I sincerely don't understand people who go around and put 1 star to a professional of this level just because he asked 100 EUR for a consultation?? (which is far even not the max for doctors of this level). When in Belgium you pay minimum 300 EUR for a plumber just to come and fix 1 pipe, and here we are talking of a high class surgeon with decades of experience and expertise, it is quite strange to see a review like that. In my opinion, what has to be evaluated primarily is the work of a doctor, and me, as a patient, for example, I had no complaints (neither for the outcome, nor for the price). If you want to economise on your health - it is definitely not the fault of a good doctor.

Have been diagnosed with a rupture at the internal menisque of the knee and I was operated at Delta hospital by Dr. Delcroix and hist team. Had like 3 months of pre and post surgery consultations. Everything went well and I am back on my bike after 2 months. Hospitalisation was more than fine (there were some miscommunications within the admin but that's nothing compared to health problems). Hospital personnel took good care of me while I was staying there pre and post surgery - one day. Dr. Delcroix is very professional and caring of his patients by providing relevant info and guidance on my case during these 3 months. Laetitia was very helpful and nice as well. Recommended to those who are unfortunate and have such health problems, they will be solved there 😊

Dr. Delacroix is a patient and friendly doctor. He took his time to examine me and fully explain my condition, and then discussed his recommendations for the best path forward. His front desk assistant is also very kind. I would highly recommend their office to those in need.

120 Euros for 5 minutes check. The outcome - Doctor Delcroix told me that he can not tell me anything because we have to do an MRA. For just this, I was asked to pay 120 Euros. I do not recommend at all..

Took my 11 year old son to Dr. Delacroix with a what seemed like a pulled muscle. 5 min examination (with no diagnosis), prescribed some muscle medication and an ultra sound which showed nothing (the radiologist said so after the exam). My wife returned to be told "officially" there was nothing, all for €200 in cash (no bancontact). Overpriced no doubt. However good the doctor (Dr. Delacroix seemed competent but which this opportunity didn't show) €200 is way way off and in my view not honest.

The first orthopaedist who managed to solve my daughter's problem, and we have visited many, beyond Belgium as well. If you need a true professional, this is the right place. Once again, many many thanks, Doctor 🙏🏻

Stay away Had to wait 50 minutes despite I had an appointment. All this for 10 minutes examination and he charged 200 euros. Stay away

Came here to get a second opinion on a foot surgery. The doctor told me to take my shoes off. Spent 1 min looking at the foot. Haven’t looked at X-Rays at all and only then told me that he doesn’t give second opinion on surgeries other did. The doctor yelled at me and his staff, was arguing and was unpleasant. I got charged for this 100 euros (!!!) he could have just simply told me that’s not what he does ! This is theft and unacceptable behavior.

AVOID AT ALL COST !! 200€ for a 10 min consultation is completely outrageous. Reading the comments below, clearly I am not the first victim of this crook. After having paid the full amount, I asked around to other doctors and an orthopedist, who confirmed that this fee was completely exaggerated. I called Dr Delcroix’ office to complain. The doctor would make my next appointment free of charge (how kind..). I went back to complain face to face about the fee. The doctor argued that he didn’t see the problem and that I didn’t have a clue about how expensive medicine is. Eventually he paid back 100€, which for me is a clear indication that he admits his wrong. I’m sure I will find another honest doctor. I suggest you all do the same.

The doctor was very friendly and explained my problem very well. Just bear in mind that the consultation costs 200€ and the mutualitat refunds 18€. Maybe if your problem is not major or specialized maybe try a cheaper doctor.

I don't recommend him as he charges 200€ for 5 mins of consultation from my father which is way too expensive and as I ve asked them before about the reimbursement they said yeah the amount will be almost refunded by the mutual but the reimbursement was only 18€. The motive of writing this review is to alert people that is way too expensive so that they should think twice before they go to him.
