BEWARE! The place advertises AC and mini fridge. Both were broken. It was approximately 80F degrees. Zero ventilation. Food spoiled in the mini fridge. Dead spiders on the wall. Water was brown. Room smelled of harsh mold. Refused to give us any refund. Had to pay top dollar to relocate last minute, and out all of that money. The AC has been broken since May according to reviews from other sites. They lied for almost two days saying someone is fixing it. Please stay somewhere else!

The best Hotel I have visit, the workers are really gentle with their clients. Really clean and for sure i will be back…. Thank you Hotel Bornem for what you have offered me (:

the hotel is expensive but the room looked quite poor. the bathroom needs some reconstruction. cracked walls. broken shower. the feeling was strange. but owerall looked cleaned. Bed was fresh so this was not a problem. Unfortunately the walls are only paper so you can hear everything. i was close to the lobby so all the kitchen work was noticable. Ah and the fridge had funghi (mold) all over inside. and almost forgot about the stinky aircondition. Looks like the owners are just taking the money but not putting anything back to the business. Last but not least the receptionist wroted down my credit card number together with expiration details and was asking me for the security code. When i rejected to provide this, she claimed this is a common practice and her boss needs this. Somebody should report this as this is nearly a crime. (Or are you willing to provide this conciously? ;)
