Great location, rooms cheap and clean. Only 1 socket in the room which is not near the mirror.

Staff friendly and polite. Bed comfortable and room clean. Windows didn't keep road noise out at all. Didn't even have a kettle in the room - even in an ibis I thought I'd get a kettle and some tea / instant coffee. 80€ on boxing day when the hotel seemed pretty empty seemed expensive. Downstairs seems modern but the rest of the building seemed dated. If it had been cheaper the other things would have seemed less of an issue. Towels were clean but had stains which was a shame. Shampoo was empty. Parking was easy to find and reasonably priced and the hotel location was good.

The Hotel Ibis St Niklaas Center is a nice Place the staff and employees are friendly and helpful. the Rooms almost quiered and clean. the breakfast is succulent and you have all you need. special I enjoy on top of all the fresh Orange juice from the orang cutting machine. the price for one night single room include breakfast is ok. " for myself us I enjoy everything " will give not a negative statement becouse of 1 or two points witch I discripe and hope that there will be a change by next time of visit be! 1. there was a stain in the beed sheet while it was washed but a stain like this dos'nt express any good. 2. the Room and also other rooms with Shower room and toilet " there no toilet brush is! therefore I pardon them til the next time visit. it is a absolute no go that a tool like the brush isn't in. train visitors for good behave and cleanliness but not for lasyness and dirtiness. the Room service cleaner will be thankful to the hast, but if the manager train the gast to leave the toilet dirty, is extra work on top and not nice for them . please managers help the Gast to be happy and in order and the result of change bring more customer in. A wise recive it with thanks given. God bless the nice house in a nice city.

Towels bad quality, breakfast poor and not tasty , very dirty restaurant during breakfast. Lady cleaning table and chairs use the same clove. Bed has old mattress.

Playing with price due to fact that demand is high is a shame for ACCOR! The price of the room is completely out of scope when you see what the hotel is offering in terms of services. Mostly nothing!

Ask for parking at the desk, you'll get a long time stay parking ticket for 6eur. This is mentioned nowhere. I specified a request that wasn't hard to attend and then you even gave different floors for the rooms and didn't even wrote a note to your colleagues which made me a fool of myself in front of my guests. Please, think twice.

The rooms were clean and nice, only thing was it was hot as there was no ac available. Furthermore the shower was very big so that was nice but the toilet was so high up from the floor that it was unpleasant. The service on the other hand was perfect nice and well behaved employees..

Pillows are terrible. Window doesn't protect against outside noises. Air-condition works like a tractor. Parking away 100m but no problem with finding a spot. All the test is okay.

Hotel that is not very good. Parking is very difficult if you just happen to be disabled as l am. I stopped outside the place to drop my case off and was surrounded by police on bikes! great welcome. The hotel evening food was poor and breakfast at £24 for bread, ham , cheese and tea very over priced. Would not return, to many problems.

Parking is a bit of a problem, as the parking zone prices and hours are not written on ticket machines. Safest option is to use the underground parking in front of the town hall.

5 star for the hotel staff who checked us In. Lovely lady who was helpful and sincere. Thank you for the warm welcome ! We were there late and she got us into our room quick. Rooms are small- but it’s ibis. Would recommend as a short stopover in your drive! Thank you again to the lovely lady who checked us in!

The view from my room of the sint-Niklass church was great. Clean and nice rooms as well.

No A/C or heat control; there is thermostat I room but it is centrally managed downstairs by hotel staff for all rooms. Opening the window for any breeze is met with traffic and loud church bells up until roughly 10 pm at night. Office windows from across the street can see into window if curtains are open; curtains must be open in order to get decent breeze pulling through the room. People on the street and in the hallways can be heard all through the night. Parking is not on-site, must park underneath market square and walk with all your belongings. Traffic running by all times through the night. Lights flicker a lot when turning on; epilepsy patients be warned. Subtitles for television cannot be changed from Dutch to anything else. No ice machine could be found on the premises; no mini fridge or microwave in room. If you're ok not having control over A/C and heat and traffic constantly running through the night, and no other amenities found in traditional hotels/motels, this is the place for you. If not, find somewhere else. Hoping the $16/person breakfast is worth it in the morning.

The most friendly and wonderful hotel staff, ever. Very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed staying at Ibis and getting to know the city. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast and its variety. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing the necessary space. Many local restaurants of choice. A great experience for my husband and myself. Thank you very much to the staff for your hospitality. We'd love to visit again.

We stayed in the Ibis hotel for 1 night. The location was very convenient to us as we needed to hit the motorway the following morning. The room was average I would say but we were so tired, couldn't care less. It was a bit dusty, bedding wasn't clean enough. The breakfast facilities were awsome though. I would say this hotel has for the best breakfast choice I have seen so far. Overall, if you stay just for a transit this hotel is a very good value for money.
