    This review is specifically for Dr. Fadi Hage. Very unprofessional and always bothered by any tasks he must perform as part of his job. During visit, he was very arrogant and borderline racists. Displeased when I asked questions and treated me as if I was charity and not a paying patient. When I called to get my blood results, automatically rushed me off the phone and said that he was too busy to find out and that he will call later and leave a message, and didn’t know when this was going to be done. Total arrogance for a mediocre service.

    It's all about the money. They're quick to answer and you get an appointment quickly but then the service is often poor and the doctors are eager to finish with you and to get to the next patient. I've been there a few times already and it seems like it's always the same story except for the nurses taking blood, they're incredibly nice. All in all if you need a quick answer you can try it out but otherwise it's really overpriced and you wouldn't get a high quality care

    this is a good center, for several years of visiting the whole family, we were satisfied in principle. quickly and efficiently carry out procedures, answer questions and help in achieving results. the only negative was our pediatrician, he was not attentive to the child, he missed the infection twice, which is why we ended up in a state clinic. We will not turn to the pediatrician in this clinic for help again.

    FADI HAGE, you should be ashamed of yourself. To be in a position to help people as a doctor, you instead disrespect, disregard and ridicule your patient. Never have I ever felt so angry after an appointment with a doctor in my life. He doesn't care and you can tell he doesn't care. He rolls his eyes while talking to you. Calls your symptoms, 'complaints' as if I have a choice to not have these pains. I was there because I needed help figuring out what it is that is causing the pain, instead I felt so angry that I would rather be in pain than see "Dr." Hage again. You should reconsider your profession. I don't understand how he still has an office in this establishment. I would give 0 for this one.

    13 years at this "clinic", never have had the experience of medical care, just as a dispensary for medication.. They offer a service for a range of tests for 50 years olds, they gave me an email to write, never received a response. These people are not there to help, just to line their pockets.

    Requests were very quickly responded, however the service was incredibly not acceptable. I waited in the waiting room for more than 40 mins, only got the door slapped right on my face and a command of “go and continue waiting”. With all the money we are gonna pay, this is definitely not the treat we expect.

    Stay away from Dr. Cyril Afeiche! He diagnosed me with endometriosis within a minute, suggested immediate surgery, and charged 130 euros after a literally 5-second ultrasound. Turns out, a 15-minute ultrasound in the emergency room where I am now revealed a bleeding cyst instead. Don't risk your health with this doctor's rushed (and expensive) judgments!

    A clinic that will try to charge you for everything they can while providing a mediocre service. One example: I had back pain due to a long week at work. I went to Doctor Costigiola to get a prescription for some physiotherapy sessions. After hearing me out the only question he had was: "Where do you work?" and proceeded to tell me that we needed to take x-rays and come to another session with him. There was an easy solution to my problem: Going to the physiotherapist. Unfortunately with that solution Mr Costigiola would not be able to cash in some extra money for x-rays and an extra consultation. Despite explaining that I have done x-rays in the past and that the back pain is stress related, the doctor refused to provide the desired solution and told me to find a different doctor somewhere else if I wanted to go to the physiotherapist. Sad to see how little they actually care for the patients.

    Dr. Lannoy does not seem honnest but is only seeking for as much money as possible (from my impression he is very diligent in making the clients laugh and feel confortable so they give him their trust with the goal that in the end they will accept to go for a really way overpriced service once the price is announced. I also noticed he lies). The best thing you can do is to fix for yourself before what price you're willing to pay in maxi-maximum and to stick to it! Otherwise you might fall into hands of manipulation.

    Called them twice to get information about a treatment. Each time I had to deal with a disturbingly unfriendly attitude and incoherent set of information, especially for prices. decided not to book any appointment after reading other red flags in reviews.

    Worst service. The Doctors are not reachable, and doesn't even provide a proper receipt for payment for Insurance. Dr Belaid, Gastro-entérologue is very new and just wants to rush through the patients without diagnosing the issue properly. Very unprofessional and not-reachable.

    The doctor Pecher was very weird, dressed like thief instead of doctor uniform, he didn't even wash his hand, didn't take gloves then started to check my wound. He talked about strange issues, nothing to do with the medical treatment, unfriendly at all. Terribble experience!

    I have been there for the Ophthalmologist who is good, but the center is not well organized at all. They do not accept Visa credit cards, which it is inconceivable.

    Doctor does not reply to my questions and sent me back to the generalist. I took the appointment for ecographie with an expert so I would expect he knows and advises me. I don’t recommend this place, should have read the reviews beforehand. Everything went fast, done in 5 minutes and pushing me out of the door. Disgusting attitude for a doctor.

    Avoid. Not at all professional. No information or apologies for a delays of 40 mins+ to scheduled appointments. So called 'waiting area' disgraceful. Reception rude to the point of offensive. Try anywhere else.

    I have been with Dr Lamborey for 10 years. My relative is a doctor, so I carefully pick my doctors. I wish you all the best dr Lamborey. Since he is gone, I dont come.

    The doctor in Gastro only looks for money. I had a consultation in which basically he even didn’t give me treatment for local pain. But he made sure to tell me to come for a second consultation with 300 euros cash because by card he would receive the money later( for some tests ) so rude and no empathy with the clients.Working in a « prestigious » clinic, I would have expected that doctors are empathetic and trying to do their job and not run after money. I went for a second clinic where I paid much less and I was given treatment right away. I feel better and I will go with this doctor that is so good and nice. For Dr. Witterwulghe, you should really change your attitude, this thing doesn’t honour you at all.

    Overpriced and unprofessional. I was trying to book an appointment with them. I was asking if is possible in english, which it was but not quite. Struggling quite a bit in English, of course the lady doesn’t understand what my question is so she switched in French, still I tried my best to explain the problem and They put me on hold for several minutes and answer was we cant help you and close the phone?!? I mean for the prices and for that fancy place you should at least try to help I think, no? I have been there a few times, every time is disappointment. Strongly recommend to look for another client friendly place. In the end of the day is a hospital, everyone who is calling has some sort of an issue, try to help at least.

    It is a business medical centre. Quick to book an appointment therefore I gave them 2 points. And that’s about it. I was there on 14 February (yesterday) to fix my tooth implant that started to move. The dentist did obviously not have the proper tools and told me that « it was not instable enough to be fixed » 😳😳 Instead he filled in the tiny wholes inside the implants and charged me 140 euros for using 10 gram ciment in 5 minutes . I finally paid 120 as I was protesting out of shock. I am still with an instable implant and need to find a real carying dentist, not a commercial tooth fixer!

    Everything was fine apart the long waiting time. I waited first half an hour to enter and after the beginning of the visit the doctor started to visit other patients and I waited other 40 minutes.

    Excellent! I am seeing dr Afeiche who is a great professional and very kind. Nurses are lovely and it’s great to have everything under one roof (blood samples, radiology etc). Recommended!

    Had an appointment with Dr Afeiche to retrieve an contraceptive implant that was poorly placed. He was nice professional and very resilient in the retrieval. He was the only gynecologist that was able to do it and I visited 5 of them. Thank you so much Dr Afeiche.

    For the first time in my life I had the very best endoscopie with Dr. Marcus W. No pain and much more easier. Very good doctor, experienced, take the time to understand your problem and give answers, while other doctors don't even care or reply to you. Strongly recommend to anyone living in benelux area.

    The experience really depends on the doctor you get. Just an example in dermatology, my first doctor literally butchered me removing so moles (I have now 3 scars) and never took the time to explain me whatever he was doing and pushing to do more and more. When I refused to be his patient, I met a second doctor (relatively young lady) who was the complete Opposite and really a great professional and patient doctor.

    Worst medical experience in Belgium. Long waiting time even if you have the first appointment or the last (same experience to many doctors). Superficial examination each time which makes very difficult to trust the medical opinion.

    Arrogance at its best I visited Louise Medical Centre for PCR tests 3 Times and my partner twice. Every time we called 10-15 days before the travel, mentioned date/time of departure and the staff at the reception was booking the right appointment. I received the last bill with a rapid results charge which brought the PCR to 70 euro. I called the lab, which told me to call Louise Medical Centre since the request for rapid results came from there. To make the long story short, the lady who picked the phone called me technically “illiterate” as she accused me for not reading what I signed and not being able to calculate the right date and time to book my pcr and she insisted that the receptionist “offers” a slot (not true; the receptionist always was fixing the date and time of the test based on the travel date and time.) I told her I would not come back after such behaviour and she told me not to as in any case Louise medical Centre makes no profit from the tests. One star goes to the nurse/doctor from Ukraine who takes the sample and who is super polite and skilled and another star to the punctuality of LIMS laboratory in getting the results ready.

    Run in the opposite direction. I am still waiting to get my money back for an examination I had to pay in advance and was only partially carried out (sic). Inacceptable treatment of a patient in need and attitude of the responsible who gives paternalistic answers and doesn't acknowledged the unambiguous responsibility of the colleague.

    Attention : DKV, they don't pay the treatment of this Louise medical center. I had a a cervical polyp operation at the clinic (day operation). DKV told me that this Louise medical center is unrecognized nursing institution for a day of hospitalisation. any operation, day clinic will NOT covered by DKV. even not covered by mutual. I can't believe 1000 eur I had to pay from my pocket money. Dr found my polyp and he scheduled my operation the day after. i thought it could be a cancer. but wasn't. I suppose not many people go to this clinic because Dr only think his profit not to consider about the pacient will get covered by insurance or not.

    The échography specialist. Waited for more than an hour after the appointment time and got a very quick exam, about 2 min. not even for the part of the body prescribed because she was not able to see it properly. Waste of time and money for a not very thorough echography.

    Waited for 50 minutes for an abdominal ultrasound. When the doctor finally called me inside the room, She spent 2 minutes and 50 second to do the ecografie… the fastest of my life - and it was a complete abdominal ultrasound… It should have last at least 20 mins. Absolutly not recommended!!

    I attend this medical center regularly. The service at the reception is less than basic. You have to wait until the staff is done with all phone calls and conversations (job related and not) before they even look at you just to tick you off for your appointment. They have sometimes 4 receptionists and they are all on the phone. There is no organisation. Regarding the medical team, I just had a terrible bad experience with an Hyaluronic Acid treatment. My face was swallowed and with blues imposible to dissimulate with make-up for more than 4 weeks. I was never told that that could happen. I am now disfigured after having been applied hyaluronic acid filler to the inferior peri-orbital area. Instead of filling the gap, I have now huge cheekbones and even asymmetrical. Also, the amount applied was 10 times more than what was needed and I was told that I could come back for a re-touch, I believe he was mocking me.

    Waited for 30 minutes outside doctors office with no visible activity I went back to reception who called the doctor on the phone and then told me the doctor was at another hospital. Needless to say I got very angry. I am sick and made the appointment and then the doctor is not even there. This place is shockingly rude and arrogant. When I got angry the receptionist just looked at me as if I was crazy. I immediately left as I would not trust my health to a place that treats me like this.
