The venue is great! Quite big and it was easy to enter. However, it got quite warm inside since it's a closed place. Another problem is the public transport connection, the train station close by had very few trains passing. So if you cannot go by car, use the tram to reach Brussels midi or another place in Brussels if you live there.

It's way too hot in the building which makes the experience not as enjoyable. Even the artist, Angèle, complained about the heat. There also aren't any screens to see the artist in close-up if you're far from the podium.

A nice big venue. The concert I went to left the choice between seats or standing up. Friendly staff. You don’t have to pay to go to the toilet. Cold large 🍺 beers.

I have lived so many great moments in this concert hall. The greatest artists have chosen this place to meet the great people from Brussels -- and Belgium, in general. The access is rather easy, by public transport, or by foot. The location is okay, and the sound quality is top notch. ALthough this is not the biggest venue in Belgium, it definitely feels like one of the most prestigious ones. I love the new "Smoke Free Concert" policy! Small downside: you cannot bring you own food and drink, as often, so they could go the extra mile to more options inside. I am looking forward to the next concert that will take place here!

The concert was the best, but that's only thanks to the musicians and technician team. In itself, the Forest National arena had a dangerously bad organization. After waiting in very organized lines for more than 3 hours, guards arrived and mashed us together against the closed entrance as if we were cattle. When the gates opened, people just rushed inside and the guards quite literally did not search/check inside our bags and backpacks, which is extremely concerning considering the entire city was on alert from a possible terrorist attack. We just walked inside, no checking, while a lot of people were running inside. During the concert itself, THREE PEOPLE FAINTED due to overheating. How poor can the ventilation be when it was 4°C outside yet people are having heatstrokes inside? There was also no easy access to drinkable water, which only worsened the risk of heatstroke. Hozier himself refused to continue singing twice until the ladies that fainted were taken care of and were safe.

Cool place to listen your favorites singer. Not a big scene. You can have a good time and get close to your singer. Around the forest national no parking space. Sometimes the owner can provide some parking space. Few restaurants around are open during the concert time. Drink and coffees can be bought inside the facility. The sound acoustic inside forest national is not the best. Recommended for not too loud concert.

Great concert by Pentatonix but you should definitely fire whoever is in charge of acoustics / sounddesign. Also, we booked disability seats and were assigned 'seats' in the middle of a random alley. Not complaining about that part tho because I think the fold up chair I got was more comfy than the regular seats lol. But still why take a booking if you know you can't seat everyone ?

Great area for concerts! However, sometimes inside it smells fried onions from the cantines located outside, which is not very pleasant leaving an amazing night, having the smell in all your hair and clothes! That's why i removed only one star :)

Good venue quite centrally located in Belgium. It's easy accessible with public transport, venue itself is well organised, many options for drinks and food. Going in and out the venue is relatively fast. Biggest issue is getting home as some public transport is limited at the end of the concert.... But it's not the venues fault. Overall, great experience.

Historical and established concert venue. Easy to access, cashless food and drinks points of sales. Only downside, the acoustic properties of the venue make it difficult to enjoy voice-based performances.

The hall itself is very well managed. A large amount of space, shops, toilets etc. Inside too, it's a nice place with good acoustics and lighting. The biggest issue is simply getting there. No matter what mode of transport you take, it's going to suck. Especially the park and ride parking was a really bad experience.

The bands that play here are usually very good, but the sound in the venue is just awful. There is echo coming from every direction and that makes it very hard to actually listen to the music. If I would have to choose between this venue and another one, I would definitely go to another one instead.

The sound is great and some of the stuff was friendly - however after the concert they basically shooed everybody out like they were nothing else but the garbage laying on the ground. It was unbearable behaviour and made no sense with regards to the selling of the merchandise as well.

the concert hall is well designed, access is easy by public transport if you go there by car, read the email sent because it contains interesting information on the event parking area and the area outside the event area. In the event area around the room, the price per hour is increased to protect local residents. good concert atmosphere bar and food easy to access too

No parking spot around, paid €20 on the street for 4 hours. The seats aren't comfortable. Inside well organised , no long queues drinks/foods

Nice concert hall, not too big but not so small either. Only bit tricky with parking, check the forest national website to check where you can park in the street or the destinated parking area

Nice enough place, but I don't really understand the Brusselsian love for dirty, tagged-down concrete. Bar service was quick and efficient. Sound could use some improvement.

The place overall is ok as it offers key services like food and lockers and it’s spacious. The downside is that: - It is not very well connected and going by car is not a good option. - The acoustic is terrible and there could definitely be more screens to aid the view during concerts.

This place is huge, like a stadium. You have plenty of corners where to buy food, snacks, drinks, and three floors for seats. That's why you should be careful where about you get a seat because you might be very far from the show. Nonetheless the audio is good even from the last line. If you plan to go there by car, mind that parking slots around are sometimes challenging to find, better would be to go there by public transport, you get a tram stop just nearby.

It for sure is an iconic place! Going into the backstage and seeing so many different signatures, stories, artists, Rockstar that have pass and done a gig here was very cool. It is a nice venue to be up close with your favorite artist! It is a nice place for shows in Brussels!

After 2 years, it feels good to be back to normal. Trevor Noah's show was unbelievable! And the crowd too as if the pandemic had gone. The organizer should proactively send new code for event pass (those got postponed), not 4pm the same day before the show.

Small. Overpriced fries, snacks and candy. Came to see Trevor noah but the good thing is the bus stop is directly outside.

Toilets are somewhat not scaled to the number of beer drinking people but save from that is a pretty good venue 🎸

Nice concert hall. A big issue the parking in the neighbourhood. Hard to find and very expensive. Otherwise, a good organisation of the event shows their experience in this. The week point was the toilets.

Great concert hall. The semi-circle theatre has been providing the best viewing experience since the Ancient Greeks came up with this. It’s just a pity that the accessibility of the venue is at times a nightmare when coming from outside Brussels. You’ll have to penetrate the city centre and need to battle Brussels’ traffic.

Nice concert hall. Great sound!!! Please take bus of tram tot het there. No park places around

Great gig venue with ideal size, you get good view no matter where you're standing. There are lockers which is so convenient!! Very easy access to and from city centre by tram.

Great venue with good stage views all over. Parking is problematic around the venue except when you come really early. Another option is to use the Audi parking tower which is a ten minute walk away. They charge €5 to park during a performance. You can also use public transportation in combination with a park and ride that’s about 10km from the b venue. Sound is great but drinks and food overpriced.

Really bad experience with the company who sell the concert tickets 'TeleTicketService'. They have postponed the concert to the next 5 months and they don't want to pay me back if I do not want to go to the concert. I read a lot of other complains of 'TeleTicketService' as well so I am not the only one. I don't know why forest national doesn't change the platform.

The show itself was great. But... The COVID organisation was very poor (endless queues outdoor), there is only one restroom (that I could find anyway), the catering tarifs are appalling. The worst was probably the ridiculous prices that the event company (not Forest national) was asking for, for their Disney goodies. A shame.
