We arrived at midnight after 11h travel from central London with big traffic 🚦 issue on the way. When I want to check in the all check in system godown. But Steven from reception sorted out all for us ! Very clean and with excellent location.

I really recommend it. Usually I am giving 5 stars for something what I didn't except. Amus bush was great, additionally set of snacks and two rolls as welcome. All tasty. After that I don't need starter 🤔 that what surprised me 😉. Pork cheeks as a pork belly was good but it could be more characteristic. In my single room was nothing missing. I slept well 😉 Breakfast surprised me again. Waffles to self made, cool. A lot to choose, every thing was tasty and good. My best breakfast, and whole stay of the week in Belgium in this price. I really recommend it.

A lovely stay and lovely staff and food. Very helpful with details to find things and directions to places. Rooms could be updated and found rather dark.

I booked a room. When I got to the room, I already heard an unpleasant noise. It could be heard even better in the room. Irregular, loud, uncomfortable. I asked for another room. Answer: Unfortunately, we are fully booked. When I demanded that the situation be rectified, I got the answer: We have to see if it's possible (it was already 7:00 p.m.). Since I can't sleep with such a noise, I checked out again. Under these conditions, I expected not to be charged for the room (I book a room because I want to sleep there). Mistake! The reason given by the hotel: the noise wasn't loud enough, the cleaning staff wouldn't have heard anything, I was the first to complain about this... Important: it's room 105 (for everyone who hears this noise for the first time later) Since an employee of the hotel heard the noise, this behavior is extremely strange to me. Not worthy of a 4 star hotel.

Food was nice, but it took very long to be served.

Stayed here for a week. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Onsite restaurant has good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall very good stay

AC is not working , Room is empty , Even there is no water at the room. No any kind of coffee as well.

Very comfortable and quiet beds. Large rooms with TV, minifridge and aircon. Rather secure carpark. Easy access to motorway and a very cheap petrol station about 1.5km away.

Great hotel very friendly and sorted secure parking for our motorcycle

Lower end of average for the prices . Rooms are OK but clean No complimentary coffee or tea in the room.

Excellent place to stay and the service was 1st class. Super breakfast. Recommended.

Had to use the service lift in my wheelchair. no room service. poor room and fittings. racially prejudiced surly staff. Very Overpriced 1 star doss house. spoiled a wonderful holiday

Purchased a "Superior"room on Priceline. There was nothing superior about it. The best part was the awesome view of the dumpsters. The staff were kind and accommodating. The location is excellent which was why we chose it. The breakfast was good, but probably would have done the a la carte instead of paying for the full buffet. Don't see us staying here again though.

Perfect for a business meeting, close to the motor way, good menu with variety and nice suggestions, wines are reasonably priced, service is excellent and there is a good vibe in the place, plenty of parking space and places to sit. Also nice bar to meet without eating. Recommended and will be back

Everything was fine, also the restaurant is one of the best , personal are kind and helpful, some noise due to the lift if your room is next to it .

Only visited the restaurant. The food was incredible and, even a little bit expensive, it was totally worth it.

I asked for double bed they were 2 single beds but other ways every thing was very good

Didnt give them 5 stars because when i arrive theres this 1 lady at front desk really obnoxius.like kind of demeaning kind of attitude.yes my english was not that good but her english was not above mine, but i dont look at her, up and down with a stupid smirk on my face..learn yourself a hospitality attitude please.

A wonderful hotel in Sint-Niklaas with spacious rooms and a good restaurant and a bar with a great selection of beers and spirits. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If your are leaving early to catch the flight and you have to miss the breakfast (buffet style), they will prepare a small breakfast bag for you with sandwiches, juice and a fruit... just make sure you let them know about this before 21:30: the kitchen closes at 22:00 so there won't be anybody to prepare the takeaway breakfast bag for you. Generally, one of the cosiest placas I have been to in Belgium. Warmly recommended!

The room is way too loud, it was impossible to sleep. Staff is not sensible. Calling the room phone at 6 am when my alarm was at 8. Because of the street noice it was impossible to fall asleep again. In the end, 4 hour of sleep on a day full of meetings. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very Dirty Room. After a long day of driving I needed a bed so after arriving late at night opted for cheapest room - single room. The room itself was fairly modern and stylish. But the room was so dirty that it looked like it wasn't clean for a year. Floor was visibly dirty (found an old post-it note by the wall) surfaces were very dusty, and worst of all the bed was also dirty with some black fluff. I have reported these to the front desk in the morning (as I was to tired to change a room so late), but a manager was away and was going to contact me in two days - but didn't bother. Very disappointing for a supposedly 4 star hotel. I have stayed in hostels that were considerably cleaner than this.

We made a reservation for 3 rooms but only 2 were reserved. For the 3d room they didn't the lady on the reception deck said that it's not her, she didn't even work the day of the reservation and it was just a mistake that we discovered at 23:30... So not very reliable and nice people. Check twice. Our room 205 was not at all like on pictures. It was not clean and old. And the most inacceptable that our kids found the old sweets in the drawer and they eat it 😱. Awful experience. Never again!

Smart, clean and conveniently located hotel. Terrace restaurant was busy and offers a good choice of well prepared dishes. Beds are comfortable but the pillows terrible.
