A perfect example of a superb shopping mall with almost everything you could wish for to buy in one place. The place is modern with great facilities and has a car park attached.

It is always a pleasure to shop here. There are many unique shops such as an art gallery and recently, an exhibition/experience from the technology museum of Cambridge. The LEGO display throughout the summer was amazing! The toilets are always clean. Parking is a problem at peak times/season and is rather expensive over the weekend. The mall is located at the heart of Cambridge City, perfect for a day out.

A great shopping mall. There was a dinosaur hunt when we visited and our kids enjoyed that so much. The stores are not crowded, plenty of parking spaces and very clean toilets. Wheelchair and pushchair easy accessibility. You have to pay for the car park even if you shop but it’s convenient and not overpriced. The location is central and you have access to the market and other tourist attractions right outside the mall. During our visit there was also a pop up Disney store with great prices. Loved the placed and will come back!

Many different shops to choose from and even has relatively clean toilets, however can be busy especially on weekends to the point where you can't even turn around. If you get hungry there are places to grab a coffee and some food, such as Costa and Starbucks and even has a diner next to the raspberry pi store. John Lewis is also located in the grand arcade and has a wide selection of products ranging from tech to beauty products to clothes and furniture. I would not recommend it as a weekly visit but on occasion can be a nice shopping centre.

Fabulous place to shop, all under one roof. Places to eat and drink in an airy undercover shopping centre.

Nice place to shop and relax. Lots of shops and restaurants. You can also use the big toilet and fill up your bottle with chilled fresh water.

Brilliant place. Except parking. Why do you have to charge so much. Love Cambridge, love your shops. But your parking £33.10 for just over 6hrs. In a recession diabolical.

A small shopping mall or large shopping precinct depending on how you look at it. Has some nice shops, most notably the John Lewis department store, and very conveniently located in the centre of Cambridge. The car park here is probably the best to use if you are spending the day in the city centre.

Jurassic arcade is an amazing half term immersive activity. My daughter loved it. Made our trip shopping so much more exciting. Dinosaurs are only there for 2 weeks.

Great place to shop. I wouldn't go for eating, but the grand Arcade is a very elegant place to shop. During the pandemic was a lonely place but now is really crowded and getting ready for the Xmas festivities and ornamental decorations.

The restaurant has a great American Diner feel. The atmosphere is great and the decorations look awesome. We waited around 20 mins for food and all the toilets were locked but a worker was very helpful and instantly helped. Amd finally the food was delicious and full of flavour. I had the filthy texan which was a good portion and I enjoyed it quite a lot. Eds diner also makes a delicious strawberry milkshake.

Looks grand but they are having problems renting out some of the units since the pandemic struck. It does take the shine off the place a bit. But has a good mix of shops, generally more upmarket ones, a big John Lewis and a handful of coffee shops. Public library and toilets are impressive.

Good shopping mall in the center of the small town. The mall is spread across three floors. Good place to shop, eat and enjoy. Nicely decorated during the festive seasons. There is Tesla store on the ground floor. Nice place to spend with family.

I am always impressed with this shopping centre. Although retail isn't what it used to be, the GA has many top brands, the centre is always well presented, warm and clean. Only issue I would say is the toilets being on the 2nd floor.

Beaverbrook boutique, delightful, staff fantastic, knowledge and very helpful. They secured a watch that is quite hard to obtain. I only wear diver watches, this one is a beast, some people will scoff and berate because it's huge,my friends call it the hockey puck and for good reason!!!!. I love it.

Cute mall with 3 floors of shopping and eateries. Bathrooms are located on the top floor, along with a water fountain. It would be nice if there were more places to sit.

The shopping center hasn't changed much for the last decade but it is still a decent place for walking, shopping and enjoying some city atmosphere.

Great shopping centre! In the heart of Cambridge and next to the lion yard shopping centre and the park and ride which makes it very convenient. Parking is very ridiculously priced! Recommend using the park and ride as it is much cheaper. Shops in the centre include John Lewis, apple and jd just to name a few!!

It's a clean, busy area with parking and good public transport options as the bus station is just outside. The Grand Arcade shops are your branded shops like Sketchers and Levi's. Some empty units. John Lewis is here.

A fantastic shopping centre to find everything you could need, all in one place. The range of different shops is incredible, from lush and JD to Type and Tiger. The place itself is bright and airy, with gorgeous high vaulted ceilings and large walkways. The floor is very tidy with no litter or mess. The staff who work at rh centre are friendly and more then willing help point you in the right direction. The centres location really fits in well around the old buildings that surround it.

I don't really like this place. Very glossy and if you're wealthy you'd like all of that. Tiger Tiger is good though. I mainly only walk through here to use the conveniences.

Already quite crowded full of people rushing about. Area looked clean, and bright and and welcoming. Witnessed a small child mesmerised by the large talking teddy bear, and the parents like their hearts were going to burst !! Beautiful moments. Well done Grand Arcade.

Always a good experience, the centre is incredibly well managed and has a nice clean feel, especially good given current covid conscience climate. Like every shopping centre in the U.K. there are some empty units, but despite that its still a great place to shop and it’s clear to see plans are afoot for the voids.

A typical shopping centre as it goes. Usual brand stores etc. However the car park is extortionate! Would avoid if you can. Cost us £15 for 4 hours! We had a day out in Cambridge and thought it would be convenient to park here.

A great little shopping arcade right in the middle of Cambridge, near all the tourist spots and the river. Parking is very easy, but not that cheap.

Something for everyone in terms of shopping. Plenty of places to refuel with coffee and snacks nearby. Good toilet facilities too. Central to most things in this beautiful city

Grande Arcade in the centre of Cambridge adds a considerable number of shops to an already large retail area. John Lewis is the flagship store over 3 levels, all other outlets on ground or 1st floor. Good toilet facilities. Some seating for tired husbands! Park and Ride buses arrive and return around this area.

Easy to get to, easy to access, and lovely to shop in, great variation of shops and positioned perfectly, providing access to dozens of shops outside and around it as well

Perfectly situated mall & car park in beautiful city centre. Wish there were at least 1 rubbish bin to toss a coffee cup though. And a few benches to sit would be nice

Nice tidy n shiny floor u noticed as soon as u entered the shopping centre. Plenty of brand stores. I like the piano sitting on 3rd floor n free for everyone who wanna play. Toilets r very clean. I tried couple of clothing from John Lewis n some chocolates from Hotel Chocolate. Even Levi’s is not bad n very reasonable prices. Plenty of eating n drinking places all around this arcade. So u never missed anything. Btw a big parking is available just next to this arcade for making ur life easy.

Easy to wander around, plenty of maps. Toilets on level 2. Lifts are great once you realise how they work. We parked in disability level -1 with 3hrs free. Just have to return to your car collect your blue badge and scan it with your ticket. It's a short distance from outdoor market and other attractions.

This is an epic ‘mall’ it has so many high quality shops (Apple, John Lewis to name two) and over the years has kept a high footfall through it. I wouldn’t recommend parking here though. It’s pricey and there’s other places that you can use for cheaper and walk into town. One of the entrances leads into the lion yard mail. Which is a noticeable change.

Public toilets available as well as bins and benches. Good selection of shops, minimal empty units. Absolutely heaving on a weekend, take the upstairs walkway if just passing through. Excellent shortcut to the geography department on a rainy day

Went to the apple store and was assisted by a brilliant staff member, Blue. She was so professional but friendly, actually taking interest in our conversation and she recommended exactly what I needed. She is a brilliant example of what customer service and humanity should be. Thanks Blue for your amazing service and for being so friendly, helpful and professional in a perfect balance.

Beautiful uncrowded space to walk through with lots of shops. The multistory car park has lifts at each end, making it easy to access the various shopping floors directly. It also contains John Lewis, Cambridge library, Art displays, and Workshop space for children to learn skills.

  • 5/5 Stephen H. 1 year ago on Google
Park and ride buses park either adjacent or short walk. Decent series of shop. A bit like Bath but without the hills. Best ice-cream is outside the shopping centre. As ever John Lewis is great to explore

Comparing this mall to any other mall in canada it’s very nice and I love the selection! One note, please place more rubbish cans for customers to throw away their trash!
