They tell you that they keep your order a week and then sell the equipment 4 days later and let you find out when you arrive to collect it. Untrustworthy.

Good service from people who know what they are selling. Quality brands (that come at a price). Unfortunately if you are a slightly bit on the fat side, all these outdoor quality brands stop before your size. Anyway the young guys there are friendly and helpful.

Almost moped out for asking a question. I know things are subjective, but it’s not the first time they are rude (rude in capital letters). So nope, I nope myself out to another store where I can buy climbing gear. Bye 👋

Nice and helpful staff who uses the material they sell themselves. It's of course more expensive then an online (without advice) online shop. If you have the fidelity card and therefore the 10% off, I'd say it's almost the right price. I'd give a 5 stars if the average price was only 2% lower.
