Very beautiful and large park for all ages kids starting from toddler till teenagers. Kids playing area is simply awesome. If you are staying in south Brussels city area specially near by Uccle area then this is perfect place for your kids. We go very often and spend lot of time here along with my kids. Very easy accessible by bus or tram

Amazing park with a small playground for kids in the middle of the nature. The only disadvantage is that there were some adults playing in the kids playground which was disturbing. I would like to recommend more rangers/security visits

I recently visited the park and was thoroughly impressed by the well-maintained grounds and diverse array of recreational activities. I also appreciated the variety of wildlife and plant life that could be observed throughout the park. Overall, I highly recommend the park to anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable outdoor experience.

Pretty place and chill. Great to visit to get away from some of the noise of the city. Smells hold in there. Like a forest.

Relaxing park in the middle of Uccle. The Woodpecker Guinguette is a lovely place to have a beer and a sandwich.

Very nice park. Only problem is that dogs can be unleashed at certain times. So beware. At least two nasty experiences here with irresponsible dog owners. This is why I take away one star.

Wolvendael Park, in Uccle, is one of the most beautiful parks in the Brussels region. Formerly known as 'woluesdal', which means 'turning valley', it is laid out in the style of English gardens and offers plunging views thanks to its steep incline. Pass through its beech groves to admire its magnificent trees, some of which are even blue or red: chestnuts, beeches, walnuts, cypresses, weeping silver limes… Discover the classical castle and the Louis XV pavilion, which houses a restaurant. Dating back to the 18th century, it used to be in Amsterdam before being deconstructed and rebuilt in the park at the beginning of the 20th century. Built in the refined style of Versailles, it was fitted with a dome and decorated with numerous features: sculpted frieze, mascaron, medallion, stucco, etc…

Outstanding place. The only point to add: It's not appropriate for disable People. Quite hard to mannagement wheel chair. There aren't enough toilet as well.

This is my favourite park in Brussels. There is nothing to do, but it is perfect for a peaceful walk or book reading on a bench.

Big park with open grass fields and more 'woodsy' area's. Also a play ground for children and a guinette to get a drink or a bite to eat.

Nice park to spend the afternoon with your kids. It has a big green field, many playground activities and a nice café to eat a croque-monsieur, some ice cream or crisps with juice (or wine or beer for the parents). 🙂

Delightful walks along the lake, where you can watch the birds and fish. Lots of space to organize your own picnic, too.
