😠 It is a SHAME that Camara de Cascais does not listen to the complaints of its people. In Amoreira, for example, on the end of Rua Pinheiro Manso there is a very dangerous crosswalk (passadeira) where people can't see because cars come down the road speeding fast. There are also lots of people parkin... People often mention people,

It is a SHAME that Camara de Cascais does not listen to the complaints of its people. In Amoreira, for example, on the end of Rua Pinheiro Manso there is a very dangerous crosswalk (passadeira) where people can't see because cars come down the road speeding fast. There are also lots of people parking in front of the coffee shop/restaurant in the end of the street making it really difficult for people crossing the street to see the cars coming down the road. I know that several people have reported this situation since years ago and Camara doesn't do anything. Only promises police patrol and pavement speed bumps without anything being done. I hope that someone reads this and does something because you shouldn't only care about tourists. You should also care about your own people...

The beach where I went in Cascais (Avencas) was full of annoying people playing beach tennis, 8 people taking up all the space in the beach and annoying everyone with the noise, and also full of dogs, the lifeguard didn't care. All this during Covid pandemic. Terrible experience.

A beautiful city, but unfortunately nobody in Cascais cares about their citizens. You get fined if you are late after paying your parking ticket, but you can still leave your car on a handicapped spot or on the sidewalk without any problem.

Rua Antonio Amaral de Figueiredo in Estoril (next to Estoril Plage football) - closed to traffic since 2010 after a mud slide. FOUR years later and a perfectly good road is still closed, Council neglecting tax paying residents who must detour every day, year round - could be fixed with a bulldozer clearing the rubble. Why the apathy? Is there any sense in making us travel an extra 2kms every day, 365 days a year - how wasteful is that in time and petrol? Please help as all messages formally sent to the Camara have gone unnoticed.

The Cascais Town Hall is one of the most attractive buildings in the Portuguese community. It is located on a pretty square near the harbor. The building is called the "Camara Municipal de Cascais" in Portuguese.

It seems September most of the tourist are leaving so the city does not care of his beaches . In cascais to estoril never seen so disgusting beaches . Nobodies cleaning . Between the smell and the black colour of the sea weed it is horrendous . Please Can the maire office clean the pedestrian and beaches area thanks
