Slowest fast food ever. Not a single time experience. It happens EVERY single time I went there. At any time of the day. Last time I had to wait 18 minutes between the time I ordered and the time I received my orders (two simple burgers)

Service is non existent. Food is good. It takes about 30 minutes to get your order and staff look super busy though. No clue what is going on. They don't refill terminals with printing paper and so on and on...

The restaurant was filled with a disgusting smell (and the fries were cold). This is despite the fact that my 8 years old son and myself are fans of Quick !

Drive-thru service very rude, would not recommend, had to repeat a good 20 times everything I wanted.

The Quick deals basic hamburger is really really poor quality tastes bad and can not be eaten, others as menus appear better as pictures than the way they taste and are flooded with sauce mayonnaise. Have been their client for years am sorry that there is a downward direction, deffinitely their quality and the way they are produced and menus need to be reviewed.

The service was quick and the staff are nice. Food is tasty. But if you want to compete KFC and McDonald's, check your price list again

Normal fast food place. You get what you expect to get on a fast food place like that. Nothing more nothing less.

It is slightly above average for fast food.

You wait for your order for 20 and more minutes. Then they bring you only a part of your order saying that the rest is on the way. Now part of your company can eat and the rest have to wait. After 20 more minutes one part is not hungry and also not comfortable because the other part is still waiting for the rest of the order. It was the third time we had the same scenario in this place. Hopefully, we will memorize this last experience and will never come here again

Fast food place similar to McDonald’s. The burgers are tasty. The fries are average. They charge extra for ketchup and other condiments. I would definitely eat here again.

Please add a FULL VEGAN burger (cheese/sauce)

Only burger I can eat here is Fish burger. Which is awesome avec samurai sauce :)

The new burger in the dark bun is nice. The fries are terrible though. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Basic cheeseburger cold and rubbery, should not sell product that's sitting on shelf so long..

Open late but service after hours is very slow. They can't follow the speed of the drive-through so they need to put all cars on the side and deliver later. Even for the best-selling items this is the case. Quick is anything but quick

The restaurant was well organised but there was a lot of waiting for the drive-through and for the food which 30mins to arrive when there only was 5 burgers to make. We could also see that other people were waiting for a long time also. Then when we asked how much time was left they said 4mins and it ended up being 15mins.

Just basic cheeseburger, for me the test of a fast food, was stale and tepid..

Had to wait 19 minutes for one menu. Every time the same..

With everything automated it's impossible to have special demands like no ketchup... And when you try to ask from the people behind the counter it's like talking to the wall... But again... It's a fast food chain so you get what you expect.

Nice place , good food but don't consider very good services. Sitting places outdoor are beautiful specially in nice weather and sun shine. Recommended because it is close to carrefour hypermarket, brico DIY hardware store,auto5 car service and pitzza hut.

We had to wait a lot, the seller did not understand what we asked for and gave us something different, we payed for 4 drinks but he wanted to gave us 3, the floor was blues, the table was dirty. We will never go there again .

Even though they have improved the rapidity of what a fast food service means, they still have to improve on customer service, please, do it soon...

Clean and fast service, quick is just not the greatest.

Couldn't have a worse experience! The order came wrong, burguer was terrible and dry. Incompetent staff. Supreme BACON came with that amount of... BACON! Sad!
