A great branch of the brand. Not a very big store compared to others I have been to around the world, though it has many of the most useful products and a very nice staff that would love to help!

I like this sports shops, I don't intend to complain but I will start with the 2 things I did not like about it. It's hidden underground next to Metro and so it was tough to find from Google maps, and the second thing is that because it has everything in sports, it has little of each. If you want a running shoes, you will find a small collection... The shop has self scanning/payment which I like a lot, and it has an honest return policy. Once I asked for an item to be returned, and it went smoothly, I respect that and I will be coming back again.

In theory, you are open (so it says your website). In practice, you are closed (only online purchases can be retrieved). Is clear information on your website too much to expect? I understand that managing COVID-19 is difficult, but at least your website should give us decent information... Also, the guys at the entrance could be a bit nicer. I love Decathlon products, but little things like these make for a poor customer experience.

Super location in the heart of city. Nicely organized and very helpful staff - Multilingual. Shoes collection is nice. Very near to metro and tram line. I like the way of automatic billing - keep things in the bin and done.🙂

In early 2020, still before the pandemic, I handed my Decathlon bike over to the Decathlon Brussels City team to get the back wheel rim fixed. Until today, 17 July 2022, I still do not have my bike back because apparently it was "lost". Neither did I receive any compensation for the loss of my property. I have been to the shop numerous times and I am constantly in touch with the customer "service" and the managerof the shop. (Though the manager has never replied to any email even though the customer "service" has instructed him to do so. All involved stakeholders have be proven to be utterly unreliable and unprofessional beyond belief. Long story short, be careful where you are spending your money. My experience has been horrendous. I will soon press charges against the shop and its staff because they do not give me another choice.

The most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. We ordered a tent WEEKS ago and they took our money absolutely no problem. Our tent was due to arrive in their store yesterday and guess what it didn't. I called the number for their store and they didn't answer the first 3 times, on the 4th time when they did decide to answer the customer service agent was incredibly rude and HUNG UP in the middle of my sentence, I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities for false advertising. STAY AWAY.

Shop with amazing selection of athletics apparel, footwear and equipments for women, men and kids. Good prices.

Bike foreman not professional enough to do his job. He made my bike even worse than when it arrived at the store and said that I need to buy new spare parts and make an appointment again. Luckily another foreman came and fixed my bike. Apparently I do not need any spare part, it was just a simple wheel alignment and rear derailleur tuning. I hope decathlon make sure that all the employees are professional enough or willing to fix the bike right .

Big variety and good value for money

It’s a small but with almost all the Decathlon items. A bit crowded, but if you don’t want to go in a Decathlon outside the city, it is a very good option!

Good price for shoes.

Wouldn't accept a Christmas gift return because of a small mark despite never being worn. They said I should try selling it on Facebook! What a ridiculous policy.

This second life program they have for used stuff is a scam. 1000€ brand new paddle they wanted to buy after 8 months for 200€. Never again!

Staff is super helpful. I bought a rain shell to adjust for the Brussels weather, only realizing the size is too small after I left. I got back four minutes before closing, and they helped me exchange for a larger size even though I have already tossed the receipt.

I bought knee pads for dancing . I checked at home and there was only one thing in the package. do I not understand something or should it usually be on two legs?

Great service, especially from the cashier named Fama. My ecocheques card was being faulty and she was very professional and helpful in handling the situation. Thumbs up to her colleague who helped out further and to the two guys in the bike workshop who were attentive, answered my questions, put my bike together on Saturday and kept it aside for me until Monday because of some issues on my side.
