Brussels, west side shopping 🛍️🛒 center. Many options but really crowded. Expensive Sunday parking 🅿️!!! 7euros for 2:45 minutes. After 6 months of my last visit, the parking condition is worst. The checkout machines are out of order and they didn't accept the paper tickets.

Access to the center is excellent. All food and clothing brands, play environment for children, beautiful and modern design can be seen in this center. Access by car, tram, bus and bicycle is possible. The environment is suitable for family, sightseeing, entertainment and shopping. Bicycle and motorcycle parking is free, but for cars, you can use the complex's parking lot and it costs money.

the shopping center is very similar to ocean plaza in Kyiv, but I didn’t find C&A, but it’s still very cool, everything is there

If you have arrived in Brussels then it is a must to visit the Docx shopping center where you can spend a whole day on a shopping trip

Simply the best mall in Brussels. Good food court, plenty of shopping brands. Entertainment zone for kids. Adventure zone for all age groups. The cinema is good, very well connected with multiple tram and bus routes so you can always come via public transport.

This mall has an excellent pool of stores, restaurants, and movie theater. The parking lot is quite expensive but there aren't many options around. The architecture of the building is awesome, especially during summertime. There are good options for kids' entertainment. I strongly recommend it.

Huge mall with lots of crowd. There is a parking right below the mall, which is very convenient. Usually has a merrygo round indoor and a trampoline for kids. Variety of food options available. Crowded usually. Be prepared to face the traffic outside, as there are people usually parked with blinkers.

Nice shopping mall, but just terrible parking? Why I should pay 2.10 EUR just for 30 minutes visiting? 0.70 for 15 minutes, so if I come to buy some clothes, have some food, spending there 3 hours I will end up paying 8 euro? That's nonsense. I checked the reviews from other people, everyone complain about the same thing. Parking should be free, for at least 1 hour for people coming to do a shopping in the mall. To continue in this way you will just continue loosing customers.

Spacious mall with all the basic brands. Have cinema hall with a small food court. 2-3 swings for kids. Overall good for shopping and entertainment.

If you don’t have time to pass by all the different shops in Brussels. This place has almost any necessary things you need and very close to each other. Also it’s very nice as an activity, walk around, window shopping have a seat at the lounge , eat, drink, maybe watch a movie later?

Chic, spacious, urban mall with a number of food outlets, and good connections from the city center. There is one tram stop on either side of the mall. And, they are yet to impose a fee on using the toilet ;)

This is a nicely designed modern shopping centre. It's not very big and you can mainly find fashion shops here. Though there are some other shops also. There is a good parking, unfortunately paid.

This mall has it all; shoes, clothes, gifts, boba tea, electronics, diamonds. We went on a weekend with my girlfriend and had a lot of fun! The African restaurant there was very tasteful, we went around and had a great time. The minigolf was very memorable It is unfortunate that it is closed on Sunday

There was road works on front of Docks and all traffic from Docks parking was deviated via back parking towards canal … 200 cars stuck on parking with short red light which let 5 cars per green light … 40minutes stuck on back parking because somebody from Docks management didn’t had clue to arrange police on red light that police let all people out … whole area was blocked and explosives situation with all frustrated people stuck on parking going over each other.. had to call police my self… unbelievable!!!!

It's a shopping mall inside and outside shopping mall in Brussels. It's a good place for family with kids and many activities for the young ones while parents have a coffee or so. Good selection of eating place/food court there's movie theatre and it's well spread out. There's rest is you see it everywhere. I think the city centre is more exciting to shop.

Had to pick someone up late in the evening, and it was the worst experience at an event venue ever. From the back, the front of the venue is not reachable. The parking is closed off. The GPS doesn't know what or where. Very few if any indications by the side of the road. So many people there stranded just like me. Ridiculous.

I think this is the best shopping mall in Brussels. I found there (not for the first time!) several shops with quite reasonable prices. Many places to eat, but I would recommend the bakery for pastries lovers.

Great architecture! Very beautiful building with many nice shops and places to eat. The parking is very expensive and it is quite busy, especially on the weekends.

The dirtiest toilets I have encountered in Europe!!! 🚻 I have visited many countries. Well... It's the only time that I visit a big Shopping Mall and I don't see the cleaning staff strolling around the place, in order to take care of the toilets and the public spaces of the shopping mall. In fact, I never seen security or cleaning staff there. Which explains why everything is so dirty at DOCKS. Needs a big renovation and more lights. It's a very dark mall, almost depressing.

Family-friendly shopping mall, very yummy food. There are 2 bathrooms 1st floor and ground floor. Different varieties of food. H en m, kiabi en much more clothing shops.

It was a nice experience at the Docks. It is big enough and hosts enough stores for an activity that lasts for a day. The bathrooms are a bit untidy. The rest is good.

Huge modern designed mall that has everything: restaurants, cinema, cafes, lego store etc! Clean restrooms too. Parking is quite pricey. Also, only place in western europe that have Gong cha 👌

Docks Bruxsel is a very nice shopping mall. What makes it special? It’s spacious. You feel very free there. When I was there (in the late morning) it was never crowded, and even if there were a lot of people, there is enough space to feel good anyway. It’s very bright and inviting. It’s worth a visit, even if you don’t need anything- just for strolling around and relax.

Pretty plain boring shopping. Nothing special except that we needed an app to get coffee at a cafe. So we had to go somewhere else!

It is the most beautiful and big shopping center I've never seen. It is very organized and there are a lot of things to do, there are three floor and so much restaurants, movie theater and every kind of shop.

Zero free parking. Approx EUR 3/hour. If you like halal, many food court places sell only halal.

A great way to especially enjoy a rainy day, something for the whole family. An extensive variety of shops, entertainment, and food. The top floor is the cinema and then two floors of shops and restaurants. Halal options are available throughout. A lot of offerings for children of all ages. There is public transportation that leaves you right in front making it very accessible. Parking is also available for payment.

Nice place to shop. Byt they don't have enough options of varieties. They also close at 6 pm like any other ship in Brussels which is sad. It seems a bit far from the city center as well. But there are alot of activities there for kids as well. So it's kids friendly.

Shopping mall is good. You will have plenty of shopping options. Only thing is Parking is very expensive. For one Hour you have to 2,80€ which is not fair because you are there and doing shopping buying things and still you have to pay the parking fee.

  • 2/5 Pedro M. 8 months ago on Google
Parking is way too expensive and the tickets sometimes don't work on the way out at the gates. At least on Sundays they should make it cheaper, since practically all stores are closed. The toilets are not very clean

A large shopping centre where you could find almost anything and enjoy your time there together with friends or family, making use of a large number of restaurants of various types, cinema, indoor entertainment and many more. The mall has a large underground paid parking area, which is a bit pricy compared with the public paid parking. Nevertheless, all-in-all, I do recommend the place.

In my humble view, this is the best shopping mall in Brussels with various places to relax and shop. If in Brussels and have time I would definitely recommend it for visit. The public transport station is just in front of the mall (tram lines 3 and 7) and there is a huge parking garage for cars.

Docks Bruxsel is a great place to spend a couple of hours of your day. It is very clean overall, and has the modern looks wherever you look at it from. The staff is very friendly as well. One downside to it though is that it does not have quite a variety of shops as I came to expect due to its relatively small size, but overall the experience was great. Surely might reconsider a revisit whenever in and/or around Brussels!

Hello good place with lots of different businesses. Often too crowded. Lots of people does not respect the mask. Or under the nose or event worse under the mouth. Incredible in this covid period.

Good shopping center, easily accessible by car and transportation. Fairly new and clean with a lot of shops. The parking however is awful. During peak hours / days (Saturday afternoon on a rainy day - happens a lot in Belgium), it takes more time to get in / get out of the parking than doing the shopping itself. The way the parking is made should be thought over. I'm never taking my car there on a Saturday again..

I enjoyed the fact that it is not too large so shopping is made easy. From brands to sportswear I enjoyed, however as a south african I found parking to be quite expensive. Although at certain stores, if you buy you get a ticket for 30min off your parking ticket. A restuarant, called thai cafe, served delicious food too.

It starts to take shape. It is complicated to identify the aimed audience. The shops are small. I regret the huge hallways when I see the very small shop surfaces. If you want to go for a walk, it has all the shops needed and it is nicely decorated.

  • 5/5 Sarah 1 year ago on Google
Helpful security, clean and new building, nice variety of stores and some restaurants. Seems like a very nice place if you have kids because of the places for them to play outdoors (and somewhat gated off from the street if you have runners!:)

Overall a great experience, especially with H&M, Zara, P&B, etc. Information desk/sign boards to find a store is difficult, numbers are mentioned but not on the store entrance, not easy to guess. One good change brought in is washrooms are easily accessible for all ages well maintained and no charges
