booked

room.
When
I
got
to
the
room,
I

heard
an
unpleasant
noise.
It
could
be
heard
even
better
in
the
room.
Irregular,
loud,
uncomfortable.
I
asked
for
another
room.
Answer:
Unfortunately,
we
are
fully
booked.
When
I
demanded
that
the
situation
be
rectified,
I
got
the
answer:
We
have
to
see
if
it's
possible
(it
was
already
7:00
p.m.).
Since
I
can't
sleep
with
such
a
noise,
I
checked
out
again.
Under
these

expected

charged
for

room

hotel:
the
noise
