Free parking on Sunday. Great shops for down to earth people like me. Nothing upper class or posh, good old pound shops x3, farmstores, Iceland, wilkos, savers. Love it. 05/03/23 Now got a Poundstrechers in the Mall 🤪 Only now Spoilt by QD having closed the street/precinct entrance/exit. Mall in and out only now. Done a dummy run from Grays Train Station to Theobald Arms today.

Small town but clean and tidy with a shopping centre. There is a beach close to the town centre.

An often overlooked shopping centre but it has so much to offer with wimpy Burger King kfc for a sample of fast food , a couple of pound shops Iceland farm foods qd a fair cafe and the flag ship , Morrisons Nat West Bank Barclays and nationwide. My favourite shopping centre by far because of ease of parking in Morrisons and the compact layout of the diversity of shops .

Like most town centres, many food amenities and shops, inside shopping mall including mobile phone repair shops, opticians, cloths shops, banks, QD, and many usual high street retailers, Morrisons supermarket and fuel station is nearby, many other shops around the surrounding town centre,

Nice little shopping centre in the middle of Grays town centre not the biggest by far but still has quite a few well name brands in there such as CardFactory, Wilko and Peacocks and all so has some independent stores that make it worth a visit as there are some different bits you would find here that you wouldn't find in the close by lakeside. Some nice cafés and fast food restaurants as well to have some lunch while you are there!!!

Depressing and gloomy. It was once a thriving shopping centre now just basically dead. Sad but very true. I wonder how long it has left before if closes down.

Went to wimpy in the town centre, we could chose where we wanted to sit,and we were given a menu as soon as we sat down, and asked if we would like a drink before we made our minds up of what we wanted to eat, l had a hot chocolate, really nice and we then ordered our meal,it was all cooked well and really nice, the waitress was really friendly, and so was the guy who took our order, thanks for a pleasant afternoon

Grays Shopping Centre in Essex is a convenient retail hub. With a variety of stores, it caters to diverse shopping needs. However, it lacks the charm of larger malls and falls short in terms of dining and entertainment options. The parking situation can be challenging during peak times. It's a functional spot for quick shopping, but don't expect a grand shopping experience.

Good selection of shops although 2 large empty units now QD and Wilko have closed. Close to Grays rail station and plenty of parking available. Shopping centre is clean and few places to eat at a good price

VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE in this part of the country. Essex is amazing. Great shops. Great bargains. Great charity shops. My favourite shop is there, and it's now online too... CHOICE... EXCELLENT BARGAINS, DESIGNER BRANDS, AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE YOU WOULD NORMALLY HAVE TO PAY...

The multistory car park is quite convenient and price worthy. But Grays shopping centre isn't very desirable, although it has a Wimpy which will be closing down soon which is a shame it has been there for almost 40 years. I think.

Grays Shopping centre is not a busy Centre but you can buy the necessary things only and some important shops are here like Holland & Barrett Iceland Boots Card Factory and Photo Studio and Fram and Coffee Shop and some Shoes shops and Cloth Shops and vegetable shop.

A shame 2 of the biggest stores in Grays have closed down. Iv sadly not been into Grays for that reason. Can't go and browse anywhere now those stores have gone. **

Nicl shopping centre but small. There's also local cheap parking, you can park the car and go look around the shops.

Not a great selection of shops to be honest but definitely ok if you need general bits and pieces

Pretty dreadful place nowadays, it's a shadow of its former self many years ago. Unfortunately, left to decline by thurrock council, probably so they have an excuse to sell it off to property developers. It's dirty, has a couple of decent shops and only a couple of banks are left now.

Mainly looked at the charity shops then Morrison's which l like is a big store, l've been going a while now so l know where everything is. I would recommend this store.

It's not nearly as big as Lakeside shopping centre, but for a shopping centre situated on the High Street in grays, it fulfills many shopping needs. It has fast food shops, Costa coffee, 3 High Street banks, charity shops, nails shops, gift and card shopping clothing and shoe shops, grocery shops, Holland and Barrett, wilko, poundland and more.

Very busy place. Great for shopping. Right next to the C2C train station. Close to river side as well. Varieties of food shop and restaurants around.

There are loads of shops here to have a look round, I brought 4 pairs of Jegging in Pep& Co inside Pound Land, I've had these before and are excellent quality and wash really well, the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Has lots of shops including a post office, all under one roof, with its own paid multi storey parking accessible via a lift and stairs. Very convenient .

I like it here cos I can get all my Afro hair and food products at reasonable prices. Iceland’s and farm foods and the pound shop is absolutely Fantastic. I also fix my kids laptop here

Not a very nice shopping centre, needs refurbishing. Parking in and around the shops is very harsh with multiple ticket wardens on patrol

I'm writing this review with great difficulty. Unfortunately I can't think of many positive things to say about Grays Shopping Centre but at the same time I don't want to outline the negatives because it feels cruel. It'll be as though I'm laying criticism at an old cancer ridden greyhound for its racing ability. The centre has clearly seen better days. It had a very sombre feel about it. I was intrigued and curious about its state but did see that there were people about who are making good use of the place. I feel perhaps this place is dying in the shadow of Lakeside. Sadness and two stars is all this place gets from me. Oh, and the 4 quid I spent there.

Really not very inspiring. No national stores. Full of pound land type stores. Saved by Wilko which has a good range of stock

  • 2/5 WISAM A. 10 months ago on Google
Very poor services without banks branches and Morrison’s they have no chance to survive, because its so close to the lakeside shopping centre and outlets as well. I hope all the best for them in the future.

Time for the Thurrock cobbled to make a new fresh easy to access place for the veterans and new sellers and shoppers to get bargains like before.

Only one vacant shop which could be construed as an improvement but full of cheap shops offering discounts. Too many barbers and vape shops for my liking. Estate agents and takeaways galore. Bus station is tidy and clean though. Need much more variety to get my pound.

This high street has gone down hill massively in the last few years. Empty shops are being replaced with vape stores, the market we all loved has diminished to about 4 stools if that. Very sad

  • 3/5 Christie S. 1 year ago on Google
The shops it has a ok I. Guess but in reality this is one of the worst shopping centres I've been to in England. It should not be allowed to call itself a shopping centre at all . There are Very few shops inside, very little diversity of shops, this is not compensated with but also has a lack of of choices of shops for similar items. Yet It is clean! but I guess this is because Hardly anyone uses it as has been nothing any person wants to buy inside accept it's 99p store no longer with 99p stock and it's post office-oh which has actually moved out of this centre to a different location. It really is a waste of space.

It's pretty run down these days. Like most people I go for food shopping, medicine and banking. What I dislike most is the foreign shops with messy and tatty displays on the pedestrian walks, which makes it looks very third world. There should be rules against that. I wish the local authorities put down certain stipulation if they intend to attract more needed customers.

Offers the bear minimum, nothing fancy. I particularly like it's location, given the proximity to the train station.

  • 2/5 Margaret C. 3 years ago on Google
Not a large selection of shops. Not many people wearing face masks and adhering to the rules on covid even though there were notices up all around that they had to be worn in the shopping centre. Will only go again if absolutely necessary.

Grays town centre is always clean its evident that progress is starting to be made the last couple of years but still doesn't feel safe , The thing that let's grays down is the people it is London's dumping ground for the homeless and immigrants and the shops have had to fit around this clientele

Very big shopping centre, loads of known brands and loads of family fun filled activities. I did not think you can find such a big shopping centre in a place as snall as Grays. Love it and always return here with a smile. The kids love it too.
