This is a mall in the city center where you have access to many different brands and there is also a place to eat on the ground floor.

Bigger than expected, great location and modern design. Probably what you're looking for. Little to no signs and easy to get lost, but I guess that's the whole point. Big con is restrooms for a fee... I don't ever pay for using a restroom, so I guess the mall don't want costumers to stay longer and more comfortable... Weird business decision...

The city 2 street has excellent shops with good pricing. Just be careful with beggars who line up at some shop corners. The place can be full of shoppers at weekends because almost all European shops are found here at city 2.

Average mall with paying toilets that are horrendously filthy and disgusting. If you want people to pay for basic needs like visiting the loo, at least keep it clean!

It's a shopping mall and after spending so much on shopping they charge Euro 0.70 for using their washroom which is something beyond my imagination and really Shocking. First time in my life paid for washing room in a big shopping center.

Shopping mall. Several floors, nearly all of the stores were open when I went. Pretty decent selection of stores, nothing super high-end, I would call it a mainstream mall. Men and women's clothing, and several shoe stores which I found helpful.

Shocking that you charged people 1euro in order to relive themselves. **as I’m unable to reply to your answer, I’ll do it here. We did the same in Italy, Scotland e many other European cities I have visited. Toilet is still free to access for anyone. No matter if there is a company cleaning them or not. You already got enough money from car park charges and everything else. Be aware of that. Again shame on you** au revoir!

The mall has changed a lot since last time I visited in 2019. More shops. Better organised food court. Different variety of food for all. Nice seating arrangements for everyone to relax and eat. Easy access from Rogier metro and car park

The food court of City 2 is truly disgusting. It is dirty, the tables are dirty, the floor is sticky. 20 minutes before closing time the guards shout at you "On ferme". The food court says it is open by 20h, but at 19:45 you are out with your uneaten food (happened on 30/01/2024). Never again.

This afternoon I ate a chicken gyros at Greek Pita (I guess that's the name of the Greek restaurant at the food court) and I can say that it's the worst thing I've ever eaten. I did not feel well and I would not recommend anyone to eat there.

One of the Nice place for shopping lovers in Brussel. This is one of the biggest shopping mall in the heart of Brussels. So The shopping lovers of in Brussels alway have look in it. So it become a very crowdy(specially in the midday) place for eating, meeting and as well for shopping. So I always prefer to go city2 early opening hour(in the morning) to avoid the crowd. Also likes to visit out side of city Market. If any one is interested to buy antique things specially antique coins and stamps etc I am sure they can find lot of interesting things out side of city 2.

Nice shopping mall with lots of nice restaurants. However disappointing to see management does not supervise that resto owners wear a mask (covering mouth and nose which from my personal experience was shown not to be the case). This is important for them as well as the customers, especially considering Brussels has the highest Covid Cases of the 3 regions. During a further visit, I was impressed to see a security guard telling off shoppers to wear masks - quite rare as e.g. no-one in Woluwe shopping to enforce this rule

Ok to enter if you are passing by otherwise skip it. This mall has been finally renewed after years of works. It's now more pleasant inside and in line with the other malls in Belgium. Boring shops and nothing wow. The restaurant area at the bottom is ok for a quick bite.

  • 5/5 Issam M. 2 years ago on Google
It has been renovated so it’s pretty modern and the shops are good. You can find proximately whatever you want and have dinner or lunch. It’s obviously well located as it is in the very center.

  • 2/5 Robert B. 2 years ago on Google
The layout has improved a lot but a lot of youth hanging around (not shopping) and being noisy. In these Covid times with mandatory masks, too many people not respecting the rules ( not wearing masks-only cover mouth) nobody imposing the measures. Risk of contamination in such a crowded area must be very high.

I was quite surprised when I went there! I never entered inside bit the day I did, I was in an emergency. And this shop helped me a lot. The negative thing is they don't have natural juice fruit 500ml or 250ml. Only 1L juice fruit they have. Useful shop!

This shopping centre is close to high street shops, so what you don't find in the shopping centre, you'll find in the high street. Overall it has everything you need including Carrefour Market.

  • 4/5 Kiran G. 4 years ago on Google
Great place for many reasons if you wanna shop, eat or just wonder around yes you came to the right place sensational food and great beer and that continental capital city vibe without the extortionate price-tag that some of its neighbours exact. Brussels is a nice place to visit for many reasons not least for its varied and at times quirky shopping outlets. A nice itinerary for tourists is to walk from the truly stunning Grand Place along rue Neuf to Place Rogier where the City 2 Shopping Mall is located. Even for those not fleet of foot it takes less than 30 minutes. It is a stroll with many photo opportunities and some pleasant pit stops. One such is the luxurious Cafe Metropole offering high end Brasserie cuisine in beautiful Art Noveau surroundings located on Place de Brouckere. City 2 is is probably the biggest shopping centre in Brussels with more than 150 outlets catering for all tastes and none! The basement Carrefour is good for getting some bits and bobs, many with a French twist. It is quite easy to spend lots of time and money while wandering around this intriguing labyrinth of a shopping Mall. For foodies there are some very interesting dining options and the local Rogier area is a really cool spot to hang out in.

The old shopping mall is still what it was over 20 years ago, the amenities have changed a bit and they took on moving the food court to the below ground level. With the exception of a few large brand shops, expect some changes on yearly basis if not shorter. Still a nice place to spend the afternoon for almost all budgets.

  • 5/5 G C. 1 year ago on Google
Nice and big shopping area in one of the main streets of Brussels city centre. Good news is that it offers a little bit of everything without the need of walking down the street if the weather is rainy. It has an underground open space to sit and eat, where you can choose from diverse restaurants. Direct connection to the shopping centre from the metro stop De Brouckère.

Huge shopping mall in the pentagone of Brussels. The place is really big and often disorienting but there are many tiny shops and big food area at the very lower level. Pay toilet is annoying but always clean.

Spacious shopping mall near the Rogier metro has a plethora of fashion stores and electronics shops. The food court is on the ground floor and you can even access the metro from the mall itself. The only downside is the toilet where you need to pay (like anywhere in Brussels) only by card.

Good shopping mall with many food and store options. * Food In the lowest part of the mall there are multiple foodbusinesses with casual food such as pizza's, spaghetti, burgers, fish, ... * Stores: From clothing, to electronics, to decoration shops, there is a large variety here There is also a good access to the metro and busses here.

I liked this shopping centre. It feels like it has all you need in one place. However its closes really early so no chance to visit after work if you are doing some shopping which is sad.

  • 3/5 SD. H. 9 months ago on Google
It is just a Mall... My reasons for avoiding shopping malls: 1. Shopping malls create anxiety and annoyance, especially on days before the holidays. 2. They often have higher prices than the small supermarket next door. 3. Malls exploit employees. The mantra is: if we don't sell, we close, and you lose your job. 4. You can buy the same things online, but they pay less.
