Over expensive shop and poor quality. The seller doesn't seem excited about his job nor has any interest on animals. He charged us 10.90 for a tiny plastic ball which made me come back and ask for my receipt. Only to find out that he multiplied the unit price by 2 on the keyboard (he scanned it once). 5.45 eur is still a waaaay to expensive for a tiny ball! When l showed him the ticket, he pretended not to understand and after a long silence he refunded me 5 euro with no apology for the so-called mistake. He gave me the impression of doing it by purpose and didnt seem to care about it. As from now l order my dog's toys on Amazon, much cheaper and hassle-free .

Cute shop nicely decorated, but very expensive. Get ready to pay around 2 euros more for exactly the same product. Besides that, we asked for an anti-parasites neckless for cats and they gave us one... which turned to be for smell and freshness, nothing to do with puces and tiques. We tried to get the money back when we noticed that, but they do not reimburse. We had to buy an even more expensive product and they did not even apologise for the inconvenience.

This is the store we go to now. We bought two interesting scratch postsfor our “little kitty”, one which looks like a cactus. Lots of choice of dog and cat food you can pretty much find everything here

Beautiful shop with very quality products and so many options to chose.

The best independent pet store in Brussels. Great variety of toys (better ones than in chain stores), immense choose of leashes and collars. It’s a high-profile boutique for dogs. The saleswoman was nice as well. Gonna come back with my pup soon.
