quick visit.

All trams you can possibly think of, 9 eur for adults, around 50 cars and trams to learn about, and the story of the tram companies in Brussels
