Aweful service, not able to speak Flemish neither English. The lady there ruined my eyebrow, she made them too narrow and at the end, they don’t even match each other. There are a lot of wounds on my eyebrow of the bad way she did the epilation. She also took 30 euros for this bad service. I am really sad for coming here. —— Ok, now she is writing in reply that my eyebrow had poor condition so I share the photo of my eyebrow just before going to the salon. A real liar! I don’t know how she lives like this..

It was the first time for me going to a beauty salon. As I not feel so comfortable visiting such places, I chose Aux Anges based on the ratings and pictures. Marcelline is much more than expected: professional, welcoming, very nice and caring. I came for a waxing, which was done very quickly. She always checked if everything is fine and I felt very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

The venue is clean and ok however the service really was horrible. I had to wait 20min (which most times I do not mind so much) but the quality of the service just topped it all off. I arrived with my own nails, very long in length with BIAB and she completely butchered my nails. She burnt/hurt me while removing the gel and just cut my nails without asking. Nails were uneven. She didnt smooth the nail or use a buffer to let me leave in a respectable way..Made it worse because she only speaks French, so couldn't speak English or Netherlands with her. She really should put this on her site so we know to avoid her business if we dont speak French because its not fair. Really a disappointing experience.
