Really bad experience at the centre. The facilities are from 1980, the receptionist is not normally at her place of work and the place where they pretend to do the gastroscopy has very VERY obsolete devices. Also, the doctor appointment itself. I had to wait 40min more than my original appointment. And then, to be there for 5 min and pay 60€ just to tell me I would have to have a gastroscopy. I could have done that myself just explaining through the phone and no need to pay for nothing. Just avoid this place. It is better to pay 20-30€ more to a proper professional with new devices and decent facilities.

Worst experience ever! My appointment was at 2 PM and Dr arrived at 2:30. After 2 mins of examining dr decide i have nothing to worry about/no medication and to wait and suffer for 2 weeks without even pain killer. And then i paid 60 euros for the horrible experience. I do not recommend this center at all.

Had an appointment with Dr Mulkay Jean-Pierre at 17:30 on 19/06. Just heard that the person with an appointment at 15:00 just passed around 18:00. We got a nice waiting time of 1hour. Thank you for the service and also payment in cash. No payment by card. We wonder why :)

EDIT: I was refused treatment by Dr Philipeth last year for my nausea and vomiting because she considered that weightloss was the only possible treatment (80kg, athletic lifestyle). It turns out I had an ependymoma brain tumour, which left untreated would have killed me. The anti-fat bias is rampant in this clinic and amounts to negligent malpractice. The most unprofessional medical experience of my life. Do not come to this clinic is you are even slightly overweight (regardless of your fitness level) as you will not receive adequate treatment or diagnostics. A very outdated approach that in 2021 is not acceptable.

Do not go to this place. First of all, they charge 10€ more if you work in the European Commission. For no other reason. This is discriminative and outrageous. They gave me a bill for 10€ less and when I called them, they had no other solution than for me to go back (takes 2 hours from my home and back) so they can give me a correct bill... I arrived with questions about a medical condition - I was almost thrown out by the gastroenterologist Dr Fiasse. I have been suffering from this condition as a side effect of a surgery for more than 15 years and I wanted to see if there are possible treatments or medications today. He said there's not much they can do, but I can go to a colonoscopy... When I obviously decided to cancel the colonoscopy appointment, the assistant said it was prescribed by the doctor, so why am I not going. None of your business, darling.

I chose this place using Doctena platform, I needed to get promt consultation of gastroenterologist. My appointment with Dr J-P. Mulkay was confirmed and then I got a phone call from his secretary informing me there are no places for this day and what’s more even for this week. It is not the first time I book appointment with DDG, the first time was last May with Dr Claude Jonas, it was also cancelled via her secretary after confirmation of booking and I was told that in fact there are no slots even for the next days. I have got impression they encode online non-existing time slots just to attract clients and make you book appointment with them, hoping that afterwards they call you and offer slot in a week or two and you will agree. Waste of time of patients who could meanwhile book slot with other Doctor. I don’t recommend to book appointments with them.

Incredibly unprofessional and very overpriced for such quality of services. I made an appointment for a gastro endoscopy and when I came to the clinic I was just told that the doctor is unavailable and the appointment will not take place. I had to wait another month. I was charged for numerous consultations and never properly got to understand the gravity of my condition.

Extremely unprofessional location. I made an appointment online, received several reminders about my confirmed appointment and when I arrived there, I was informed that their online system does not work and the appointment will not be possible! I traveled 1 hour to get to this location, took time off work to get there on time just to be told that there is no appointment and that the doctor won’t see me. Very unprofessional - stay away from this location.

I've had a great experience here with an endoscopy. I tried to get an appointment at another place, but after 6 weeks I gave up. Here I had a consultation, and a week later I had my endoscopy. The people are nice and helpful.

Summary: unprofessional and cruel treatment. I do not recommend. The wort experience at a medical professional in my life. It has taken me some time to process my experience at this practice and to write this review - I absolutely do not recommend this practice. I had an appointment with Dr Phillipeth as I was experiencing severe pain that made it difficult to even stand. The Dr did not listen to my experience/ history of the symptoms, she was convinced of the diagnosis. She insisted on performing a digital examination and tried to convince me to take a botox injection, and then was very annoyed when I cried from pain and fainted. She told me 'she could not help me if I behaved like this.' I left the consult, and fainted one more time before leaving the practice from the pain I was in following her 'examination.' Truly a horrific experience. Immediately after my appointment I went to the urgences at the hospital where I was referred to a specialist that treated me with care, listened to my symptoms before taking action. I received a completely different diagnosis, and received the proper care I needed.

Made my appointment through the site Rosa (I used it before and never had any bad experience). When I arrived the girls at the reception told me that they did not use that platform anymore in a very rude tone. I asked if there was any other doctor available and said no. I had to ask a couple of times if there was any other day available and they replied aggressively saying that I had to call and that there was nothing available until Mid April. The treatment was completely unprofessional and zero kind. People working in health centers should be a bit more aware that people going there are sick and should be treated with some kindness and respect. Very bad experience.

I put two starts because the secretariat lady was very nice. Otherwise, I'd have put 0 stars. I had an appointment with Prof. Buset. The appointment was expeditive (10 minutes at most). Given that the price of the consultation is rather at the high end 70 euros, I do not understand the bahavior of this kind of doctors who do not take the proper time to listen, and carefully examine their patients.
