Good food, relaxing atmosphere, but due to the price we won't go back. If you have money, you will like the burger and veggie Porto Bello that we ordered. Just don't try the chocolate milkshake.

15€ for a good quality hamburger and average fries and sausage... you can find better around for only 12€

Super slow service, more than 1 hour wait after passing the order!!! Will not return, not worth the effort!!! Seek other burger places, plenty to choose from.

The food is good. Service also, very friendly. A big thing is the toilet. The smell is so so bad.

Above expectations! Amazing food, try the Milan burger with blue cheese 😍! Also the staff is super friendly. If you are down for a burger and you are in Waterloo, then this place is highly recommended.

I like the menu and restaurant a lot. Unfortunately Burger and fries were served cold. I don’t mind the price, but High end burger restaurants need to get it spot on if you charge those prices

Nice and original burgers, the vegetarian version needs more though and they could serve a few more fries. Service was relatively quick but, waiter was pushy to sell more.

Awesome place, the best meal I've had on my trip to Belgium. The staff did not speak English, although they understood English and everything was great.

Burgers were very good and on the normal price range. The restaurant looks also good It even has a smal parking (or i think it was the restaurant parking) but the entry to it...if you have a low gurad car you may leave the bumper there or some engine parts.

I asked for a vegetarian burger to go, and later after 2 bites I realized that it's not vegetarian. I brought it back, they admitted that they made a mistake, they still remembered that I asked for a vegetarian option. As I couldn't eat more, I asked for my money back, which they refused, they made me fill out a form instead, and after having all my personal info, they promised to contact me. Never did though, this happened last year.

Good tastes good, but will cost you an arm and a leg. £17 for a burger no Chips is too much for me
