BUT WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE! It was the first time I visited this location and I was surprised: a commercial center that is a spacious, hospitable; u feel like you are in beautiful "living room". Discounts are REAL discounts; there is ample convenient parking; there is a bar and a restaurant. Great choice of plants too! Bright rooms full of armchairs where you can sit down. But above all: the staff are extraordinarily kind, helpful, easy-going. TO go back often !!!! Congratulations!!

Rarely do i have to put low ratings since I normally prefers to visit places with good ratings. Here also the total ratings were really good which is why I visited there. The price put for items here very very high. There are many other options to consider in their price range. Also the staff behavior is not very encouraging too.

Prices aren't cheaper than in city centre malls, not the prices you expect from an outlet. The outlet itself is rather small. There are also lot of strange things they demands like register a personal customer card just to have a chance to buy anything. The worst is their security guys. Just because I haven't found anything worth buying, they were checking every tiny pocket of my backpack on the exit. Quite rude.

I like this outlet market. They have all good brands with good prices and most of the time they have sales. You need a customer card in order to purchase stuff.

The employees working are rude and unpolite. They feel entitled and arrogant. I am sorry for the nice ones but the interactions with at least 3 of them have been terrible. Even shouting at us.

There are closed and open parking spaces and free👍 but it seems that the products are in general previous years' models

Large store with clothes, household supplies. Lots of choice among major brands. The quality is there. We can get discounts on the purchases but the price isn't as low as you might think and we need the member card. In the cafeteria we can find cakes and hot drinks. The parking is big.

Huge place with brand new and trendy clothing at insane discounts. Discounts are REAL discounts; there is ample convenient parking; there is a bar and a restaurant. Great choice of plants too! Bright rooms full of armchairs where you can sit down. But above all: the staff are extraordinarily kind, helpful, easy-going. In one word - Fantastic outlet, stock is good! They also offer you a lot of internal vouchers to knock off the price. The place is super easy to navigate, as it is in a form of big open area. It is also very family friendly, with lots of waiting areas with chairs & tables, and a restaurant inside. It is also never busy here, and thus always comfortable. My only suggestion is to equip individual dressing rooms with mirrors, so you have to come out to the common area (an inconvience for sure), but otherwise - it is a perfect place to freshen-up your wardrobe!

I've shopped here many times, though it's not Bicester in Oxford, it provides quality clothing my wife and I like to wear. I have never had a problem with any of the polite and friendly staff and the place is clean. Maybe some people have a very high expectation of the actual discounts. Remember you can't satisfy all the people all the time!

They charged us 1.50eur for "pochette emballage". What the hell is this "pochette emballage"???

Just a waste of time. Website lives another life from the store - it promises things which were never here. Some brands are mentioned just for attraction. Empty, very sad shop.

One of the decent and fair value for money places to shop clothing. You become a member quite easily and for free through their site, since membership is required to achieve access. Civil environment with plenty of parking, especially during weekdays, with a very low quality coffee shop and a rather good Asian restaurant.

Plenty of deals on branded goods (Outlet shop). Also a very nice Vietnamese restaurant inside. Parking is free, and you can deposit old clothes to be donated.

“Easy” car parks have everything there

Becoming less and less as the weeks go by. Choice is becoming less and less. For men, sizes are always large and prices are still very high. Went yesterday because I still had a gift voucher that had to be used up. I've been there a few times and still haven't found what I'm looking for. When trying on a shirt that was still fastened due to a lack of fitting shirts, the older gentleman in the fitting rooms was very displeased with my girlfriend in French because I had tried on a shirt that was still folded with ties. My girlfriend doesn't speak French. I assume it will be a lot of work to tie it back nicely, but then you have to provide fitting shirts like in the INNO. Also at the cash register, the young lady does not speak Dutch. I think the Brussels-Capital Region is still bilingual. Is a shop ideal for diplomats and French speakers. Then one is surprised that such stores are blown away by E-commerce companies such as Zalando Lounge, Otrium, etc. High time for a restructuring of the apparently outdated business plan

Pretty solid place, great prices. My only important note is that you should never ever buy winter coats from them. Even if the brand is great. I have bought two from different brands and both of them ripped within days. My assumption is they get some really defected coats.

It’s a spacious & very well organised shopping centre. You may get additional discounts on different brands each week. It would definitely go there again.

Good eco-friendly outlet, however I am a bit unhappy with the recent brand choices. I cannot find many interesting things anymore. Maybe in the next season..

I've been on Saturday in this so-called outlet... 95% of the clothes were marked as "new collection", thus not discounted. But looking at their style and fabric, they maybe were new collection 10 years ago... And this while any other shop in the city, in this period of sales, has at list half of the displayed items on sales. Don't waste your time, forget this place.
