Our vacation was planned with four adults and two children. Before the holiday we asked whether the bungalows were wheelchair accessible, as my mother is unfortunately no longer mobile. Once there, we saw beautiful grounds and a cozy bungalow with a fenced garden. Unfortunately it was anything but wheelchair accessible. We had to remove the door from the bedroom and the toilet in order to be able to use the rooms and unfortunately the shower was also not accessible because the sink was in the way. Unfortunately, a request to the reception was very frustrating because the lady initially said there was nothing that could be done and when you asked for wheelchairs you could assume that the person could still walk a few steps themselves. Asked to contact the supervisor which resulted in her reluctantly offering a double room as an alternative. Since we couldn't fit everything in the room and there was no cooking facility, we were promised a call back from our supervisor. Two days later we made another request to another employee and we were helped and my mother was able to move into a disabled-accessible apartment with a kitchenette. It's a shame that three days were overshadowed, because the park is otherwise well located and has attractive houses.
