Docteur Florence Neczyporenko is extremely rude and lacks totally of empathy and politeness. She may have chosen the wrong job as she does not know how to talk to patients, someone should explain her. I was there for a serious problem and she was very aggressive with me, I felt so bad that I cried after the appointment. I would not recommend her. 1 star is too much but I unfortunately I cannot give less. (Consultation dates back to last year just for being precise)

We went to a recent appointment, and the secretary was rude and didn’t even welcome us. Not only that, but we were 20 minutes late because we got confused where the area was. We explained the situation, however, the doctor was still free. As we were sitting down, she gets up and closes the door while looking at us. How rude. Then, the secretary goes to her, and we can hear them laughing. She later comes out and says the doctor can’t take us. Out of kindness, we accepted an offer for an appointment. However, I cancelled it straight after and looked for another dermatologist!

It's been a long time since I have spoken to someone like Heidi the receptionist. My suggestion: get a receptionist that represents your brand and business positively, someone who actually wants to be there. Time is precious okay.. manners are priceless.

06.03.2019: Appointment went very well. Dr. Nathalie Sène has a good command of English and prescribed me several things for my conditions. She was listening carefully about each of my issues and gave extra advices where necessary. I will update my review based on results by medications prescribed, but the initial experience was indeed positive. 15.05.2019 Update: Not a single of the proscribed products worked. Review is downgraded.

The Brussels Skin center holds a very professional and friendly atmosphere. My husband , daughter and I have been patients there for years and have experiences with several doctors, all equally qualified and helpful. I often recommend these Dermatologists to my friends and family. We are very happy to have found this address.

It's rare to find a doctor that gives fully attention to patients nowadays. Dr. Neczyporenko gives not just professional but human approach in consultations. She has been precise in the diagnostics and treatments.

I am really surprised to read those awful comments on M.me Neczyporenko and the Center in general. Not only they act with professionalism and kindness, but also they are well qualified Doctors that underwent studies and years of experience in their field. I would definitely recommend them! There is no magic in science and medicine so do not expect they can heal the whole world by a single touch... for those who had any issue, I feel for you, but maybe worth a call instead of a post on Google behind anonimity?

Dr. Pascale Pelletier was rude. She was dismissive towards my problems and offered a basic and underwhelming feedback. I’m only leaving two stars because the first time I went to this clinic, I passed with Dr. Mathilde Daxhelet and she was very good!

I had a bad experience at this center with treatments with electrolysis done by madame Comas. She doesn't follow the right method and this causes a high risk for scars. Luckily I found a better option elsewhere.

I have been getting laser hair removal at the Brussels Skin Center for one year. I was recommend to this clinic because of their excellent medical care, along with the technology to treat delicate or damaged skin, and dark skin. Nurse Saadoun has been treating me at this clinic, and through her excellent care, she has truly given me back my life. I am so grateful for her patient and expert care during laser hair removal treatments. I highly recommend this clinic and Nurse Saadoun for laser hair removal of all kinds.

Before discovering Brussels Skin Center, I visited three other dermatologists in Brussels. I did not fine any of them satisfactory. I have been a client at Brussels Skin Center for around 7 years now. The level of care and the thoroughness of the doctors there is extraordinary. I have a deep level of trust in the care I receive here from Dr Debusscher.

I took an appointment via phone for Nov 22 at 5pm. They didn’t send any confirmation message or mail. When I arrived at the clinic, they told me that the appointment is in a different location. Three problems with their approach: 1. I live in the same building and didn’t even know they had a different location. They should have clarified that on the phone while taking the appointment and if they were to send a confirmation message, I would have seen it. 2. They tried to get me a different time and on the phone said it was my fault… not nice when the receptionist does an incomplete job and blames the patient 3. There was no one else apart from us, they could have fixed their error by taking us as their last patients

Very professional approach. Doctors can consult with each other on different cases, so it was possible to get additional opinion on the diagnosis. I got the an appointment earlier because there was a cancellation. And the treatment works after having seen many other doctors before, so big thank you!
